Emory University Hospital Midtown (originally Emory Crawford Long Hospital) is a 511-bed acute care teaching hospital located in the SoNo district of Atlanta, Georgia, United States, and affiliated with Emory Healthcare. The hospital's CEO is Dan Owens. Emory University Hospital Midtown is staffed by more than 1,000 private-practice and Emory Clinic physicians, spanning 28 specialties including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, oncology, neurosciences, general and vascular surgery, internal medicine, urology, obstetrics and gynecology. There is a level III neonatal ICU.

St. Luke's Episcopal Church is an Episcopal church in Atlanta, Georgia. The parish was founded in 1864, with the current building on Peachtree Street constructed in 1906.

The Rufus M. Rose House is a late Victorian, Queen Anne style house located in the SoNo district of Atlanta, Georgia. Occupying a narrow lot on Peachtree Street, one and half blocks south of North Avenue, the house was built in 1901 for Dr. Rufus Mathewson Rose. The architect was Emil Charles Seiz (1873-1940), who designed many residential and commercial structures in the city, including the 1924 Massellton Apartments on Ponce de Leon Avenue.

Civic Center is an elevated metro station in Atlanta, Georgia, serving the Red and Gold lines of the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) rail system. It is located in Atlanta's SoNo district. This station has seen an increase of faregate totals and ridership in the past years due to the Megabus, which drops off and picks up passengers above the station. Additionally, there has been an increased interest in high-rise buildings in the area.

Baltimore Block is a series of eight rowhouses in the SoNo district of Atlanta, Georgia. Rowhouses of the kind that are abundant in Baltimore are an unusual housing type in Atlanta, where duplexes or semidetached housing, such as shotgun houses, were more common forms of high-density housing. Built in 1885 by Baltimore native Jacob J. Rosenthal, the houses were leased on long-term ground lease terms, a common practice in Baltimore. By the 1920s, the houses began to fall out of fashion, and four units were torn down while the others became derelict. A recovery began in the 1930s, and in the 1960s the area became a center of counterculture. Extensive renovation took place during the 1980s, when the units were consolidated and converted to office use.Like many Baltimore houses, the brick three-story rowhouses of Baltimore Block present a unified wall-like front to the street with a continuous cornice line.

The Medical Arts Building is a Beaux-Arts style building located at the northern end of Downtown Atlanta. The 12-story brick and limestone building by architect G. Lloyd Preacher, also designer of Atlanta City Hall, was constructed in 1927. In addition to its medical facilities - deemed as some of the most modern and well-equipped when it opened, the building once featured a cafeteria, drugstore and telegraph office. It was also amongst the first to have a covered parking garage. However, its nearly 89,000 square feet (8,300 m2) of space have been vacant since 1995.

Peachtree Summit is a 125 m (410 ft), 31-story skyscraper in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Completed in 1975, Peachtree Summit is shaped like a triangle due to the unusual shape of its building lot, which is hemmed in by the Downtown Connector, West Peachtree Street, and Ivan Allen Jr. Boulevard. The building has a direct connection to the Civic Center MARTA station and was built with a three-story lobby to account for the late 1970s elevation of West Peachtree Street for MARTA construction. This building was planned as the first of three similar buildings for the area, of which only this one was constructed.

Bank of America Plaza is a supertall skyscraper between Midtown Atlanta and Downtown Atlanta. At 311.8 m (1,023 ft), the tower is the 125th-tallest building in the world . It is the 23rd tallest building in the U.S., the tallest building in the Southeastern region of the United States, and the tallest building in any U.S. state capital, overtaking the 250 m (820 ft), 50-story One Atlantic Center in height, which held the record as Georgia's tallest building. It has 55 stories of office space and was completed in 1992, when it was called NationsBank Plaza. Originally intended to be the headquarters for Citizens & Southern National Bank (which merged with Sovran Bank during construction), it became NationsBank's property following its formation in the 1991 hostile takeover of C&S/Sovran by NCNB.

TWELVE Centennial Park is a mixed-use complex located in Downtown Atlanta. The project plans consist of two residential highrise towers of 39 stories each and one mid-rise hotel.

The Atlanta First United Methodist Church has existed for more than 160 years and is one of the oldest churches in Atlanta. The current building was constructed in 1903, and the current name was adopted in 1968. The same bell has been used in three buildings since 1850, and it is the only church bell in Atlanta that is known to have survived the American Civil War. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

North Avenue Presbyterian Church is a historic Presbyterian church at 607 Peachtree Avenue, NE in Atlanta, Georgia. The church building was completed in 1900 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

The Fire Station No. 11 in Atlanta, Georgia, at 30 North Ave., was built in 1907. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.It was designed by architects Morgan & Dillon. It is a two-story brick building "with restrained Beaux-Arts detailing. The front (south) elevation is pierced by two Italianate-arched truck bays."It was the first fire station to respond to the Winecoff Hotel fire in 1946. The building had been renovated and for a brief period was called "Engine 11 Firehouse Tavern". In 2014 Alan Phillip Clark Architects, LLC assisted a restaurant group from New York City with the re-imagination of the interior spaces of the historic building. The redesign altered the 1907 masonry two story building into a high-end Caribbean restaurant, called “NEGRIL VILLAGE”. Alan Clark Architects, LLC designed the kitchen, and changed the second floor into a meeting room/party room by opening a wall and adding complementary wood paneling. The new work complemented existing trim and woodwork, and worked within the guidelines of the City of Atlanta's Urban Design Commission, and the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for Preservation, Section 106.
