Kojori (Georgian: კოჯორი) is a small town (daba) in Georgia, some 20 kilometers southwest of the nation's capital of Tbilisi. It is a so-called "climate resort" and home to several [ holiday homes]of the Tbilisite families. South of the townlet, on Azeuli Hill, stands the medieval Kojori Fortress (also known as Agarani or Azeuli Fortress). The earliest layers of the fortress date to the late 11th century, but most of the structures are newer, dating to the 16th-18th centuries. During the Red Army invasion of Georgia in February 1921, the heights of Kojori saw heavy fighting between the Georgian and Russian SFSR forces. A monument to the Georgian Junkers (cadets) who died in this battle was erected on the site in the 1990s.The medical wellness resort Bioli is also located in the recreation area of Kojori. The resort is well known for its unique concept which is based on an assessment of an oxidative stress at the level of the life unit - cell in order to prevent possible chronic diseases and premature ageing. The SGT Giorgi Antsukhelidze NCO School and Center is located near Kojori. The Center is named for SGT Antsukhelidze who was captured, tortured and murdered by South Ossetian militants during the 2008 Ossetian War. He was posthumously awarded the Order of National Hero by the Georgian government in 2013.

In historical sources it is often referred to as "Agarata Fortress", which defended the main road to Tbilisi from the south, on the way of important caravan route.

The Ilia Vekua Sukhumi Institute of Physics and Technology (SIPT) is a research institution in Tbilisi, Georgia, that studies various scientific and technological fields (Nuclear physics, quantum radiophysics, cryogenic technology, nanotechnologies, etc.). Its competence also includes monitoring environmental problems related to radioactive contamination. Today the institute is located in Tbilisi. Its director is Doctor of Physics Guram Bokuchava, and the Scientific Council is headed by Doctor of Physics and Mathematics Giorgi Darsavelidze. It is named after Georgian mathematician Ilia Vekua.

New School, International School of Georgia is a primary and secondary international school in Tbilisi, Georgia, serving local and expatriate children from ages 3 to 18. The State University metro station (Georgian: სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტი, romanized: sakhelmts'ipo universit'et'i) is situated on Saburtalo Line in Tbilisi, Georgia. It is the western terminus of the Saburtalo Line.Construction of the State University station began in 1985, but ceased due to financial difficulties in 1994 and conserved in 2000. The station was completed between 2015 and 2017 with the help of the Asian Development Bank. It was opened on 16 October 2017.

Olympic Palace (Georgian: ოლიმპიური სასახლე) is an indoor sports arena situated in Tbilisi, Georgia, which was built to be used as one of the venues for the 2015 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival.Opened on 13 July 2015 by Georgia's Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, the complex features two halls that are capable of hosting several sports, such as handball, basketball, volleyball, judo, wrestling, futsal, fencing and other games and tournaments.The complex is to be expanded with a new 10,000-seat indoor basketball arena which is currently under construction next to the Olympic Palace and will host, in September 2022, Group A matches of EuroBasket 2022.

The Tbilisi Waldorf School (Georgian: თბილისის ვალდორფის სკოლა, German: Waldorfschule Tbilisi) is a private school in Tbilisi, Georgia, that is based on the Waldorf education philosophy, the school heavily focuses on alternate methods of education which gives students more freedom to express through Art. The school might also be described as an Arts-based school because it teaches a wide range of arts like Visual arts, Drama, Music, Dance among many others. The school was founded in 1994 in Tbilisi as an authorised school and was given the property and a kindergarten building by the city administration, this was supposed to last for an indefinite period but was made permanent. After several years the kindergarten buildings were renovated and new buildings were erected to serve as the main school with help from the supporters of Waldorf Education and other fellow Waldorf educators, the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and the Software AG Foundation also aided the constructions. This allowed the school to develop an offer all 12 grades of school in 2010, the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia (formerly The Georgian Ministry of Education) also gave the school the award of "Best School in Georgia" for its successful work and high quality of education.

The Saburtalo Pantheon (Georgian: საბურთალოს საზოგადო მოღვაწეთა პანთეონი) is a burial site in Tbilisi, Georgia, where some of the most prominent scientists and cultural activities are buried. It was opened in the 1970s. It consists of old (closed) and new (opened in 2002) pantheons.

Vazha-Pshavela (Georgian: ვაჟა-ფშაველა) is a metro station on the Saburtalo Line in Tbilisi, Georgia. The station is named after the poet Vazha-Pshavela. Initially, the station was supposed to be an intermediate station on the Delisi – State University extension, but due to lack of financing the construction of the latter had been frozen. Because of the delay, only a single track was available at the station until the full extension to State University opened on 16 October 2017.
