Jamestown Historic District is a national historic district located at Jamestown, Guilford County, North Carolina. The district encompasses nine contributing buildings in the Quaker community of Jamestown dated to the early-19th century. Located in the district is the separately listed Richard Mendenhall Plantation Buildings. Other notable buildings include the Richard Mendenhall Store, Jamestown Friends' Meeting House, Dr Shubal Coffin's House and Medical School (c. 1812), Dr. Coffin's second house (c. 1855), Harper-Johnson House, Mcinnis House, Joyner House, and Potter Log House.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

Jamestown High School, Former, also known as Jamestown Public School, is a historic school building located at Jamestown, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was designed by architect Charles E. Hartge and built in 1915. It is a 2 1/2-story, Classical Revival style brick building with cast stone detailing. It features a full-height tetrastyle entrance portico supported by Ionic order columns and pilasters. The building underwent a major rehabilitation and adaptive reuse in 1986 and 1987.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

The district encompasses 13 contributing buildings, 2 contributing sites, and 4 contributing structures on a mid-20th century "gentleman's farm." They include the Ragsdale House (1880, 1900, 1948), a large two-story, Colonial Revival-style frame dwelling; granary, garage / wood shed; dog house; two chicken coops; fowl house; corn crib; privy; pump house; well house; cow barn; tenant house; and the domestic and agricultural landscapes.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

Oakdale Cotton Mill Village is a historic textile mill, mill village, and national historic district located at Jamestown, Guilford County, North Carolina, United States. The district encompasses 37 contributing buildings including the Logan Manufacturing Company complex built during the 1880s and 33 frame mill worker houses dated to the early-20th century. The factory complex consists of a three-story rectangular brick office, a one and two-story L-shaped brick factory with a four-story tower and five one-story brick warehouses, a small one-story board-and-batten blacksmith shop, and a polygonal brick smokestack.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.

Lucy Ragsdale High School, commonly known as Ragsdale High, is a public high school in Jamestown, North Carolina. Opened in 1959, Ragsdale is one of 26 high schools in Guilford County Schools. The areas that are zoned to Ragsdale's district include areas of northeastern High Point, southeast Jamestown, and the Adams Farm/Sedgefield area of Greensboro. The school's current principal is Jim Gibson.

T. Wingate Andrews High School is a public magnet high school in High Point, North Carolina and part of the Western region of the Guilford County school district. Andrews has been designated to receive additional support, resources, and incentives as a federal Title I school.T. Wingate Andrews High School was opened in 1968 with Samuel E. Burford as its first principal. This school was built specifically to follow the federal mandate to integrate the races in the United States, and Burford's selection was notable as he was African American. Students were drawn from the black high school, former William Penn High School (now Penn-Griffin School for the Arts) and from the white high school, High Point Central High School. It was named after Thomas Wingate Andrews (1882–1937), who served as superintendent of High Point schools.The current principal is Marcus Gause, formerly the principal of the Early College at NC A&T, a non-traditional public high school in Greensboro, North Carolina. Gause took the position beginning in the 2017–2018 school year.

Deep River Friends Meeting House and Cemetery is a historic Quaker (Society of Friends) meeting house and cemetery located at 5300 W. Wendover Avenue in High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. The meeting house was built in 1874–1875, and is a rectangular brick building with Italianate style design elements. Also on the property are the contributing "Uppin' Blocks" (1830), cemetery, school house marker (1932), and first meeting house marker (1934).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.
