The Saint Paul General Hospital is a large multi-field medical complex in the central district of Ba Đình, Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. The hospital was founded in about 1902 during the French colonial rule in Indochina (19-th - early 20-th centuries). As the root of its name, it is used to be the largest Hôtel-Dieu in the Indochina, administered by the Archdiocese of Hanoi.

The Vietnam National Museum of Fine Arts (Vietnamese: Viện Bảo tàng Mỹ thuật Việt Nam; chữ Hán: 院寶藏美術越南; French: Musée des Beaux-Arts du Viêt Nam) is located in Hanoi, Vietnam. It is a museum showcasing Vietnam's fine arts from a range of historical periods. It is the country's primary art museum, the second being the smaller Ho Chi Minh City Museum of Fine Arts. The Museum exhibits Vietnam's fine arts from the Ancient time till the Modern time. Much of the 20th Century art presented in the museum is concerned with folk narratives of a nation in defence. As a collection it draws on themes of martyrdom, patriotism, military strategy and overcoming enemy incursion. The museum presents a small collection of late 20th and early 21st Century painting, including works by artists exploring abstraction and abstract impressionism, giving greater attention to the individualist artist. The site, 66 Nguyễn Thái Học Street, was selected by painter Nguyễn Đỗ Cung in 1963. The building, built in 1937, was an abandoned Catholic girl's boarding house. Next door at No. 65 was an artists' colony.

Văn Miếu (Vietnamese: Văn Miếu, chữ Hán: 文廟), literally translated as Temple of Literature (although a more accurate name should be Temple of Confucius, as Văn refers to Confucius), is a temple dedicated to Confucius in Hanoi, northern Vietnam. The temple was built in 1070 at the time of Emperor Lý Thánh Tông, and it hosted the Imperial Academy (Quốc Tử Giám, 國子監), Vietnam's first national university, from 1076 to 1779. The Văn Miếu is one of several temples in Vietnam which is dedicated to Confucius, sages, and scholars. The temple is located to the south of the Imperial Citadel of Thăng Long. The various pavilions, halls, statues, and stelae of doctors are places where offering ceremonies, study sessions, and the strict exams of the Đại Việt took place. The temple is featured on the back of the 100,000 Vietnamese đồng banknote. Just before the Tết Vietnamese New Year celebration, calligraphists will assemble outside the temple and write wishes in Chữ Hán. The art works are given away as gifts or are used as home decorations for special occasions.

Hàng Đẫy Stadium (Vietnamese: Sân vận động Hàng Đẫy), also known as Hanoi Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Hanoi, Vietnam. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium holds 22,500 spectators. In the period from 2000 to 2003, the stadium was called Hanoi Stadium. On April 24, 2003, the historic name "Hàng Đẫy" was restored. Hàng Đẫy is located in the center of Hanoi. Before the construction of Mỹ Đình National Stadium, it was where Vietnam hosted football matches of both the men and women's as well as the Olympic teams. The stadium also was the ground for various sporting and cultural events of Hanoi and Vietnam. In 1998, the opening, the Group B and the Tiger Cup 1998 Final matches took place here. Since the 2009 season, all four of the football clubs in Hanoi – Hanoi FC, Thể Công, Hòa Phát Hà Nội, and Hà Nội ACB – have chosen the stadium as their home ground.

The Chinese Ambassador to Vietnam is the official representative of the People's Republic of China to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Embassy of China in Hanoi（Chinese: 中國駐越南大使館 ; Vietnamese: Đại sứ quán Trung Quốc tại Việt Nam）is the official diplomatic mission of the People's Republic of China in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The embassy was opened in 1954, and the current ambassador is Xiong Bo.

The embassy of Ukraine to Hanoi is the diplomatic mission of Ukraine to Vietnam, with concurrent accreditation to Cambodia. It is located at 6 Le Hong Phong, Hanoi. It began operations in 1993. The current ambassador is Gaman Oleksandr, who is also non-resident ambassador to Cambodia. The embassy has hosted events in support of Ukraine against the Russian invasion for Vietnamese people and diplomats from other countries.

Lenin Park (Vietnamese: Công viên Lê-nin), formerly known as Chi Lăng Flower Garden, is a park in Hanoi, Vietnam, named after Vladimir Lenin. It lies across from the Vietnam Military History Museum and is surrounded by the streets of Điện Biên Phủ, Trần Phú, and Hoàng Diệu. The park's shape is triangular and has a total area of 17,183 m², including the Lenin monumental complex.

The Flag Tower of Hanoi (Vietnamese: Cột cờ Hà Nội) is a tower in Hanoi, Vietnam, which is one of the symbols of the city and once a part of the Hanoi Citadel, a World Heritage Site. Its height is 33.4 m (41 m with the flag).

The One Pillar Pagoda (Vietnamese: Chùa Một Cột; chữ Nôm: 廚𠬠榾), formally belongs to an architecture complex called Diên Hựu tự (chữ Hán: 延祐寺) which means 'pagoda of extended blessings'. The pagoda is a historic Buddhist temple in the central Ba Đình district (near the Thăng Long Citadel), Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. The most famous part of this architecture complex is Liên Hoa Đài (蓮花臺) means 'the lotus pedestal' which is a temple with special structure: a building laid on one pillar. The original pagoda was built in 1049, had some additions and was perfected in 1105. It is regarded alongside the Hương Temple, as one of Vietnam's two most iconic temples.

The Ho Chi Minh Museum is located in Hanoi, Vietnam. Constructed in the 1990s, it is dedicated to the late Vietnamese leader Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam's revolutionary struggle against foreign powers. Ho Chi Minh museum is located in the Ho Chi Minh complex. The museum documents Ho Chi Minh's life, with 8 chronological exhibitions. The first one, from 1890 to 1910 modeled after his upbringing, hometown and youth. The second exhibit concerns the next ten years of his life, when Ho Chi Minh travelled the world seeking a means of freeing Vietnam from the restraints of colonialism. The next three exhibits, covering Ho Chi Minh's life from 1920 to 1945, depict how he adapted the influence of Marxism and Leninism into the founding principles of the Vietnamese Communist Party, as well as addressing his continued pursuit of achieving independence for Vietnam. Exhibits 6-7 cover Ho Chi Minh's life from 1945 until his death in 1969. The final grouping of exhibits primarily focus on his status as a national hero and the finer details of his political life. The museum consists of a collection of artifacts, miniatures, and various gifts gathered nationally and internationally. This museum also has more than 170,000 documents, objects, and films about President Ho Chi Minh and his revolutionary work. In addition to Vietnamese, the museum also provides descriptions written in English as well as French. Guided tours are also available upon request.
