Virgin Media Television Ltd (formerly known as TV3 Television Network Ltd; previously traded as the TV3 Group until August 2018) is a commercial television company in Ireland, based in Dublin. Launched in 1998 as TV3 Television Network, the TV3 Group was formed in January 2009. The company was acquired by Liberty Global in 2015, and the channels were rebranded to Virgin Media Television in 2018.The network was put up for sale by its owner Liberty Global in June 2021.

Virgin Media One, also called Virgin One, is an Irish free-to-air television channel owned by Virgin Media Ireland (part of Liberty Global), operated through its subsidiary Virgin Media Television. The channel was launched as TV3 on 20 September 1998, becoming Ireland's first commercial television channel. Its name was changed to Virgin Media One on 30 August 2018. The channel broadcasts a mix of Irish programming and acquired programming from ITV and others.

Virgin Media Sport was an Irish subscription television channel operated by Virgin Media Ireland and owned by Liberty Global. The channel launched on 18 September 2018.The channel was available on the Virgin Media Ireland cable service. The channel closed on April 11, 2022 with content moving to Virgin Media channel 100 - Virgin Media More.

Walkinstown (Irish: Baile Bhailcín) is a suburb of Dublin in Ireland, six kilometres southwest of the city centre. It is surrounded by Drimnagh to the north, Crumlin to the east, Greenhills to the south, and Ballymount, Bluebell, and Clondalkin to the west. Its postal code is Dublin 12. It consists mainly of privately owned housing, with some social housing remaining in the Dublin City Council area between the Walkinstown and Long Mile Roads and Ballymount Lower. It was built as an estate of starter homes after World War II. Light industry, warehousing, car dealerships, and commercial outlet stores are concentrated along the Long Mile Road in the western sector of the suburb. The national census of 2016 recorded a local population of 6,819 people. Walkinstown has a library, residents' association, sports ground, community centre, schools, pubs, church, and local shops.

Kylemore (Irish: An Choill Mhóir) is a stop on the Luas light-rail tram system in Dublin, Ireland. It opened in 2004 as a stop on the Red Line. The stop is located on a section of reserved track in a wide central reservation on the Naas Road dual carriageway near the intersection with Kylemore road, and is virtually identical to Bluebell Luas stop. It provides access to Walkinstown, St James Gaels GAA and Kylemore College. The stop is also served by Dublin Bus routes 13, 18, 51x, 68, 69, 69x, and 151.

Bluebell (Irish: An Cloigín Gorm) is a small suburb of Dublin City, Ireland. Situated approximately 6.5 kilometres south-west of the city centre on the Camac, a Liffey tributary, the suburb borders the Grand Canal and Ballyfermot to the north, Walkinstown to the south, Inchicore to the east, and Clondalkin to the west. Bluebell is in the Dublin South-Central Dáil constituency and is administered by Dublin City Council at the local government level. Its postal code is Dublin 12.

Bluebell United Football Club is an Irish association football club originally based in Bluebell, Dublin. The club's senior team plays in the Leinster Senior League Senior Division. The club has also fielded teams to compete in the FAI Cup, the FAI Intermediate Cup and the Leinster Senior Cup. Founded in 1946 in the Camac Park district of Bluebell, the club later relocated to its current home near Clondalkin. In 2014–15, Bluebell were Leinster Senior League champions, 27 years after winning their previous title. Bluebell United would go onto retain the title again in the following 2015-16 season.

The Red Cow interchange is a major road junction in west Dublin, Ireland on the M50, meeting the N7 Naas Road (to Cork and Limerick) at a free-flow grade-separated junction which incorporates a tram line. The N7 route commences at this junction, junction 1 on the N7 and junction 9 on the M50, and the Naas Road from the city centre via Inchicore to the Red Cow interchange comprises part of the R110 and the R810. The junction is the busiest road junction in Ireland. Before a recent upgrade, it frequently had tailbacks several kilometres long on the routes leading to it.

Greenhills College (Irish: Coláiste na gCnoc Glas) is a secondary school situated on Limekiln Avenue, Greenhills in South Dublin. It accommodates Junior Certificate, Leaving Certificate and Leaving Certificate Applied students and offers the Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme to its students. It is run by the Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Education and Training Board (DDLETB) and is a non-fee paying school. Greenhills College opened in 1970 in Crumlin, and moved to its present site in 1972. In 1973, Greenhills College offered adult education and leisure-type classes to the local community. The college also provides post-Leaving Certificate (PLC) and Vocational Training Opportunities Scheme (VTOS) courses for adult learners. The school competes in a number of sports and extra curricular activities including Gaelic football, hurling, soccer, basketball, boxing, and Gaelic handball. Greenhills represented Ireland at the World Schools Games in Sweden in 1991. In 2015, the school won its first title in hurling. Ireland's only ever Olympic Gold medalist in Boxing Michael Carruth is a former student of Greenhills College which he attended with his two brothers.

Kingswood (Irish: Coill an Rí) is a stop on the Luas light-rail tram system in Dublin, Ireland. It opened in 2004 as a stop on the Red Line. The stop is located on a section of reserved track at the side of the R383 road, near the Kingswood heights housing estate. It provides access to the Tallaght Medical Centre. The stop is also served by Dublin Bus route 56A.

Tymon Park is a large suburban public park in Dublin, Ireland. It has an area of over 300 acres (120 ha) and is divided in two by the M50 motorway, the two divisions being linked by a pair of pedestrian bridges. One of Dublin's historically important rivers, the River Poddle passes through it, providing water to a number of ponds.
