Little Creek Hundred Rural Historic District is a national historic district located near Little Creek, Kent County, Delaware. It encompasses 21 contributing buildings, 1 contributing site, and 1 contributing structure in a rural area near Little Creek. It consists of 11 distinct adjoining farm complexes, an octagonal school house and the Little Creek Quaker Meeting house and cemetery. Eight of the major buildings are built of brick, three are frame, and two are stone.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

East Dover Hundred in the U.S. state of Delaware was originally part of St. Jones Hundred, which was renamed Dover Hundred in 1823, which was then divided in 1877 into two hundreds: East Dover Hundred and West Dover Hundred.

Tyn Head Court, later known as Wethered Court, is a historic home located east of Dover, Delaware. The main home dates to about 1740, and is a two-story, three-bay, stuccoed brick dwelling with a gambrel roof. It is listed in National Register of Historic Places.

The Cherbourg Round Barn near Little Creek, Delaware is a round barn that was built in 1918. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. Now destroyed, its walls were made of poured concrete.

Mifflin-Marim Agricultural Complex is a historic home located at Dover, Kent County, Delaware. The complex consists of four contributing buildings and two contributing structures. The main house dates to about 1820, and is a two-story, five-bay, center hall plan brick dwelling. The L-shaped dwelling has a low two-story rear wing. The house and its associated agricultural outbuildings are reflective of 18th century building techniques. They are a barn, stable, frame corn crib and granary on brick piers and a series of small sheds and utility buildings.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

The Blue Hen Mall (now the Blue Hen Corporate Center) is a defunct shopping mall on Bay Road in Dover, Delaware. The mall opened in August 1968, and was the main mall in the Dover area until the Dover Mall opened in 1982, leading to its decline. In the 1990s, the mall was converted into a corporate center. The mall has now been converted into a combination of medical care and state office facility. Tenants include DE Department of Labor, VA Outpatient Offices, and Bayhealth Medical Center.

Wheel of Fortune is a historic home located near Leipsic, Delaware. It was built in the 18th century, and is a two-story, five-bay, one room deep whitewashed brick dwelling in the Georgian style. It has a gable roof and the front facade features a one-bay entrance portico. It has a two-story rear wing, that originally contained a kitchen and servants quarters. Also on the property are a contributing meat house and milk house. The property was owned by Congressman John A. Nicholson (1827-1906) before 1888, and later by U.S. Senator James H. Hughes (1867-1953), who purchased it in 1910.The house's name comes from a piece of land by the same name located along Muddy Branch south of Leipsic. While local lore claims the land was named as a play on owner John Chance's name, it was known as Wheel of Fortune at least three years before Chance acquired the land in 1738.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

The Delaware Legislative Hall is the state capitol building of Delaware. Located in the state capital city of Dover on Legislative Avenue, it houses the chambers and offices of the Delaware General Assembly. It was designed in the Colonial Revival architecture style by E. William Martin and Norman M. Isham, and built 1931–1933, with wings added in 1965–1970 and 1994.

The Delaware Governor's Mansion, also known as Woodburn or Governor's House, is the official residence of the governor of Delaware and the governor's family. It is located in Dover, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as "Governor's House" in 1972.

The Delaware Law Enforcement Memorial is a law enforcement memorial in Dover, Delaware, United States. The memorial was unveiled in April 2010. It was vandalized in June 2020.

Palmer Home is a historic home for the aged located at Dover, Kent County, Delaware. It was built in 1907, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, brick structure with a gable roof in the Colonial Revival style. A two-story, flat roofed wing was added in 1930. The front facade features a hip roofed porch with Doric order columns and a square balustrade. It was built by the woman's organization The King's Daughters, and remained in operation until 1987.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Victorian Dover Historic District is a national historic district located at Dover, Kent County, Delaware. It encompasses 482 contributing buildings representative of the community's commercial, domestic and industrial development between the first quarter of the 19th century and the first quarter of the 20th century. Notable buildings include the Wesley United Methodist Church (c. 1850), Whatcoat United Methodist Church (1871-1872), Dover's Railroad Station (1860s, 1911), Capitol Theatre (1903-1904), and Priscilla Block (1896). Located in the district is the separately listed John Bullen House.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
