Namsangol Hanok Village, also known as "A Village of Traditional Houses in the Namsan Valley", is a Korean village located in the area of Pil-dong neighborhood in Jung-gu, a central district of Seoul, South Korea where hanok (한옥) or Korean traditional houses have been restored to preserve the original atmosphere of the area.The Namsangol Hanok Village offers one the opportunity to experience a wide cross-section of Joseon-era citizenry and activities, from royalty to commoners. A great effort has been made to accurately furnish each dwelling with appropriate era and social status appointments.

Chungmuro Station is a station on Line 3 and Line 4 of the Seoul Subway system. Platforms for both Line 3 and Line 4 are located in Chungmuro-4-ga, Jung-gu, Seoul.This station is named after the road under which it passes, in honor of the Chosun general Yi Sunsin, who was also known by the title of Chungmugong.

Daehan Cinema (Korean: 대한극장; Hanja: 大韓劇場) is a historic movie theater at Chungmu-ro, Jung District, Seoul, South Korea. It was founded in 1958, and considered one of the premiere theaters in the country until the 1980s.The building has an entrance within the Chungmuro station on lines 3 and 4 of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway.

Ranked seventh in the Global Power City Index and Global Financial Centres Index, the metropolis exerts a major influence in global affairs as one of the five leading hosts of global conferences. Seoul has hosted the 1986 Asian Games, 1988 Summer Olympics, and the 2010 G20 Seoul summit. Seoul was the capital of various Korean states, including Baekje, Joseon, the Korean Empire, Goryeo (as a secondary capital), and presently South Korea. Asia Song Festival, a.k.a. A-Song-Fe or ASF, is an annual Asian pop music festival held in South Korea, since 2004. It is hosted by Korea Foundation for International Culture Exchange (KOFICE) and features artists from Asian countries. Participating artists are awarded a plaque of appreciation by the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Best Asian Artist by the chairman of Korea Foundation for International Culture and Exchange (KOFICE). South Korean boy band TVXQ is the only act to have participated for five consecutive years, since the 1st festival in 2004.This festival is recorded and broadcast on Seoul Broadcasting System in Korea and Fuji TV in Japan; and other major broadcasting stations around the world including United States, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, the Philippines, Finland, Bulgaria, Vietnam and Singapore. The theme song for the 2011 Festival "Dreams Come True", a duet by Lee Donghae of Super Junior and Seohyun of Girls' Generation was released on 11 October 2011 as a digital single. The proceeds from the sale were donated to Unicef to help children in African countries.

Cho-dong is a legal dong, or neighbourhood of the Jung-gu district in Seoul, South Korea and governed by its administrative dong, Euljiro 3, 4, 5-dong.

International Worship in English (IWE - pronounced "I" "WE") is a Christian ministry of Youngnak Presbyterian Church in Myeongdong Seoul, South Korea that in English offers traditional worship at 10am and contemporary worship at 3:30pm on Sundays. English worship in two different styles, small group Bible studies, counseling, fellowship, and retreats are provided for the international community in the greater Seoul area. The ministry is like a church (mega-church or KM) within a church (international church or EM). It was founded on Easter in 1998 by a volunteer pastor, Bill Majors, who, for his efforts, was made an Honorary Citizen of Seoul (2005). Youngnak Presbyterian Church was founded by Rev. Kyung-Chik Han, winner of the 1992 Templeton Prize, in 1945. Rev. Han, who died in 2000, lived to see the foundation of an English-language ministry at his church. Youngnak Presbyterian Church's IWE has a website which is updated weekly, listed below in the external links section. In 2012, Bill Majors ended his ministry at Youngnak IWE. Thereafter, pastor Paul Song, pastor Christine Han (interim), and pastor Issac Chang have served as the Lead Pastor position. Currently pastor Justin Yoon Ki Kim is leading the congregation. English services in Korean churches are popular, with almost all the large churches having a service in English. They are to be a "home away from home" for those who come to Korea from abroad. IWE worship services are open to be attended both by people who do not speak Korean (people from abroad) and by Koreans who attend for many reasons.

Youngnak (YN) Presbyterian Church was founded in Seoul on 2 December 1945 by 1992 Templeton Prize recipient, Kyung-Chik Han. Inaugurated by twenty-seven refugees from Soviet-occupied Korea, Youngnak steadily increased in membership as more refugees sought religious freedom below the 38th parallel.On 24 March 1949, ground was broken for a new facility to replace the building and tent that had become too small for the growing congregation. By the time the new church building was completed in May 1950, membership had increased to over 4,000. By 1992, when Rev. Han was awarded the Templeton Prize for Progress in Religion, membership had grown to 60,000 (making it, at that time, the largest Presbyterian congregation in the world), excluding 500 sister churches planted by members of the original congregation.In 1998, under the auspices of Rev. Han, who at the time was a Pastor Emeritus, Youngnak gained an English language ministry, International Worship in English, which was founded by an American missionary to Korea, Bill Majors. For his efforts, Majors was made an Honorary Citizen of Seoul in 2005.

Lila Art High School (previously known as Lila Computer High School) (Korean: 리라아트고등학교) is a high school in South Korea. Originally founded in 1952 by Kwon Eungpal as a vocational boy's school, it changed its name to "Lila Industrial High School" in 1992, "Lila Computer High School" in 2000, and finally "Lila Art High School" in 2009.The school seeks to maximize the students' individuality and creativity and nurture the foundation of lifelong happiness. This is broken up into three pillars: diligence, love and creation.This private school is located in Jung-gu, Seoul and house 385 students (163 male, 222 female) and 48 faculty (26 male, 22 female).

Euljiro 3(sam)-ga Station is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 2 and Seoul Subway Line 3.

Taishōkan (Japanese: 大正館, Korean: 대정관; RR: Daejeonggwan; MR: Taejŏnggwan) was a movie theater in Keijō (Seoul), Korea, Empire of Japan. It operated between 1912 and 1935. It was located at Sakuraicho 1-chōme (櫻井町1丁目; now 26 Inhyeon-dong 1-ga). In 1914, the building was renamed Dai-ichi Taishōkan (第一大正館) after the building's owner acquired a second building that they named Dai-ni Taishōkan.
