Hospital Sótero del Río station is an elevated metro station located on the overhead section of Line 4 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. It is named after the Sótero del Río Hospital, which is directly surrounding the station. The station is located in Concha y Toro Avenue near its junction with Gabriela Avenue. The station was opened on 30 November 2005 as part of the inaugural section of the line between Vicente Valdés and Plaza de Puente Alto.The station's surroundings include the Sótero del Río Hospital, the Josefina Martínez children's hospital, schools, a religious centre, local stores, a supermarket, and the 38th Comisaría de Puente Alto police station. The location of this station makes it useful for patients of both hospitals. Unusually for an elevated station, the ticket office and concourse are located underground. This is to create extra space due to the large number of commuters travelling through the station.

The station was opened on 30 November 2005 as part of the inaugural section of the line between Vicente Valdés and Plaza de Puente Alto.The station is located in the commune of Puente Alto on Concha y Toro Avenue, near the junction with Angel Pimentel Street. It has disabled access. The number of passengers passing through this station is relatively low, except in rush hours when traffic increases dramatically. The station's surroundings include the Compañia de Jesus Catholic school, Los Nogales School, Las Nieves School, and a public-owned swimming pool, along with its namesake.

Trinidad is an elevated metro station on the Line 4 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. The side platforms and tracks are wrapped in a large elliptical cross section tube. The station has a mezzanine area below the tracks. The station was opened on 30 November 2005 as part of the inaugural section of the line between Vicente Valdés and Plaza de Puente Alto.

Estadio Bicentenario Municipal de La Florida is a multi-purpose stadium, located in La Florida, in eastern Santiago, Chile. It is the home stadium of Chilean football team Audax Italiano. The stadium was built in 1986 and rebuilt in 2008. The stadium also hosts a variety of events such as summer theatre festivals and music concerts, such as the KISS concert in early 2009. Faith No More performed at the stadium on October 30, 2009 as part of their The Second Coming Tour. The stadium has also been used for concerts by System of a Down, Primus, Rage Against the Machine, The Mars Volta, The Black Eyed Peas, Green Day, Rammstein, Dua Lipa, Harry Styles, Post Malone, Def Leppard and Mötley Crüe. In 2007, La Florida was selected as a venue for the 2008 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup. In order to comply with FIFA standards, the old stadium was torn down and a completely new venue was built. The capacity of the latter was increased from 7,000 to 12,000 people. The new stadium was inaugurated on November 12, 2008.

It lies opposite Concha y Toro Avenue between Independencia Street and Domingo Tocornal Avenue. The station was opened on 30 November 2005 as part of the inaugural section of the line between Vicente Valdés and Plaza de Puente Alto.The area around the station, which in the past held fields and empty land, has become a commercial hub with business and real estate development. The station has exits connecting directly with two shopping centres, one on either side of Concha y Toro Avenue, and the Independencia Square and Espacio Urbano shopping malls. Between both malls lie two movie theaters, several department stores, three supermarkets, along with banks, drugstores and fast-food chains.

Rojas Magallanes is an elevated metro station on the Line 4 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. The station has two side platforms and two tracks on a precast concrete segmental viaduct with single central columns. It is enclosed in a tubular structure with elliptical cross section, from which protrude two balcony-like structures containing stairs that lead to the mezzanine level. The station was opened on 30 November 2005 as part of the inaugural section of the line between Vicente Valdés and Plaza de Puente Alto.

La Granja station is an embanked metro station located on Line 4A of the Santiago Metro in Santiago, Chile. It lies between the Santa Julia and Santa Rosa stations in the commune of the same name, La Granja, and is located along the Autopista Vespucio Sur highway at the junction with Coronel Street. The station was opened on 16 August 2006 as part of the inaugural section of the line between Vicuña Mackenna and La Cisterna.In the area around the station can be found medical centres, commercial centres, a very big auto dealership and the neighbourhoods of San Gregorio and Millalemu. The station has four entrances, all located on Santa Rosa Avenue, and also has disabled access.

Santa Julia station is an embanked metro station located on Line 4A of the Santiago Metro in Santiago, Chile, between Vicuña Mackenna station and La Granja station in the commune of La Florida. It lies along the Vespucio Sur Freeway at the junction with Santa Julia Street. The station was opened on 16 August 2006 as part of the inaugural section of the line between Vicuña Mackenna and La Cisterna.The area around the station is mainly residential and contains the Villa O’Higgins Family Health Center (Spanish: Centro de Salud Familiar Villa O’Higgins). The station also has disabled access.

Vicente Valdés is a completely underground transfer station between the Line 4 and Line 5 of the Santiago Metro. The Line 4 station was opened on 30 November 2005 as the northern terminus of the inaugural section of the line between Vicente Valdés and Plaza de Puente Alto. The line 5 station was opened at the same day as a one station extension from Bellavista de La Florida. On 2 March 2006, Line 4 was extended north to Grecia.
