Northern Tower

The Russia Tower (Russian: Башня Россия; Bashnya Rossiya) was a skyscraper project planned for the Moscow International Business Center in Moscow, Russia. It was started but eventually was cancelled due to the financial crisis of 2007–2008 and replaced by Neva Towers project.

The Neva Towers, formerly the Renaissance Moscow Towers, is a complex of two skyscrapers located on plots 17 and 18 of the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC) in Moscow, Russia. Tower 1, at 302 metres (991 feet) tall with 65 floors, is the ninth-tallest building in Europe. Tower 2, at 345 metres (1,132 feet) tall with 79 floors, is the tallest residential building in Europe and the fourth-tallest building in Europe. The complex was completed in 2020.

Testovskaya is a railway station of Line D1 of the Moscow Central Diameters in Moscow. It will be rebuilt by 2024.

OKO (Russian: ОКО, obsolete Russian word for eye, also an abbreviation for Ob'yedinonnyye Kristallom Osnovaniya (Russian: Oбъединённые Кристаллом Oснования, literal meaning Foundations Bound by a Crystal)) is a complex of two skyscrapers located on plot 16 in the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC) in Moscow, Russia. Occupying a total area of about 250,000 square metres (2,700,000 sq ft), the mixed-use complex houses apartments, office space, a 5-star hotel, and other commodities.The two skyscrapers, North Tower and South Tower, are among the tallest skyscrapers in Russia, with the latter being the taller of the two. Rising 354.1 m (1,162 ft), the 85-story South Tower, also known as the OKO Apartment Tower or 16a IBC Tower 1, was the tallest building in Russia and Europe when constructed, until it was surpassed by Federation Tower a few months later. The 49-story North Tower, also known as the OKO Office Tower or 16a IBC Tower 2, is 245 m (804 ft) tall and the 11th tallest building in Russia. The complex also has a large car park, rising 12 stories with a height of 44 m (144 ft).

Eurasia (Russian: Евразия, tr. Yevraziya), also known as Steel Peak (Russian: Стальная Вершина, tr. Stalnaya Vershina), is a 308.9 m (1,013 ft) supertall skyscraper located on plot 12 of the MIBC in Moscow, Russia. The mixed-use skyscraper occupies a total area of 207,542 square metres (2,233,960 sq ft), and houses offices, apartments, a hotel, and a fitness center. It is the sixth-tallest building in Russia, the seventh-tallest building in Europe, and the 72nd-tallest building in the world. Construction of Eurasia started in 2006 and was completed in 2014.

The iCity (formerly known as City One) is a complex of two skyscrapers that was built by MR Group in Moscow, Russia. The two skyscrapers are named Time Tower (34 floors; 150 m high) and Space Tower (61 floors; 256 m high). The construction was started in 2020 and completed in late 2024. The estimated cost of the project is 23 billion rubles (approx. $335 mln). In 2019, the media reported that one of Russia's largest internet companies, Mail.Ru Group, had plans to lease a third of the floor space in this complex upon completion. Upon completion in 2024, the iCity became one of the tallest buildings in Moscow and in Europe.

Mezhdunarodnaya (Russian: Междунаро́дная - International) is a northern terminus of one of the 2 branches of the Filyovskaya Line of the Moscow Metro. The station was built as part of the second stage and completed the branch of the Filyovskaya Line into the Moscow International Business Center (Moscow-City). It opened on 30 August 2006. The station, designed by architects A.Orlov and A.Nekrasov, features a deep-level column tri-vault design. However, unlike the standard Moscow sizes, the platform length is shortened from 162 to 118 metres, while the sizes of both the central and platform vaults have also been reduced from the standard 9 to 7.5 metres. As a result, the station has sizes similar to those on the London Underground stations. Also, Mezhdunarodnaya is the only deep-level station that features a curved platform. Decoratively the station has a modern "high-tech" design that blends with the skyscraper landscape of the Moscow-City. The design consists of white marble and plastic panels, a dark granite floor, and metallic interpylon slabs. The vestibule of the station is located under Moscow's internal motorway, the Third Ring. The lobby contains modernized turnstiles.

Delovoy Tsentr (Russian: Деловой центр) is a station on the Moscow Central Circle of the Moscow Metro that opened in September 2016.

The IQ-quarter (Russian: IQ-квартал) is a mixed-use complex composed of two skyscrapers and a high-rise located on plot 11 in the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC) in Moscow, Russia with a total area of 201,430 m2 (2,168,174 sq ft). The skyscrapers are named Towers 1 and 2, with the latter being the tallest, and the high-rise just known as the IQ-quarter hotel or Tower 3. Construction of the complex began in 2008 and finished in 2016.The 42-story Tower 2 is the tallest out of the three buildings in the complex, rising up to a height of 177.5 metres (582 ft). It is followed by the 33-story Tower 1, rising up to a height of 141 metres (463 ft). Both buildings serve as offices. The lowest building is the IQ-quarter hotel, or just Tower 3, standing at a height of 83.6 metres (274 ft) and serving as both a hotel and a residential area.

The Federation Tower (Russian: Башня Федерация, romanized: Bashnya Federatsya) is a complex of two skyscrapers built on the 13th lot of the Moscow International Business Center in Moscow, Russia. The two skyscrapers are named Tower East or Vostok (Russian: Восток; literally means "East") and Tower West or Zapad (Russian: Запад; literally means "West"). The supertall skyscraper Tower East (Vostok) is currently the second-tallest skyscraper in Europe and Russia after the Lakhta Center, the tallest building in Moscow, and the 55th-tallest building in the world. Zapad is a shorter skyscraper than Vostok and is the eleventh-tallest building in Russia, and the 22nd-tallest building in Europe. The complex stands on the 13th lot, which has an area of 439,154 square meters. The project was conceived by German-Russian engineer Sergei Tchoban and German professor and engineer Peter Schweger. The complex was designed by architecture companies nps+partner and Schweger Associated Architects. The complex started construction in 2005, with Zapad completed first in 2008 with a height of 242 meters (794 feet). As a result of the Great Recession, construction of the complex stopped until August 2011, and Vostok was completed on 7 December 2017 with a height of 374 meters (1,227 feet). In late 2014, Vostok surpassed the South Tower of OKO, which it is also part of the MIBC, as the tallest skyscraper of Russia and Europe. A spire was to be also built which would have extended the complex's height to 450 meters (1,480 feet) as well as provided an observation deck but it was never completed and was dismantled afterward. The complex is owned by the AEON Corporation, a Russian private international investment group. The complex consists of two towers built on one podium. Tower East is a 97-story structure and Tower West is a 63-story structure.

The Moscow International Business Center (MIBC), also known as Moscow-City, is an under-construction commercial development in Moscow, the capital of Russia. The project occupies an area of 60 hectares, and is located just east of the Third Ring Road at the western edge of the Presnensky District in the Central Administrative Okrug. Construction of the MIBC takes place on the Presnenskaya Embankment of the Moskva River, approximately 4 kilometers (2.5 mi) west of Red Square. The complex is home to the highest numbers of skyscrapers in Europe. The Government of Moscow first conceived the project in 1992, as a mixed development of office, residential, retail and entertainment facilities. An estimated 250,000 – 300,000 people will be working in, living in, or visiting the complex at any given time. By 2016, twelve of the twenty-three planned facilities of the MIBC were already built; seven buildings were under construction; and four were in the design stage.

Naberezhnaya Tower (Russian: Башня на Hабережной, tr. Bashnya na Naberezhnoy, literally means Tower on the Embankment) is an office complex composed of two skyscrapers and a high-rise located on plot 10 in the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC) in Moscow, Russia with a total area of 254,000 m2 (2,730,000 sq ft). The buildings are named after the first three letters of the alphabet and from the lowest height to the tallest: the 17-story tall Tower A, the 27-story tall Tower B, and the 59-story tall Tower C. Construction of the complex started in 2003, with Tower A being completed in 2004, Tower B in 2005, and Tower C in 2007.Tower C is the tallest building out of the complex, with a height of 268.4 metres (881 ft) and 59 stories. It is formerly the tallest building in Russia and Europe, surpassing the Triumph Palace, also in Moscow, in August 2007. Tower C was surpassed by its neighboring skyscraper Moscow Tower of the City of Capitals complex as the tallest building in July 2008.
