Heytesbury Street (; Irish: Sráid Heytesbury) is a tree-lined inner city street north of the South Circular Road, in Portobello, Dublin, Ireland.

St. Kevin's Church opened in Harrington St., Dublin, in 1872 to serve the Roman Catholic parish of St. Kevin, which had been split from St. Catherine's in 1865. It was named after the nearby St. Kevin's church in Camden Row, which dated back to at least the 12th century, but which had become Protestant after the reformation.In November 1903 a new organ was acquired and the grissille stained glass, the largest of its kind in Ireland, installed. The work was done by Earley and Company of nearby Camden St. Francis Hubert Earley, a sculptor of note, carved the St. Michael and St. Gabriel statues flanking the high altar at St. Kevin's.The church is flanked by its Presbytery in Heytesbury Street and Synge Street CBS school in Synge St. Since 15 September 2007 it is the home of the Dublin Latin Mass Chaplaincy.

Portobello (Irish: Cuan Aoibhinn, meaning 'beautiful harbour') is an area of Dublin in Ireland, in the south city centre, bounded to the south by the Grand Canal. It came into existence as a small suburb south of the city in the 18th century, centred on Richmond Street. During the following century it was completely developed, transforming an area of private estates and farmland into solid Victorian red-bricked living quarters for the middle classes on the larger streets, and terraced housing bordering the canal for the working classes.As a fast-expanding suburb during the 19th century Portobello attracted many upwardly-mobile families whose members went on to play important roles in politics, the arts and science. Towards the end of the century, many Ashkenazi Jews, fleeing pogroms in Russia and Eastern Europe settled in the area; this led to Portobello being known as Dublin's "Little Jerusalem".It is in the D8 postal district, which is currently rendered as D08 under the Eircode system. It is in the local government electoral area of Dublin South East Inner City and the Dáil Constituency of Dublin Bay South.

The Irish Jewish Museum (Irish: Músaem Giúdach na hÉireann) is a small museum located in the once highly Jewish populated area of Portobello, around the South Circular Road, Dublin 8, dedicated to the history of the Irish Jewish community. The museum was opened in June 1985 by Chaim Herzog who was then president of Israel and was born in Ireland. The museum is in a former Synagogue built in 1917 in two adjoining terraced houses on Walworth Road, off the South Circular Road. The surrounding area, known as Portobello, was previously a Jewish area, however the large scale emigration that affected Ireland in the 1950s had a particularly strong effect on the Jewish population; during this period there was a migration to the suburbs and Dublin's main synagogue shifted to Terenure. The synagogue is preserved, there are artifacts on display, and the museum houses genealogical records.

The Meath Hospital (Irish: Ospidéal na Mí) was a general hospital in the Earl of Meath's Liberty in Dublin, Ireland. It was absorbed into the Tallaght Hospital in June 1998.

Camden Street (Irish: Sráid Port Caoimhin) is a street in Dublin 2. It links Ranelagh/Rathmines (Dublin 6) to the southern city centre of Dublin. It is divided into Camden Street Upper (southern end) and Camden Street Lower (northern end).

There was a St. Kevin's Church (Irish: Eaglais Naomh Caoimhín) in what is now St. Kevin's Park, Camden Row, Dublin, Ireland at least as far as the 13th century. After the Reformation, it became an Anglican church. The original church was replaced around 1750 by a new one, closed in 1912 and now in ruins. Both churches were dedicated to Kevin of Glendalough. There is also a Catholic St. Kevin's Church a short distance away on Harrington Street.

New Bride Street (Irish: Sráid Bhríde Nua) is a street in the Dublin 8 area of Dublin in Ireland. It runs between Kevin Street and Heytesbury Street in Dublin's south inner city.
