The Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art (LLM), formerly the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art, is a visual art museum in SoHo, Lower Manhattan, New York City. It mainly collects, preserves and exhibits visual arts created by LGBTQ artists or art about LGBTQ+ themes, issues, and people. The Museum, operated by the Leslie-Lohman Gay Art Foundation, offers exhibitions year-round in numerous locations and owns more than 22,000 objects, including, paintings, drawings, photography, prints and sculpture. It has been recognized as one of the oldest arts groups engaged in the collection and preservation of gay art. The Foundation was awarded Museum status by the New York State Board of Regents in 2011 and was formally accredited as a museum in 2016. The Museum is a member of the American Alliance of Museums and operates pursuant to their guidelines. As of 2019, the LLM was the only museum in the world dedicated to artwork documenting the LGBTQ experience.The Museum maintains a Permanent Collection into which more than 1,300 objects have been accessioned. The Permanent Collection contains works by a number of well-known gay artists such as Berenice Abbott, Abel Azcona, David Hockney, Ingo Swann, Catherine Opie, Andy Warhol, Tom of Finland, Delmas Howe, Jean Cocteau, David Wojnarowicz, Robert Mapplethorpe, George Platt Lynes, Horst, Duncan Grant, James Bidgood, Duane Michals, Charles Demuth, Don Bachardy, Attila Richard Lukacs, Jim French, Del LaGrace Volcano, Paul Thek, Peter Hujar, Arthur Tress and many others.

The Performing Garage is an Off-Off-Broadway theater in SoHo, New York City. Established in 1968, it is the permanent home of the experimental theater company originally named The Performance Group (under Richard Schechner) that morphed in 1980 into The Wooster Group (under Elizabeth LeCompte), and their primary performance venue. Since 1978, it also hosts their annual "Visiting Artist Series" or "Emerging Artist Series". Located at 33 Wooster Street, it seats approximately 60. Actors such as Willem Dafoe debuted in earnest here and regularly come back.

The Drawing Center is a Manhattan, New York, museum and a nonprofit exhibition space that focuses on the exhibition of drawings, both historical and contemporary.

Dactyl Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit arts organization in New York City founded by New York-based artist Neil Grayson and novelist/philosopher of science V.N. Alexander.

25-27 Mercer Street are two historic five-story cast-iron structures located in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. Originally built in 1861, 25 Mercer Street was owned by American real estate investor Amos Eno. 27 Mercer Street was designed by architecture firm Ritch & Griffith, with construction starting in 1867. The buildings were renovated in 2016 and developed into residential condominiums with commercial spaces on the ground floor by Michael Kirchmann of GDSNY. The development was featured in an episode of the Bravo television show Million Dollar Listing New York.

The Gunther Building is an historic building at 469 Broome Street on the corner of Greene Street in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City.

Grand Street was a station on the demolished IRT Sixth Avenue Line in Manhattan, New York City. It had two tracks and two side platforms. It was served by trains from the IRT Sixth Avenue Line and opened on June 5, 1878. It closed on December 4, 1938. The next southbound stop was Franklin Street. The next northbound stop was Bleecker Street.

The Soho Grand Hotel is a hotel located at 310 West Broadway between Grand and Canal Streets in the SoHo neighborhood of Lower Manhattan, New York City at the former location of Church of St. Alphonsus Liguori. It has 353 guest rooms, including ten suites and two penthouses. With the Roxy Hotel (formerly the Tribeca Grand Hotel), they make up GrandLife Hotels and are owned and operated by Leonard N. Stern of Hartz Mountain Industries. The Soho Grand Hotel opened on August 4, 1996 news of the build initiated significant opposition from local residents; eight prior attempts to build a hotel there in the preceding decade had failed

The United States Post Office Canal Street Station, originally known as "Station B", is a historic post office building located at 350 Canal Street at the corner of Church Street in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. It was built in 1937, and designed by consulting architect Alan Balch Mills for the Office of the Supervising Architect of the United States Department of the Treasury. The building is a two-story and symmetrically massed, clad with buff terra cotta panels with a black terra cotta base in the Moderne style. It features a fluted terra cotta frieze with a tarnished silver finish. According to the AIA Guide to New York City, "[t]he articularted inset bay windows on Church Streets are a wonderful mannerism ... [that] give[s] the allusion of scanning the streets north and south, and add plasticity to the building." The interior features a relief executed in 1938 by artist Wheeler Williams and titled "Indian Bowman."The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

The Church of St. Alphonsus Liguori was a Catholic parish church under the authority of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, located at 308 West Broadway in SoHo, Manhattan, New York City.

The A. J. Dittenhofer Warehouse is a five-story cast-iron building at 427-429 Broadway in SoHo, Manhattan, New York City. Designed by Thomas R. Jackson in 1870, the building was converted to residential lofts in 2000 by the architect Joseph Pell Lombardi.
