Frederik's Church

Marmorkirken station (lit. Marble Church) is an underground Copenhagen Metro station located at the Marble Church, facing Bredgade, in downtown Copenhagen, Denmark. The station is on the City Circle Line (M3 and M4 lines), between Østerport and Kongens Nytorv, and is in fare zone 1. Marmorkirken is unique in its design in that it is the only station on the Copenhagen Metro where the platforms for the two tracks are at different levels, unlike the island platform design used at every other station. This design was chosen to avoid excavating underneath, and risk compromising, the foundations of the Marble Church. With the lower platform at 30 meters beneath street level, it is also the deepest station of all stations on the Copenhagen Metro.

Store Kongensgade (lit. English. Great King's Street) is the longest street in central Copenhagen, Denmark. It extends northeast from Kongens Nytorv to Esplanaden, running parallel to Bredgade, where it breaks left, continuing northwest to Grønningen. Store Kongensgade is part of the Ring 2 thoroughfare. Traffic is one-way, moving from Østerport station to Kongens Nytorv, while traffic moving in the opposite direction goes by Bredgade which is also one-way.

Bredgade 45 is a former town mansion situated around the corner from Frederik's Church in the Frederiksstaden district of central Copenhagen, Denmark. Originally constructed as an extension to the adjacent Moltke Mansion, it owes its current Historicist design to a renovation undertaken by Vilhelm Dahlerup. Notable residents include Governor-General of the Danish West Indies Peter von Scholten, naval officer Steen Andersen Bille, landowner Peder Brønnum Scavenius and businessman and art collector Heinrich Hirschsprung. The property is now owned by Jeudan. Female Founders House, a hub for femakle entrepreneurs, is based in the side wing (Bredgade 45B).

Store Kongensgade 79 is a property on Store Kongensgade, opposite Frederik's Church, in central Copenhagen, Denmark. It was listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1964.

Store Kongensgade 81 is a Neoclassical property situated in Store Kongensgade between Frederiksgade and Hindegade, in Copenhagen, Denmark. The complex consists of a Neoclassical residential building from the 1780s fronting the street and a number of somewhat older secondary wings, surrounding two consecutive courtyards, on its rear. It was listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1918. The artist Lorenz Frølich, whose father and uncle owned the property for almost 50 years, spent his childhood at the site. Other notable former residents include former Governor-General of the Danish West Indies Frederik von Walterstorff, historian and social critic Niels Ditlev Riegels, physician Johan Daniel Herholdt (1764-1836) and painter August Schiøtt. The property is now owned by Jeudan.

The Bernstorff Mansion (Danish: Bernstorffske Palæ) is a Rococo style town mansion situated at the corner of Bredgade and Frederiksgade in the Frederiksstaden district of central Copenhagen, Denmark. It complements the Dehn Mansion on the other corner, contributing to the symmetry of Frederiksstaden's Frederiksgade axis. The town mansion remained in the hands of the Bernstorff family until 1799. It has also been referred to as Prince Ferdinand's Mansion (Danish: Prins Ferdinands Palæ) and King George's Mansion (Danish: Kong Georges Palæ) after two later owners. The Supreme Court was based on the beletage from the fire of the second Christiansborg Palace in 1884 until the completion of its current building in 1919. Four large gobelins by François Boucher were sold in around 1900 and are now in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum. The building was listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1918. It is now owned by Jeudan.

Bredgade (lit. "Broad Street") is one of the most prominent streets in Copenhagen, Denmark. Running in a straight line from Kongens Nytorv for just under one kilometre to the intersection of Esplanaden and Grønningen, it is one of the major streets in Frederiksstaden, a Rococo district laid out in the middle of the 18th century to commemorate the tercentenary of the House of Oldenburg's accession to the Danish throne. It is lined with a number of fine mansions as well as other historic buildings. Many law firms, trade unions, fashion stores and art galleries are based in the street.

Bredgade 38 is a Neoclassical property in the Frederiksstaden neighborhood of central Copenhagen, Denmark. The building was listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1951. Notable former residents include the naval officer Carl Wilhelm Jessen and businessman Emil Vett.

Palægaragerne (lit.: The Mansion Garages) is an early Modernist parking facility and filling station located in a narrow courtyard at Dronningens Tværgade 4 in central Copenhagen, Denmark. It was built in the early 1930s and was the first multi-storey parking facility in Denmark. It takes its name after the neighboring Moltke Mansion. The parking facility and the canopy over the filling station were listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places by the Danish Heritage Agency on 13 July 1994. It is now owned by the property company Jeudan.

The Alexander Nevsky Church (Danish: Skt. Aleksander Nevskij Kirke) is the only Russian Orthodox church in Copenhagen. It was built by the Russian Government between 1881 and 1883, prompted by Princess Dagmar of Denmark's marriage to Alexander Alexandrovich on 9 November 1866 and their later ascent to the Russian throne as Tsar Alexander III of Russia and Tsaritsa Maria Feodorovna. The church is dedicated to the Russian patron saint Alexander Nevsky.

The Royal Danish Silk Manufactury (Danish: Den Kongelige Silkemanufaktur) was located at Bredgade 34 and 36 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The building fronting the street at No. 34 was listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places by the Danish Heritage Agency on 12 March 1951. The rear wings and the building at No.36 are not listed.

Ida Davidsen is a celebrated smørrebrød restaurant located in the heart of Copenhagen, Denmark. The restaurant is more than a century old and is considered a cultural institution in Denmark with a menu of over 280 varieties of open-faced sandwiches. Popular among tourists and locals alike, Queen Margrethe II has also been known to have the restaurant cater royal events. It is adjacent to the Kongens Nytorv square. It was also featured in a task on The Amazing Race 25.
