Uschod (Belarusian: Усход; Russian: Восток [vɐˈstok], lit. 'East') is a Minsk Metro station. It was opened on December 30, 1986.The station's name not only implies its geographical location, as it was the easternmost station of Minsk metro for more than 20 years, but also its connotation with the Vostok space programme that ultimately led to the first manned spaceflight. The station's architectural ensemble (Ye.Leonovich, V.Matelsky) is based on the latter and consists of a single vault shape with a suspended canopy that forms a single element. The canopy simultaneously acts as a blind from the lamps, and also contains the lighting elements which are focused on the apex of the white vault. This "petal" layout is reminiscent of the interior of a spaceship with illuminator windows: contrasting with that is the dark red and grey granite on the walls and the floor. The station is located near the National Library of Belarus and the residential microrayon Uschod-1 and -2. Its two underground vestibules are interlinked with subways that are located on both sides of the Independence Avenue. From 1986-2007 the station was the terminus of the line and it received quite a lot of passenger traffic from commuters that traveled from the northeast. However, this ended when in 2007 the extension to Barysawski Trakt and Uruchcha was finished.

Maskoŭskaja (Belarusian: Маскоўская, Russian: Московская; literally: "Moscow station") is a Minsk Metro station. It was opened on June 24, 1984.The station entrance is near Chelyuskinites Park and close to the Children's Railroad.

The National State TV and Radio Company of the Republic of Belarus (Belarusian: Нацыянальная дзяржаўная тэлерадыёкампанія Рэспублікі Беларусь; Russian: Национальная государственная телерадиокомпания Республики Беларусь), known as Belteleradiocompany (Belarusian: Белтэлерадыёкампанія; Russian: Белтелерадиокомпания) or simply Belteleradio, is the state television and radio broadcasting service in Belarus. From 1993 until 2021, it was a full active member of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) under the name Belarusian Television and Radio Company (BTRC). In May 2021, the EBU Executive Board agreed to suspend BTRC as a member of the broadcasting union effective 11 June 2021. The broadcaster later revealed that the suspension would expire in 2024.Belteleradiocompany gives particular importance to the development of international cooperation and is partnered with broadcasting companies all over the world. The company has concluded a total of 63 cooperation agreements with foreign broadcasters.

The Border Guard Service Institute of Belarus (Belarusian: Iнстытут пагранiчнай службы Рэспублікі Беларусь) is the educational institution of the Border Guard Service of Belarus.

Barysaŭski trakt, (also referred to as Barysawski trakt or Borisovskiy trakt) (Belarusian: Барысаўскі тракт; Russian: Борисовский тракт, romanized: Borisovskiy trakt, IPA: [bɐˈrʲisəfskʲɪj trakt]) is a Minsk Metro station on the Maskoŭskaja line. Opened on November 7, 2007 the station's name is derived from the Barysaŭ Highway which leads to a city that is northeast of Minsk. The station will be a standard single level pillar-bispan with hi-tech aesthetic design of white and red colours. Station exits will lead to the Belarusian National Technical University and East (Maskoŭskija) cemetery.

The Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University (BSATU) is a university in Minsk, Belarus. Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University (the original name is Belarusian Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture) was founded in October 1954. It started training specialists on Mechanization of Agriculture and Electrification of Agriculture. In 1992 it became Belarusian Agrarian Technical University (The decree № 158 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus signed on 25.03.1992). Since 2000, the university has been named as Educational Institution "Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University"(BSATU) by the approval of Minsk Executive Committee. K. S. Zaslonov Children's Railroad in Minsk (Belarusian: Дзiцячая чыгунка, Dzitsyachaya chyhunka; Russian: Минская детская железная дорога имени К.С.Заслонова, Minskaya detskaya zheleznaya doroga imeni K.S.Zaslonova) is a 750 mm (2 ft 5+1⁄2 in) narrow gauge railroad loop passing through the Chelyuskinites Park in Minsk, Belarus.

BelOMO or Belorusskoe Optiko-Mechanichesckoye Obyedinenie (Беломо or Белорусское оптико-механическое объединение, Belarus Optical & Mechanical Association) was founded in Minsk in 1971 in Byelorussian SSR, Soviet Union, now Belarus. The main factory is the Minskiy Mechanichesckiy Zavod imeni S.I. Vavilova, opened in Minsk 1957 and named after the Soviet physicist Sergey Ivanovich Vavilov (1891–1951). At first, BelOMO made photographic equipment and lens-making machinery for state use. It now manufactures a wide range of products, including military and consumer optical products. During the 1980s it produced the Agat-18 and Agat-18K half-frame 35mm cameras, still popular among Lomographic photographers. A joint venture with German optics maker Zeiss was begun in 1995. The firm produces lenses and optical elements for microscopes and other optical equipment with ISO 9001 certification. MMZ—BelOMO factory estimates its global market share in optical sights, rangefinders and NVDs at 2-3%, with 10% of Russian market and 80% of local market. The factory also produces gas meters, car units, infra-red emitters, juicers and other civil products.

Chelyuskinetes Park or Park Čaliuskincaŭ (Belarusian: Парк Чалюскiнцаў, Russian: Парк Челюскинцев) is an urban forest park in Minsk, Belarus. The park's area is 78 hectares. The park contains an amusement park. Other attractions include a Children's Railroad, operated exclusively by teenagers, and a cinema Raduga (English: rainbow). There is a Minsk Metro station "Park Čaliuskincaŭ" next to the park. The park is adjacent to the Minsk Botanical Garden.The park was established during 1928-1932 as Kamaroúski Park and was renamed in 1934 for the crew of the SS Chelyuskin. It was based on the existing Kamaroúski Forest (Kamaroŭski lies), enriched by noble and decorative species of trees. Historically the park was part of the Wańkowicz family estate and was called the Wańkowicz Forest. According to the book "In the claws of the GPU" of the Belarusian writer Frantsishak Alyakhnovich, Kamaroúski Forest was the place of the regular executions of the prisoners of Minsk NKVD prison.

Jumbo Jet is a steel roller coaster located at Chelyuskintsev Park in Minsk, Belarus. It originally operated from 1972 to 1978 at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. The roller coaster is a prefabricated model that features an electric spiral lift mechanism, and it was one of the earliest known coasters to use this lift mechanism.

Park Čaliuskincaŭ (Belarusian: Парк Чалюскінцаў, Russian: Парк Челюскинцев) is a Minsk Metro station. Opened on June 30, 1984. The station entrance is near Park Chalyuskintsaw and close to the Children's Railroad.
