Dromore (from Irish An Droim Mór, meaning 'the large ridge') is a town, townland and civil parish in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. It is nine miles (14 km) south west of Omagh on the A32 and sixteen miles (26 km) from Enniskillen. The population of Dromore was 1,198 at the 2011 Census.

St. John's Business and Enterprise College (also known as St. John's, Dromore, or by its old title St. John's High School) is a Roman Catholic secondary school for boys and girls based in the village of Dromore, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. It is in the Western Education and Library Board area. As of September 2012, the school has an enrolment of 140 pupils.

In the 2001 census it had a population of 57 people. Kilskeery is within the Omagh District Council area. The Ballinamallard River flows through the village towards Lough Erne. The village has two graveyards within its boundaries. The "old" graveyard surrounded by stone walls has graves from the 19th century.

Tempo, historically called Tempodeshel (from Irish An tIompú Deiseal, meaning 'the right-hand turn'), is a small village at the foot of Brougher Mountain in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. It is 3 miles (5 km) north-west of Fivemiletown and 4 miles (6 km) north-east of Tempo, close to the County Tyrone boundary. The 2011 Census recorded a population of 268. It is situated within Fermanagh and Omagh district.

Fintona Pearses (Irish: Fionntamhnach Na Piarsaigh) is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Fintona, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. It is a member of the Tyrone GAA county board and is named after the Irish poet and revolutionary, Patrick Pearse. The club primarily concentrates on Gaelic football for both men and women, with boys hurling teams fielded at youth level. Its home venue is called St Lawrence's Park, located just outside the village on the Tattymoyle Road. As of 2025, the senior Gaelic football team competes in Division 2 of the Tyrone All-County Football League as well as the Tyrone Intermediate Football Championship.

Fintona Junction railway station served Fintona in County Tyrone in Northern Ireland. The Londonderry and Enniskillen Railway opened the station on 1 May 1856. It was taken over by the Great Northern Railway (Ireland) in 1883. It closed on 1 October 1957.
