The Morgan Avenue station is a station on the BMT Canarsie Line of the New York City Subway. Located at the intersection of Morgan Avenue and Harrison Place in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, it is served by the L train at all times.

The McKibbin Street Lofts are two opposing loft buildings in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. They share similar features, such as 5 floors (16 apartments per floor at 255 and 20 at 248). The apartments range in size from 400 to 2500 square feet (various units between the first and second floors of both buildings are duplexes). Approximately 400 tenants live in the two buildings. The building used to have a reputation for hosting raucous all-night "loft parties." Given this, and the preponderance of twenty-something recent college graduates living in the two buildings, the buildings had at one point been given the nickname "Art Dorm." With young-professional residents and extensive construction underway at both buildings, this reputation is changing. {Citation needed}

Fireproof Recording is a recording studio, which became an important part of the indie music scene in New York City. In 1997, Adam Lasus moved to Brooklyn, New York and started the company. Fireproof clients include indie artists Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, PJ Harvey, Clem Snide, Daniel Johnston, Mark Mulcahy, Amy Ray and many others. Fireproof is an analog and digital recording studio relying on vintage 24 track 2 inch multitrack tape machines and 1/2 inch mixdown deck's. Fireproof uses vintage gear manufactured by Neve, Studer, Ampex, Neumann, Vox, Hammond, UREI, ADR, Manley, Focusrite, AKG, Oktava, Neotek and API. Fireproof has a vast collection of vintage guitars, amps and outboard audio compressors. Fireproof Recording is currently located in Los Angeles, California, where Lasus has worked with indie artists Marching Band, Anders Parker, Oliver Future, Army Navy, Matt Keating, Kelli Scarr, The Shivers, Noah And The MegaFauna, Emperor X, The Orbans and Son Of Stan.

The Industrial Complex at 221 McKibbin Street is an American historic industrial complex, located in the East Williamsburg neighborhood of the Brooklyn borough of New York City, New York.

The Brooklyn Latin School is a public magnet, specialized high school in New York City. It opened in September 2006. The ideals governing Brooklyn Latin are borrowed largely from the Boston Latin School, and popular society's ideals. The school’s founding headmaster was Jason Griffiths. In August 2019, Katrina Billy-Wilkinson became the acting headmaster. Admission to Brooklyn Latin involves passing the Specialized High Schools Admissions Test. Each November, about 30,000 eighth and ninth graders take the 3-hour test for admittance to eight of the nine specialized high schools. Approximately 200 applicants are accepted each year. It is the second specialized high school in Brooklyn (along with Brooklyn Technical High School) and has the distinction of being the only specialized high school in which students adhere to a school uniform. The school color, purple, reflects the preference of Roman nobility, who wore robes dyed in that color and is also the school color of the Boston Latin School, another borrowed trait. The school spent its first five years at 325 Bushwick Avenue, in limited space. In 2013 it moved to 223 Graham Avenue, not far from the previous school.

Bushwick, also known as Bushwick Terminal, was a train station along the Bushwick Branch, and terminal of the Bushwick Branch of the Long Island Rail Road from February 29, 1876, to May 13, 1924. Bushwick Terminal was located at Montrose Avenue and Bushwick Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It opened on July 18, 1868, and closed in 1924 with the end of passenger service on the Bushwick Branch. Steam engines served the station until 1913. The station building made in brick survived until recently and was the last vestige of the passenger terminal of the Bushwick Branch. Before it was demolished, the building was used as an automobile repair shop. The terminal building was replaced by a building that was in the process of being built in October 2007, and holds trucks.

3 Dollar Bill is a bar in East Williamsburg that is said to be the city's largest LGBTQ+ owned venue. The bar, which opened in 2018, takes its name from the phrase queer as a three dollar bill. The building in which the bar is located is a series of red brick buildings had been the Otto Huber Brewery until the 1950s rendering it large enough for parties and a community space with the bar occupying 10,000 square feet of space. The bar's owner, Brenda Breathnach, is a lesbian from Ireland. She also owned Phoenix, a gay bar in Manhattan's East Village.

The Bushwick-Hylan Houses are 2 different but connected NYCHA housing projects with 8 buildings in the Bushwick side and another building on the Hylan side. Buildings I-IV have 20 stories while the rest (V-VIII) have 13 stories in the Bushwick Houses section and the Hylan Houses building has 19 stories. It is located between Moore Street and Flushing Avenue and also between Humboldt Street and Bushwick Avenue on the Bushwick Side and the Hylan Houses Buildings is located between Seigel and Moore Streets and also between Humboldt Street and Bushwick Avenue as well. Both of these developments are in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The William Ulmer Brewery is a brewery complex in Bushwick, Brooklyn, New York City. It consists of four buildings—an office, a brew house, an engine–machine house, and a stable–storage house—all constructed between 1872 and 1890 in the German round-arch style. The site is bounded by Belvidere Street to the southeast, Beaver Street to the northeast, and Locust Street to the northwest, with the address 31 Belvidere Street. The main brew house, the engine–machine house, and the office building were designed by Brooklyn architect Theobald Engelhardt, while the stable–storage house was designed by Frederick Wunder. The Ulmer Brewery was one of over a dozen German-operated breweries that were built in Bushwick during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It ceased to be an active brewery in 1920 due to Prohibition in the United States, which outlawed alcoholic beverage production. The Ulmer family continued to own the office building until 1952; the other buildings were sold and used for light manufacturing, and the office building became a private residence. On May 11, 2010, the brewery was designated a New York City Landmark, becoming the first brewery in the city to receive this status.
