Stratford School District

Stratford is a borough in Camden County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 7,040, reflecting a decline of 231 (-3.2%) from the 7,271 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn declined by 343 (-4.5%) from the 7,614 counted in the 1990 Census. The Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine is located in Stratford. The Borough of Stratford was created on February 13, 1925, from portions of Clementon Township, one of seven municipalities created from the now-defunct township. The borough was named for Stratford-upon-Avon, England, by the owners of the Rural Land Improvement Company that developed the area in the 1880s.

The Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences (GSBS; formerly known as UMDNJ-GSBS) was one of eight schools that formed the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). After the July 1, 2013 dissolution of UMDNJ, the students attending GSBS on the Newark and Piscataway campuses joined the newly created Rutgers University Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, while the students attending GSBS on the Stratford campus joined the newly established Rowan University Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.

The Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine (also known as RowanSOM or SOM) is a public medical school located in Stratford, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Founded in 1976, RowanSOM is one of two medical schools associated with Rowan University. RowanSOM confers the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree (DO), and is one of the top medical schools for geriatric care and primary care as ranked by the U.S. News & World Report.RowanSOM is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association's Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation. The World Directory of Medical Schools lists the school as a US medical school along with other accredited US MD and DO programs.

The Stratford Quaker Store is a historic home and business that is the oldest standing residence in Stratford, New Jersey, United States, and the only surviving structure of what was once the village of White Horse.

Hi-Nella is a borough in Camden County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 870, reflecting a decline of 159 (-15.5%) from the 1,029 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn declined by 16 (-1.5%) from the 1,045 counted in the 1990 Census. The borough is the state's ninth-smallest municipality.The Borough of Hi-Nella was created on April 23, 1929, from portions of Clementon Township, as one of seven municipalities created from the now-defunct township, and one of five new municipalities (joining Lindenwold, Pine Hill, Pine Valley and Somerdale) created on that same date. The borough's name is traditionally said to derive from a Native American term meaning "high rolling knoll" or "high ground", though it may have been named for Nella, the wife of Lucious Parker, who developed Hi-Nella Estates in the late 1920s.The Star-Ledger included Hi-Nella in its 2010 series of articles covering "Towns that Shouldn't Exist", citing the borough's small area, population and staff, along with its use of a double-wide trailer as a municipal building. Mayor Meredith Dobbs told The Star-Ledger that efforts to force the borough to consolidate with its neighbors would be "declared dead on arrival".The borough had the fifth-highest property tax rate in New Jersey, with an equalized rate of 5.306% in 2020, compared to 3.470% in the county as a whole and a statewide average of 2.279%.

The Ephraim and Sarah Tomlinson House was located at 710 West Laurel Road in the borough of Stratford in Camden County, New Jersey, United States. The historic Greek Revival house was built in 1844. The Stratford Classical Christian Academy purchased the mansion in 2007, but closed in 2015. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 8, 2019, for its significance in architecture. It was demolished in 2022.

Laurel Springs is a borough in Camden County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the borough's population was 1,978, an increase of 70 (+3.7%) from the 2010 census count of 1,908, which in turn reflected a decline of 62 (−3.1%) from the 1,970 counted in the 2000 census.Laurel Springs was incorporated as a borough by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on April 2, 1913, from portions of Clementon Township, based on the results of a referendum held on May 1, 1913. The borough was named for its therapeutic springs situated in laurel groves.In 2021, the borough had the 11th-highest property tax rate in New Jersey, with an equalized rate of 4.803% in 2020, compared to 3.470% in the county as a whole and a statewide average of 2.279%.

Lindenwold station is a train station in Lindenwold, New Jersey, United States, served by the NJ Transit Atlantic City Line regional rail service and the rapid transit PATCO Lindenwold Line. Lindenwold is the eastern terminus of PATCO; the system's headquarters and maintenance facility are located adjacent to the station in neighboring Voorhees. The station is also served by NJ Transit buses. The station opened in 1969 and also served Amtrak from 1989 to 1994.
