Søtorvet

Dronning Louises Bro (English: Queen Louise's Bridge) is a bridge across The Lakes in central Copenhagen, Denmark. It joins Frederiksborggade in Indre By (city centre) with Nørrebrogade in Nørrebro and separates Sortedam Lake (Sortedam Sø) to the northeast from Peblinge Lake (Peblinge Sø) to the south west. The bridge was designed by Vilhelm Dahlerup, and constructed between 1885 and 1887. The bridge is named after Queen Louise, King Christian IX's wife. It was listed in 1997.

Vester, Nørre and Øster Søgade (lit. "West, North and East Lake Street") is a succession of streets along the eastern side of The Lakes in central Copenhagen, Denmark. The streets run from Gammel Kongevej to the south to the beginning of Østerbrogade at Lille Trianglen in the north. Vester Søgade runs from Gammel Kongevej to Gyldenløvesgade, Nørre Søgade runs from Gyldenløvesgade to Dronning Louises Bro, and Øster Søgade from Dronning Louises Bro to Lille Triangel.

The Lakes (Danish: Søerne) in Copenhagen, Denmark is a row of three rectangular lakes curving around the western margin of the City Centre, forming one of the oldest and most distinctive features of the city's topography. The paths around them are popular with strollers, bikers and runners.

Frederiksborggade is a street in central Copenhagen, Denmark. It runs from Kultorvet square in the southeast to Søtorvet where Queen Louise's Bridge connects it to Nørrebrogade in Nørrebro on the other side of The Lakes. The street is effectively divided in two by Nørreport station on Nørre Voldgade. The short, southern portion, together with Kultorvet and Købmagergade, forms a pedestrian zone between the station and Strøget at Amagertorv. The wider and younger northern portion is open to car traffic.

Kronprinsessegade 26 is a listed, Neoclassical property overlooking Rosenborg Castle Garden in central Copenhagen, Denmark. The building was listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1932.

St. Andrew's Church (Danish: Sankt Andreas Kirke) is a Lutheran church on Gothersgade in Copenhagen, Denmark, which was designed by the architect Martin Borch and built from 1897 to 1901. It is a parish church within the Danish National Church.

The explosion at Hotel Jørgensen was a minor explosion inside of the discount hostel of the same name in central Copenhagen, Denmark. The explosion happened at 1:23 pm on 10 September 2010. No fatalities were recorded. The only injured person was the one-legged Chechnyan-Belgian bomber Lors Doukaiev, who was caught in a nearby park, Ørstedsparken, following the explosion, but only identified several days later.Doukaiev has been confirmed by the German security agency Verfassungsschutz to have maintained close contacts with Islamic extremists in the German city of Bremen.

Hjorte Apotek was a pharmacy located at Gothersgade 35 in central Copenhagen, Denmark. It opened in 1800 and closed in 1967. The building was listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1964.

Ravnsborggade (lit. "Ravnsborg Street") is a street located one block west of The Lakes in the Nørrebro district of Copenhagen, Denmark. It runs from the major shopping street Nørrebrogade in the southwest to Sankt Hansgade in the northeast where it turns into Ryesgade. The street is traditionally known for its many antique shops but they have increasingly been supplanted by cafés and restaurants in the 2010s. The street is the site of a flea market in the summer months.

Nørrebro Bryghus is a Danish microbrewery located in the Nørrebro neighborhood of Copenhagen. They have an annual production of 50,000-60,000 hectoliters.Nørrebro Bryghus opened in September 2003 and was founded by ex-Carlsberg brewmaster Anders Kissmeyer. The brewery is known for their wide array of beer styles and for producing beer in the American microbrewery tradition.In both 2008 and 2010 the brewery won awards at the World Beer Cup, the biggest international beer competition in the world.In January 2023 Nørrebro Bryghus was bought by Royal Unibrew, Denmark's second largest brewing group.

Israels Plads (literally Israel's Square) is a large public square in central Copenhagen, Denmark, located in the area between Nørreport station and The Lakes. Its north end is home to a covered food market while the south end is currently subject to a comprehensive redesign which will integrate it with the adjoining Ørsted Park.
