Cheongna Dalton School (CDS) is a secular international private college preparatory school situated in Cheongna, Incheon, South Korea, offering an American curriculum following the Dalton Plan in an English-only setting. Cheongna Dalton School opened to students on September 1, 2011, and has classes from pre-Kindergarten to the 12th grade. The present site is 46,200 m2 (11.4 acres or 497.292 sq ft) and is located in the Cheongna area. The school provides dormitory and day-school options but the elementary students cannot use the dorms. They share the philosophy of Dalton School in New York and accept the Dalton Plan that Helen Parkhurst established during her career. They have accreditation from WASC and the school provides AP system classes. The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), based in California, accredited Cheongna Dalton School for a six-year term on July 2, 2012. As a condition of attending the school, a student is required to have at least one parent who holds a foreign passport, or the student must have been out of the country of Korea for more than 1,095 days at the time of enrollment.

Cheongna International City (Korean: 청라국제도시역; Hanja: 靑羅國際都市驛) is a station on AREX in Gyeongseo-dong, Seo District, Incheon, South Korea. It is situated near the entrance of the Incheon International Airport Expressway. It has an unusual design: the first building is built for access to the station, and the second building, which houses the platforms, is connected to the first building with a skybridge.

The Incheon Stadium, commonly known as the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium (Korean: 인천아시아드주경기장, romanized: Incheon Asiadeu Jugyeong-gijang), is a stadium located in Incheon, South Korea. Completed in July 2014, it is used mostly for athletics meets and was the main venue of the 2014 Asian Games. The stadium has been designed with an initial capacity of roughly 60,000 spectators. After the 2014 Asian Games, capacity was reduced to 30,000 spectators. The stadium has an oval running track enclosing a regulation-size soccer field. Outside, there's a tennis court, a subsidiary stadium, and the 1,415.13 m2 Yeonhui Cricket Ground.The main stadium was used for the opening and closing ceremony and athletics competitions of the 2014 Asian Games and 2014 Asian Para Games. Utilizing the long linear landscape from South to North to actively connect to surrounding parks, and the natural continuity of the rooftops to facilitate the approach by spectators, in order to overcome the difficulty of approaching the long site while emphasizing the potential of the area. It attempts to depict the movements of people with the lines and soft curvatures of dancing in order to link with Seungmu (Buddhist dance), and to express dynamic movement with the tide and wind, which represent the sea of Incheon.

Yeonhui Cricket Ground is a cricket stadium in Incheon, South Korea built for Cricket at the 2014 Asian Games. Both the men's and women's cricket matches in the 2014 Asian Games were played on this ground. It has been reported that the crowd capacity of this ground is 3000. This was the first cricket stadium in South Korea.In 2018, it hosted first ever T20I match between South Korea and China.In September 2019, it hosted Women's T20 East Asia Cup between South Korea, China, Hong Kong and Japan.

The National Institute of Environmental Research, or NIER, is a research agency operated by the South Korean government. Its president is Seong-Kyu Yoon. It is charged with environmental research, education, international cooperation, and setting criterion levels for various pollutants. The main building for the institute is located in Gyeongseo-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon. NIER was first established in 1978 as the National Environment Protection Institute. It gained its current name and status in 1986.

Seo-gu Office Station is a subway station on Line 2 of the Incheon Subway.

Gajeong Jungang Market Station is a subway station on Line 2 of the Incheon Subway.

Asiad Stadium Station is a subway station on Line 2 of the Incheon Subway.

The Third Incheon Bridge (Korean: 인천 제3연륙교), or Third Yeonryuk Bridge, is a reinforced concrete cable-stayed bridge currently under construction in Incheon, South Korea. Construction began in December 2021 and is projected to be completed by 2025. The bridge will connect Cheongna International City in Seo District, Incheon and Jung District, Incheon on Yeongjongdo providing a third link to Incheon International Airport. In addition to a six-lane highway, pedestrian and cycle lanes will be installed, together with an observatory on one of the bridge's 180m towers. The bridge will connect to the Gyeongin Expressway and is projected to allow travel times from Yeongjongdo of 30 minutes to Yeouido and 45 minutes to Gangnam.

Seo District (Seo-gu) is the largest district in Incheon, South Korea. It has an area 111.2 square kilometres (42.9 sq mi), and it has the largest area of farmland in Incheon. In the past, Seo-gu was part of 'Buk-gu'. In 1988, a part of the ward was separated to form 'Seo-gu'.

Seongnam Station (석남역) is a subway station on Incheon Subway Line 2 and Seoul Subway Line 7. It first opened as a station on Incheon Subway Line 2 solely in 2016, and Seoul Subway Line 7 opened in May 2021. Despite their identical spelling in the Roman script, the station is not located in the city of Seongnam (성남) southeast of Seoul, as their names in Hangul differ by one letter.
