Allmänna sjukhuset is a neighbourhood of Malmö, situated in the Borough of Södra Innerstaden, Malmö Municipality, Skåne County, Sweden. As of 2008 it had 409 inhabitants and covers an area of 25 hectares, most of the area taken up by the Skåne University Hospital.

Triangeln Station (Swedish: Triangeln/Trianglens station) is an underground railway station in Malmö, Sweden. It is located in central Malmö, close to St. John's Church and to Triangeln (literally "The Triangle") square, with the neighbourhoods Möllevången and Pildammsparken in its vicinity. The station opened in December 2010 as a part of the newly built Citytunneln along with Hyllie railway station and a new underground part of Malmö Central Station.

St. John's Church (Swedish: S:t Johannes kyrka) is a church located near Triangeln in the Innerstaden district of Malmö, Sweden. It was designed by Axel Anderberg in the Jugend style and built in 1903–1907.

Rådmansvången is a neighbourhood of Malmö, situated in the Borough of Centrum, Malmö Municipality, Skåne County, Sweden.

Malmö Theatre Academy (Swedish: Teaterhögskolan i Malmö) is a theatre academy at Lund University in Malmö, Sweden. The theater college educates actors, playwrights and performance artists. Over the years the school has trained over 500 actors. The academy offers Bachelor's degree, Master's degree and Doctorate degree programs as well as postgraduate education and research with artistic focus. Malmö Theatre Academy was started at the Malmö City Theatre in 1944. Starting in 1945–46 and coherently from 1952, Swedish film and theatre director Ingmar Bergman (1918–2007) working as a director, playwright and artistic director at Malmö City Theatre. From 1953, he also became involved in the Malmö Theatre Academy.In 1964 the school became the National Swedish School of Acting, Malmö (Swedish: Statens scenskola i Malmö) and in 1977 became a part of Lund University. Malmö Theater Academy is housed in the Kulturhuset Mazetti cultural complex on Bergsgatan in Malmö.

Möllevången, also called Möllan, is a neighbourhood of Malmö, situated in the Borough of Södra Innerstaden, Malmö Municipality, Skåne County, Sweden. It covered an area of 53 hectares (0.20 sq mi) and had 9,989 inhabitants in 2008, which increased to 10,527 in 2011. It is nearly 3,000 more than in the beginning of the 1980s but still less than the about 14,000 in 1961.A square (Möllevångstorget) built in 1904 to 1906, a park (Folkets Park) built in 1891 and many restaurants and shops are located in the neighbourhood. Möllevångstorget is home to the most lively market in Malmö, and is also a common site for political demonstrations, particularly from the political left. Möllevången is generally seen as a culturally and ethnically diverse neighbourhood, as well as being seen as having a 'left-wing' character. This characterisation and image is, according to researcher Christina Hansen, also one actively disseminated and encouraged by left-wing activists in the area. However, the area is also seen by some as a particularly unsafe area of an already unsafe city, notably being used as the backdrop to illustrate 'uncertainty' and social exclusion in an advertisement by the nearby municipality of Staffanstorp.

Södervärnstornet is a building in Malmö, Sweden originally built in 1916 to serve as a water tower. The tower is located in the Möllevången neighbourhood where Nobelvägen and Spårvagnsgatan intersect. The building was designed by city architect Salomon Sörensen.Many residents of Malmö use the nickname Kuken, 'The Cock', for the tower, owing to its perceived phallic shape.

Malmö Idrottsplats ("Malmö sports field"), commonly referred to simply as Malmö IP and sometimes as Gamla IP ("The old sports field"), is a stadium in Malmö, Sweden, that is primarily used for association football. As of 2015, it is the home of women's association football club FC Rosengård, currently playing in Damallsvenskan; the men's clubs Malmö FF and IFK Malmö have played there in the past. The stadium is the third largest in Malmö behind Malmö Stadion and Stadion, the current home grounds of IFK Malmö and Malmö FF respectively. The Sweden national football team has played at Malmö IP twice, in 1929 and 1949. The stadium's capacity has changed throughout the years with various redevelopments and renovations; it is today 7,600, but was historically much higher. The record attendance at the ground was set on 1 June 1956 when 22,436 people attended an Allsvenskan match between Malmö FF and Helsingborgs IF.The stadium was built as a multi-purpose sports field between March and July 1896 with a grand opening on 4 July 1896. IFK Malmö took up residence at the ground in 1903, with Malmö FF also doing so seven years later; both remained until 1958, when they moved to Malmö Stadion, which had just been built for the 1958 FIFA World Cup. Extensive redevelopment and restoration was carried out between 1978 and 1980, and in 1999; the two Malmö clubs returned following this latter renovation, but Malmö FF went back to Malmö Stadion after a single season. The laying of artificial turf before the 2008 season led IFK to return to Malmö Stadion in protest. The stadium is located on the northern side of Malmö's largest park, Pildammsparken, with Malmö Stadion and Stadion both to the park's south.

Malmö Opera (Swedish: Malmö opera) is an opera house in Malmö, Sweden. An opera company of the same name presents seasons of opera in this house. Built 1933-1944 by architect Sigurd Lewerentz and, until 1992, known as the Malmö City Theatre accommodating several different organizations, the Opera House is one of the largest auditoriums in Scandinavia with 1,508 seats, created in the form of an enclosed amphitheatre in order to allow for the greatest viewing possibility. It is used for opera, operetta, and musical performances. Influenced by German director Max Reinhardt, a large revolving stage was constructed. The foyer is considered to be beautiful, with its open surfaces and marble staircases, and it is adorned with a number of works of art by artists such as Carl Milles and Isaac Grünewald. An offshoot of the opera company, whose musical director was Gintaras Rinkevicius and Joseph Swensen 2006-2011, is the program of opera designed for participants under the age of 19. This is known as Operaverkstan; it also plans to introduce classic operas for its audience, and sometimes children participate in the productions.
