Villas, also known as the Villas, is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Lower Township, in Cape May County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The locality is also home to the community of Miami Beach. At the 2010 census, the CDP's population was 9,483.Villas is served by ZIP code 08251, which extends northward of Miami Beach to encompass the Del Haven community of Middle Township.

Fishing Creek Schoolhouse (historically pronounced "Fishing Crik") is a historic school located in the Villas census-designated place, of Lower Township, Cape May County, New Jersey, United States. The schoolhouse was built in 1888 and added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 6, 1980.

Green Creek is an unincorporated community located within Middle Township, in Cape May County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It is located on Route 47 (Delsea Drive). It is a very low-lying area with a highest elevation of just above 20 feet (6.1 m). The community is located about 3 miles (4.8 km) west of Rio Grande and about 2 miles (3.2 km) from the Delaware Bay. It is mostly residential with areas of agriculture and commerce along the main road, Delsea Drive (Route 47). The United States Postal Service ZIP Code is 08219. The post office was established in 1829 with Matthew Marcy as the first postmaster.

The airport has an Erma address but is not in the CDP. In some documents it is called Wildwood Airport.This airport is included in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015, which categorized it as a general aviation facility.Hangar #1 contains the Naval Air Station Wildwood Aviation Museum, whose collection focuses on World War II, named after the former Naval Air Station Wildwood.

General Motors TBM-3E Avenger No. 85460 is a surviving TBF Avenger torpedo bomber located at the Naval Air Station Wildwood Aviation Museum in Lower Township, Cape May County, New Jersey, United States. The plane, a variant of the Grumman-designed Avenger, was built by General Motors in 1945. Listed as TBM-3E Avenger Torpedo Bomber, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places on February 11, 2003, for its significance in military history.

The Naval Air Station Wildwood Aviation Museum is an aviation museum located at the Cape May Airport in Lower Township, in Cape May County, New Jersey, United States.

Hawk Haven Vineyard & Winery is a winery in Rio Grande section of Lower Township in Cape May County, New Jersey. A family dairy and produce farm since 1940, the vineyard was first planted in 1997, beginning with Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery opened their doors to the public in 2009 with their first vintage in 2007, which consisted of the American Kestrel White (an unoaked Chardonnay), Red Table Wine, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Today, Hawk Haven has 16 acres of grapes under cultivation, and produces 5,000 cases of wine per year. The winery is named for the large number of hawks that migrate to the farm every year. They currently have sixteen different varietals and all of the grapes are harvested, pressed, fermented, aged, blended, and bottled on site.

Lower Township is a township in Cape May County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The township, and all of Cape May County, is part of the Ocean City metropolitan statistical area, and is part of the Philadelphia-Wilmington-Camden, PA-NJ-DE-MD combined statistical area, also known as the Delaware Valley or Philadelphia metropolitan area. The Battle of Delaware Bay, or the Battle of Cape May, was a naval engagement fought between the Kingdom of Great Britain and the United States during the American Revolutionary War. A British squadron of three vessels attacked three American privateers that were escorting a fleet of merchantmen. The ensuing combat in Delaware Bay near Cape May ended with an American victory over a superior British force.

Erma is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Lower Township in Cape May County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the CDP's population was 2,031, a decline of 103 from the 2010 census count of 2,134.

North Cape May is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Lower Township in Cape May County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It is part of the Ocean City Metropolitan Statistical Area. At the 2010 United States Census, the CDP's population was 3,226. The Cape May–Lewes Ferry departs from the area. North Cape May is mostly a residential community, with no hotels but many vacation homes. Many people retire to the community. North Cape May had existed as an independent borough, formed by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 19, 1928, from portions of Lower Township. The borough remained independent until April 30, 1945, when it was returned to Lower Township. The borough had a population of 5 at the 1930 Census, which increased to 8 by 1940.

The Octagonal Poultry House, also known as the Walter P. Taylor Octagon, is a historic octagonal farm building located in Cold Spring, in Lower Township in Cape May County, New Jersey, United States. It was built to house hens, who supposedly like to nest in corners. Eventually it became a children's playhouse. Today the broom maker works there at Historic Cold Spring Village. Historic Cold Spring Village originally used it as a storage shed, but eventually recognized its potential as a good place to learn about the art of needlework and crocheting.On March 14, 2008. it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
