The Regent Theatre is a theatre located at 224 Main Street in Picton, Ontario. It opened in 1918 and has presented both film and live shows through the years. Some have referred to the opening of the theatre to be in 1922 but that is when the theatre went through a major renovation where the roof was replaced. The Regent is a rare example of an Edwardian opera house, with a stage that is as large as that of the Royal Alexandra Theatre in Toronto. It was designed by architects Warrington and Page for George and Ellen Cook, who presented both vaudeville shows and motion pictures there. The Cooks' daughter, Louise, sold the theatre to the Regent Theatre Foundation in 1994.

Canadian Forces Base Picton (CFB Picton) was a military installation located in Picton, Ontario. The base was active from the Second World War to 1969 and served the Royal Air Force, Royal Canadian Air Force and Canadian Army. Today, the site functions as the Picton Airport.

Picton is an unincorporated community located in Prince Edward County in southeastern Ontario, roughly 160 km (99 mi) east of Toronto. It is the county's largest community and former seat located at the southwestern end of Picton Bay, a branch of the Bay of Quinte, which is along the northern shoreline of Lake Ontario. The town is named for Lieutenant General Sir Thomas Picton, who served in the British Army during the Peninsular War in Spain and Portugal. He also saw action at the Battle of Waterloo, where he was killed. It was formerly incorporated as a town. Picton is home to the Picton Pirates of the Provincial Junior Hockey League Tod Division.

Picton Airport (TC LID: CNT7) is located on the southeast side of Picton, Ontario, Canada, near the Bay of Quinte on Lake Ontario. The airport is used for general aviation, including glider flying. The runway is also used for competitive, amateur automobile racing events such as arm-drop drag races and autocross with the St Lawrence Automobile Club.

Warings Corner is a community in Prince Edward County, Ontario. It is situated at the intersection of Loyalist Parkway and Prince Edward County road 1.

The White Chapel, formerly known as the "Old Chapel", is an historic Methodist church in Prince Edward, Ontario. The chapel was built on land donated by Stephen Conger, a Loyalist from the former Province of New Jersey who settled in Hallowell Township in 1787. Commenced in 1809, the chapel was the first Methodist church in Prince Edward County and one of the earliest in Upper Canada. Built by William Moore and financed by local subscription, it has been maintained as a place of worship for a longer period than any other church of Methodist origin in Ontario.The church is situated in the former Township of Sophiasburgh, located in the Municipality of Prince Edward, Ontario.

Cherry Valley is a community in the single-tier municipality of Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. It is located at 43°56.16′N 77°9.23′W. Located on Lake Ontario within Quinte on the shores of Lake Ontario, the Salmon Point Lighthouse was erected in Cherry Valley in 1871, when the area was already nicknamed Wicked point by sailors. The lighthouse remained working for about sixty years. Its function was replaced by the Point Petre Lighthouse built in 1833. The economy of Cherry Valley is driven by tourism, in addition to agriculture. There are many beef and dairy farms surrounding the hamlet, and several wineries were opened in the first years of the 21st century. Ship building was a significant industry in the 19th century as well as service and support industries for local farms. Rumours circulate in Cherry Valley about treasure buried in the local Outlet Sand Bar by French soldiers fleeing from English soldiers during the Seven Years' War.

Milford is a town in the single-tier municipality of Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. It is located at 43°56.5′N 77°5.25′W. Located on the Black River, Milford was founded in 1808 and was a busy timber milling center until approximately 1900 and was the capital of Marysburgh Township before township restructuring and ultimately amalgamation into Prince Edward County.Mill Pond is an artificial lake created to harness water power during the milling period. Mill pond is approximately 1.2 kilometers long and suitable for non-motorized watersports. Today Milford's economy is largely based on tourism. Milford boasts a large theater, one restaurant, 2 shops, 5 bed and breakfasts, a post office and a library. Milford hosts an annual fair in September and an annual winter carnival in January.

Prince Edward County (PEC) is a county in southern Ontario, Canada. Its coastline on Lake Ontario’s northeastern shore is known for Sandbanks Provincial Park, sand beaches, and limestone cliffs. The Regent Theatre, a restored Edwardian Opera House, sits at the heart of the town of Picton on the Bay of Quinte. Nearby Macaulay Heritage Park highlights local history through its 19th-century buildings. In 2016, Prince Edward County had a census population of 24,735. Prince Edward County is a city, single-tier municipality and a census division of the Canadian province of Ontario.

Lake on the Mountain Provincial Park is a provincial park located in Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. The park has an area of 104 hectares. Other than a viewing platform, parking area, and an illustrated sign explaining the physical structure of the eponymous lake, there are no facilities in the park. The freshwater lake around which the park is based is located nearly 62 metres (203 ft) above the Bay of Quinte from which it is separated by a narrow strip of land ending in a cliff. Often thought to have no visible source of water, it is actually fed by at least two small streams from the surrounding higher land, predominantly from the west though another enters near the southeast corner. The southeast supply is more of a seasonal spring runoff and by summer is sometimes completely dry. There is also a significant area of swamp to the southwest which would act as a reservoir for water that would eventually flow into the lake. Drainage of the lake occurs on the east side where a small stream flows down the cliff into Lake Ontario's Bay of Quinte. It is believed to be a collapsed doline (a type of sinkhole). It was believed to be bottomless by early settlers. The depth of the lake is still not fully known, although previous surveys have established the depth at over 34 metres (112 ft) deep.

Sophiasburgh is an historic township in southern Ontario, Canada, one of the three original townships that formed Prince Edward County. The other two townships were Ameliasburgh and Marysburgh. It was named in 1798 after Princess Sophia, the fifth daughter of George III. The township was amalgamated into the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward, a single tier municipality, on January 1, 1998. After the American Revolution, a number of United Empire Loyalists who settled in the area of Picton Bay. The White Chapel, north of Picton, was the first Methodist church built in the county.
