Spring Garden, also known as the Lewis Homestead, is a historic home located near Laurel, Sussex County, Delaware. It is an L-shaped, brick-and-frame dwelling built in three sections over a 100-year period. The large brick main core was built about 1782, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, double-pile, center-hall plan structure with a three-bay facade in the Federal style. The interior has Georgian style details. It has a summer kitchen addition built about 1860, and it is a 1+1⁄2-story, single-pile structure added to the rear of the main core. About 1880, a large, two-story, frame addition was built onto the west gable end of the original brick section. It is in the Victorian Gothic style. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

E. L. Hitch Potato House is a historic potato house located near Laurel, Sussex County, Delaware. It one of the last surviving examples of its building type. It was built about 1920, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, gable fronted, balloon frame structure. It retains a number of important elements characteristic of potato house including: minimal fenestration, triple siding, interior and exterior doors, tightly shuttered windows, interior chimney, and storage bins.It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

It was built about 1900, and is a two-story, balloon frame structure on a concrete foundation and with a gable roof. It measures 24 feet by 29 feet, and at the time of designation to the National Register of Historic Places was sheathed in green asbestos shingles over original weatherboards. The Philips potato house was restored around 2015. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Nothing listed as to why on the FCC website, but representatives from its sister station, 101.1 Jack FM in Salisbury, noted ownership of the Seaford station. On August 14, 2017, WSUX and W242AV starting playing Spanish music as La Z Mx Radio, "The Letter that ignites your music". Effective September 11, 2017, translator W242AV moved to 93.9 FM as W230CO.

Portsville Lighthouse

The Portsville Lighthouse was a historic house in Portsville, Sussex County, Delaware, situated along Broad Creek. The house was a folly, not a functional lighthouse, and was the oldest folly in Delaware. The house was built in 1932 by New York Supreme Court justice Edward R. Koch, who built the lighthouse on an existing home, store and shirt factory, the latter two moved from other parts of the village. Standing six stories tall, the lighthouse tower was one of the tallest buildings in inland Sussex County. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 8, 1987. The tower was torn down in the mid-1990s due to deterioration, and the house was destroyed by fire in February 2010 and dismantled the following July. The site is maintained by the state of Delaware as a fishing access area.
