Glendola, New Jersey

The Glendola Reservoir is a reservoir in the Glendola section of Wall Township in Monmouth County, New Jersey. It was built in 1965. The water from the Glendola Reservoir is pumped to the Swimming River Reservoir where it is treated. The Glendola Reservoir is managed by New Jersey American Water Company and provides drinking water for residents of Monmouth County. There are two possible sources for the Glendola Reservoir, the Shark River and Manasquan River, the selection of source is controlled by the New Jersey American Water company as neither river flows into the reservoir and all water must be pumped to the basin.This Reservoir is completely restricted to any public activity.

Camp Evans Historic District is an area of the Camp Evans Formerly Used Defense Site in Wall Township, New Jersey. The site of the military installation (40°11′08″N 074°03′45″W) is noted for a 1914 transatlantic radio receiver and various World War II/Cold War laboratories of the United States Army (e.g., signal, vacuum tube, dosimetry, & photo-optics). It was designated a National Historic Landmark District in 2012, in recognition of the site's long role in the development of modern civilian and military electronic communications.

Shark River Park is located in the townships of Neptune, Wall and Tinton Falls in coastal New Jersey and is part of the Monmouth County Park System.The initial park land was established in 1961 with a purchase of 946 acres (383 ha) of land used for construction staging during the building of the Garden State Parkway, becoming Monmouth County's first county owned park. The park is bisected by the Shark River from which the park gets its name and is the source of fossils for local elementary school field trips where students search the river gravel for prehistoric shark's teeth.

CHS is located in Wall Township next to Wall High School. The school opened in 2000 with its first freshman class of 76 students and graduated its first class in 2004. The school has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools since 2004.As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 310 students and 28.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 11.1:1. There were 3 students (1.0% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 1 (0.3% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.

Wall High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school that serves students in ninth through twelfth grades from Wall Township in Monmouth County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, operating as the lone secondary school of the Wall Township Public Schools. As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 990 students and 116.7 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 8.5:1. There were 52 students (5.3% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 2 (0.2% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.

Shark River Hills is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) within Neptune Township, in Monmouth County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2010 United States Census, the CDP's population was 3,697.

Neptune Township is a township in Monmouth County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 28,061, an increase of 126 (+0.5%) from the 2010 census count of 27,935, which in turn reflected an increase of 245 (+0.9%) from the 27,690 counted in the 2000 census.Neptune was incorporated as a township by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on February 26, 1879, from portions of Ocean Township. Portions of the township were taken to form Neptune City (October 4, 1881), Bradley Beach (March 13, 1893) and Ocean Grove (April 5, 1920, until the action was found unconstitutional and restored to Neptune Township as of June 16, 1921). The township was named for Neptune, the Roman water deity, and its location on the Atlantic Ocean.

The Circus Drive-In was a fast food hamburger drive-in restaurant located in Wall Township, New Jersey, that opened in 1954, and operated until 2017. Cars originally pulled up and parked around the round building, which remained until its closing as an open-air indoor seating area. There was also a partially covered drive-in aisle where cars could pull up to experience classic drive-in service.Besides standard hamburger fare, the Circus was known for its batter-dipped onion rings, fried Maryland softshell crab, and a newer addition of New England Lobster roll.The restaurant was featured in a sixth-season episode of The Secret Life Of... on the Food Network.

The Neptune Township School District (NTSD) or Neptune Township Schools are a comprehensive community public school district that serves students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade from Neptune Township, in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. The district is one of 31 former Abbott districts statewide that were established pursuant to the decision by the New Jersey Supreme Court in Abbott v. Burke which are now referred to as "SDA Districts" based on the requirement for the state to cover all costs for school building and renovation projects in these districts under the supervision of the New Jersey Schools Development Authority.As of the 2018–19 school year, the district, comprised of eight schools, had an enrollment of 4,063 students and 372.0 classroom teachers (on a full-time equivalent basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 10.9:1.The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "CD", the sixth-highest of eight groupings. The K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital (KHCH) at Jersey Shore University Medical Center is a pediatric acute care hospital located in Neptune Township, New Jersey. The hospital has 88 beds and provides comprehensive pediatric specialties and subspecialties to infants, children, teens, and young adults aged 0–21 throughout Coastal New Jersey. It is affiliated with both the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine at Seton Hall University and Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and is a member of Hackensack Meridian Health. KHCH features the only pediatric trauma center in the region, and 1 of 3 in the state. KHCH also partners with Ocean Medical Center, Riverview Medical Center, Southern Ocean Medical Center, and Bayshore Medical Center to provide pediatric care to the entire surrounding region of Hackensack Meridian Health hospitals.
