Leffingwell–Batcheller House is a historic home located at Yonkers, Westchester County, New York. It was designed by noted New York architect R. H. Robertson and built between about 1887 and 1889. It is a 2+1⁄2-story, masonry and frame dwelling in the Queen Anne style. It has a hipped roof with gabled dormers and sheathed in rough-hewn brownstone, pressed and common brick, wood shingle, and wood clapboard. It features a broad verandah, a two-story rounded bay, and a rounded bay with conical roof.: 3–4 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.

John Copcutt Mansion, also known as Saint Casimir's Rectory, is a historic home located at Yonkers, Westchester County, New York. It was built in 1854 and is cruciform in plan, two and one half stories high in an elaborate Italianate style. It is five bays wide, divided into three sections by a central, projecting three story tower. It was acquired by St. Casimir Roman Catholic Parish in Yonkers in 1900 and used as a convent and, after 1955, a rectory. John Copcutt (1805-1895) was a prominent industrialist and contributed significantly to the development of Yonkers. The Delavan Terrace Historic District is located along the street of that name in Northwest Yonkers, New York, United States. It consists of 10 buildings (12 when originally designated), all houses. In 1983 it was recognized as a historic district and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.The houses were home to a number of prominent industrialists in Yonkers at the time, since they enjoyed an excellent view over the Hudson River. They are built in Late Victorian and other turn of the 20th century revival architectural styles. One has one of the few remaining Eastlake interiors in the city. The earliest house in the district, the Smith-Collins House, dated to 1854 with an 1875 renovation, has since been demolished, spurring historic preservation efforts throughout Yonkers. Most of the district was built after 1900.Originally it was home to affluent residents, such as local business executives at the Otis Elevator Company and the Alexander Smith Carpet Mills. Actress Billie Burke, an early silent film star who later played Glinda the Good Witch in The Wizard of Oz, lived on Delavan Terrace in the 1920s after her marriage to Florenz Ziegfeld, when she was concentrating on her stage career on Broadway. The district has become more middle-class over time as Yonkers has grown and suburbanized around it. All the remaining houses are privately owned. Many remain intact.

Public Bath House No. 2 is a historic public bath located at Yonkers, Westchester County, New York. It was built in 1898 and is a two-story, three bay wide building built of yellowish-orange brick in the Romanesque style. It features a wide, centrally placed segmental-arched window. The interior was in three sections: reception area, custodian's apartment, and the baths. It was modernized in 1928 and decommissions, gutted, and rebuilt as a church in 1962. As of January 2011, it was home to the Mt. Hebron Apostolic Church. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Mott Mill is a historic cotton mill and silk mill located at Yonkers, Westchester County, New York. The property includes an 1852 stone mill building with a reinforced concrete addition dated to 1906. The rectangular mill building is a four-story, three bay utilitarian gray fieldstone structure with segmented arched windows. The reinforced concrete addition is four stories high and measures 237 feet wide and 73 feet deep. It was used as a mill and carpet factory until the 1930s when it became home to the Cleanart Laundry Co. The complex was converted into housing for the elderly in the early 2000s.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

They are residential structures and outbuildings representative of the High Victorian, Italian Villa, and Second Empire styles. They were built between 1855 and 1887 and consists of medium-sized, single family residences, between two and three stories in height. Some have extant carriage houses on their properties.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Public Bath House No. 3, also known as Yonkers Avenue Pool, is a historic public bath located on the border of the Getty Square and Nodine Hill neighborhoods in Southwest Yonkers, Westchester County, New York. It was built in 1909 and is a two-story, five bay wide red brick building with lively tile ornamentation in the Second Renaissance Revival style. It features a hipped tile parapet at the roofline that hides the flat roof. The interior is in three sections: reception area, custodian's apartment, and a pool and showers. It was remodeled in 1930 and 1958.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Originally the family seat of Philipse Manor, it is Westchester County's second oldest standing building after the Timothy Knapp House. Located near the Hudson River at Warburton Avenue and Dock Street, it is owned and operated by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.
