Gilford is a village in County Down, Northern Ireland. The village sits on the River Bann between the towns of Banbridge, Tandragee and Portadown. It covers the townlands of Loughans, Ballymacanallen and Drumaran. It had a population of 1,933 people in the 2011 Census. Gilford is within the Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon district.

Tullylish (from Irish Tulaigh Lis, meaning 'hillock of the fort') is a small village, townland (of 513 acres) and civil parish in County Down, Northern Ireland. It sits on the River Bann, along the main road between the towns of Banbridge and Portadown. In the 2001 Census it had a population of 105 people. It lies within the civil parish of Tullylish and Banbridge District.

Tanderagee railway station was opened on 6 January 1852. It was originally named Madden Bridge and was located on the Madden road between the villages of Tandragee, County Armagh and Gilford, County Down, Northern Ireland. It closed on 4 January 1965.Tanderagee is also spelt as Tandragee, after the nearby village. Tanderagee and Gilford railway station was the original name upon opening of the station.Only the two platforms remain, the station buildings having been demolished.

Whitefield College of the Bible is an independent theological college located in Northern Ireland. It is operated by the Free Presbyterian Church of Ulster. The college currently holds lectures in Martyrs Memorial Free Presbyterian Church in Belfast. The college has no association with any governmental education system due to its fundamentalist approach and receives no state funding or support.

Ballynagarrick is bordered by the townlands of Ballynarry, Ballywooden and Ballyorgan. It largely consists of two major laneways, once part of a larger circuit of laneways across the area which linked into the former British Army barracks at Bishopscourt. Many of these laneways are now abandoned.

Scarva railway station serves Scarva in County Down, Northern Ireland. Despite serving the County Down village, the station itself is in County Armagh, the nearby Newry Canal being the boundary.

Scarva (from Irish Scarbhach meaning "shallow place, rough ford") is a small village and townland in County Down, Northern Ireland. It is at the boundary with County Armagh, which is marked by the Newry Canal. In the 2001 census it had a population of 320. Scarva is home to the "Sham Fight" Pageant which is held on 13 July every year. The pageant attracts thousands of members of the Royal Black Preceptory, a group related to the Orange Order, who come to march and stage a theatrical (sham) re-enactment of the 1690 Battle of the Boyne.

Cusher River is a river in County Armagh, Northern Ireland. It is formed by the junction, near Mountnorris, of two small streams (the Creggan and the Blackwater), flows by Tandragee, and joins the River Bann one mile above Portadown.The Cusher River is part of the Newry Canal. Both of these waters and the Bann connect at Whitecoat.

Ballydugan or Ballydougan (from Irish Baile Uí Dhúgáin 'Ó Dúgáin's townland') is a townland in County Armagh, Northern Ireland. It lies on the County Armagh–County Down border, between Lurgan and Gilford. Ballydougan is within the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council area.

Lisnagade (from Irish Lios na gCéad 'ringfort of the hundred') is a large multivallate earthen ringfort, three miles west of Banbridge, County Down, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, just off the Scarva road. Lisnagade Fort rath and annex are State Care Historic Monuments in the townland of Lisnagade, in Banbridge District.

Laurencetown railway station was on the Banbridge Junction Railway which ran from Scarva to Banbridge in Northern Ireland.

Drumnacanvy (from Irish: Dromainn Cheannbhuí, meaning 'yellow topped ridge' or 'ridge of the goldcrest') is a small dormitory settlement and townland in County Armagh, Northern Ireland. It lies 1.8 mi east-southeast of Portadown. The settlement lies atop a hill within the Green Belt. It also covers small parts of Drumlisnagrilly and Ballynaghy townlands.
