Thanh Trì Bridge

Lĩnh Nam is a ward (phường) of Hoàng Mai District in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Bát Tràng (literally: bát is bowl and tràng is workshop) is an old, well established village in the Gia Lâm district of Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. It is about 13 km from central Hanoi. Bát Tràng is known throughout Vietnam for producing a unique style of ceramics called Bát Tràng Porcelain. The first museum in Bát Tràng is the private Bát Tràng Museum / Museum of Ceramic Art by Vũ Thắng

The Vĩnh Tuy Bridge (Vietnamese: Cầu Vĩnh Tuy) is a bridge over the Red River (Vietnamese: Sông Hồng) in Hanoi which was completed 2008. It was one of the Millennial Anniversary of Hanoi commemorative projects along with the Thanh Trì Bridge. It is unrelated to a smaller Vĩnh Tuy bridge destroyed in 1966 by United States Air Force bombing.

Vietnam National University of Agriculture (or VNUA) (Vietnamese: Học viện Nông nghiệp Việt Nam), until 2014 Hanoi University of Agriculture (HUA), is an education and research university specializing in the agricultural sector. The university is located in Trau Quy town, Gia Lam district, a Hanoi suburban area, about 12 km far from Hanoi city centre.

VinUni (formally VinUniversity) (Vietnamese: Trường Đại học VinUni) is a private and nonprofit university located in Hanoi, Vietnam. VinUni was established by the private corporate Vingroup following the approval by the Prime Minister of Vietnam in March 2018. According to VinUni, its inaugural class of the academic year 2020-2021 will consist of about 300 students, whereas its full capacity would be at around 3500 students.

Thanh Nhan Hospital (Bệnh viện Thanh Nhàn in Vietnamese) is a large hospital in Thanh Nhan ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi, Vietnam. Located in a labour quarter, it is regarded as a hospital for workers and the poor in Hanoi. It was recently updated, creating two more adjunct hospitals.

Gia Lâm is the easternmost urban district (quận) of Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. Prior to 2003, the district covered the entire area of Long Biên district, which included Long Biên Bridge, Gia Lâm Airport, Gia Lâm railway station, Gia Lâm bus station and the headquarters of Vietnam Airlines. On 22 September 2023, the Hanoi People Committee approved Gia Lam to become the next urban district of Hanoi.

The 108 Central Military Hospital, formerly known as the 108 Military Hospital, is affiliated with the Ministry of Defence of Vietnam. It is a general hospital, a strategic final-level care provider, and a special-grade national hospital. The Hospital is mandated to provide medical services to senior officers of the Communist Party, the State, and the People's Army of Vietnam as well as international and other service users. • Originally known as Thuy Khau Hospital and established in 1950 to serve the Border campaign in Thuy Khau - China, the 108 Military Central Hospital was officially founded on April 1st, 1951, in Lang Nong, Yen Trach, Phu Luong, Thai Nguyen province, with the initial name - Yen Trach Central Hospital. In July 1951, the hospital was renamed “The 8 Sub-Hospital ”. Since its relocation to the capital in 1954, the hospital underwent various name changes, including The 108 Military Hospital (June 1956) and The 108 Military Medical Institute (1960). • The current location of the hospital was formerly Don Thuy Hospital, originally built by the French army in 1894 and known as Lanessan Hospital. This location now houses The 108 Military Central Hospital and The Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Hospital. • In 1995, the hospital was officially named “The 108 Military Central Hospital”. On September 6th, 2002, it was transferred from the General Department of Logistics to be affiliated with the Ministry of Defence of Vietnam. • On May 8th, 2003, the Minister of National Defence decided to grant Central Military Hospital 108 the signal name of The 108 Research Institute of Clinical Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences under the Ministry of National Defense. The hospital possesses its own seal and serves a role in postgraduate training, offering programs for Level-1, Level-2 Specialist Doctor, and M.D (Doctor of Medicine).

The National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology (NIHE) is located in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The Hai Bà Trưng Temple is a place of worship in Hanoi near Hoàn Kiếm Lake. It is one of several temples to the two Trưng Sisters in Vietnam. According to tradition it was founded by Lý Anh Tông around 1160 after he visited a shrine to the Trưng Sisters, who then appeared to him as rain spirits. Culturally, the development of the cult of the sisters at that time is in the context of assertion of independence after the end of the Third Chinese domination of Vietnam - nearly 1000 years after the Qin conquest of Jiaozhi.The altar display at the Trưng Sisters temple shows their violent death rather than suicide.

Ecopark is an urban township development on the outskirts of Hanoi, in Hung Yen Province, Vietnam. The township spans 500 hectares with an estimated investment capital of over US$8.2 billion. The entire development, divided into nine construction phases, was expected to complete in an 18-year period.

Hanoi University of Pharmacy, formerly Indochina Medicine School, located in Hanoi, Vietnam, was established by decree of the French government signed by Indochina General Governor Paul Doumer on 8 January 1902. The school was responsible for training doctors, Indochina pharmacists and research in tropical diseases. On 29 September 1961, the Ministry of Health issued Decision No. 828/BYT/QD to split Hanoi College of Medicine - Pharmacy into two schools: Hanoi Medical College and Hanoi College of Pharmacy. The rector and Party Committee Secretary was pharmacist Vu Cong Thuyet; vice-rector was Professor Truong Cong Quyen. In 1985, Hanoi College of Pharmacy became Hanoi University of Pharmacy.
