Slieve Bearnagh

Slieve Meelmore is a mountain in the Mourne Mountains. It is a popular hiking destination and is just under six miles (9.7 km) east of the village of Hilltown. The mountain stands at a height of 680 m (2230 ft) and is the seventh-highest mountain in Northern Ireland. It is in the West Mournes with Slieve Meelbeg to the south and Slieve Bearnagh to the east. The Mourne Wall passes over its summit.

Ben Crom Reservoir is a reservoir located in the Mourne Mountains near Kilkeel, County Down, Northern Ireland. Along with Silent Valley Reservoir, which is situated further down the Kilkeel River valley, it supplies water for County Down, surrounding counties and most of Belfast. It was constructed between 1953 and 1957, as the final part of the Mourne scheme to provide water to Belfast which started with the passing of the Belfast Water Act in 1893.Ben Crom is a mass gravity dam, meaning it is made of concrete and designed so that the dam's own weight stabilises it against the force of the water. The middle of the structure consists of mass concrete with granite plumbs weighing up to 5 tonnes. The outer face of the dam was made with precast concrete blocks. The project cost approximately £1 million to build and employed 186 people.In 2012 Northern Ireland Water carried out refurbishments at Ben Crom as part of a £1.6 million scheme to maintain and improve a number of reservoirs in Northern Ireland.

Slieve Meelbeg is a mountain located in the Mourne Mountains. It is a popular hiking destination and is 5.5 miles (8.9 km) east of the village of Hilltown.

Ben Crom (from Irish Binn Chrom, meaning 'curved/stooped peak') is a 526 metres (1,726 ft) mountain in the Mourne Mountains in County Down, Northern Ireland. It is situated beside Ben Crom Reservoir, which is upstream from Silent Valley Reservoir. The mountain is composed of granite. An exposed area on the south west of the mountain shows where the Eocene aplitic granite meets the laccolith top of the older Mesozoic granite ring dike. The summit of the mountain features granite crags which are crossed by basic and feldspar porphyry dikes. The mountain is used for sheep grazing and hill walking.

Slieve Lamagan or Slievelamagan (from Irish Sliabh Lámhagáin, meaning 'mountain of crawling/creeping') is one of the Mourne Mountains in County Down, Northern Ireland. It has a height of 702.2 metres (2,304 ft). Slieve Lamagan stands in the middle of the high Eastern Mournes, overlooking Ben Crom Reservoir to the west, Annalong River valley to the east, and Cove Mountain to the northeast. At its southern foot is a small lake called Blue Lough, and a rock formation known as 'Percy Bysshe' .It is said that the mountain was named Sliabh Lámhagáin, "mountain of crawling/creeping", because its steepness meant it had to be climbed in a crawling position. An older name was Slieve Snavan, from Sliabh Snámháin, which has the same meaning.

Slieve Corragh (SLEEV KORRA; from Irish Sliabh Corrach, meaning '"rugged/pointed mountain" or "sheep hill"') is one of the Mourne Mountains in County Down, Northern Ireland. It has a height of 640 metres (2,100 ft).

Slieve Beg (SLEEV BEG; from Irish Sliabh Beag, meaning 'little mountain') is one of the Mourne Mountains in County Down, Northern Ireland. It has a height of 595.9 metres (1,955 ft).

Slieve Binnian (from Irish Sliabh Binneáin, meaning 'mountain of the little peaks') is one of the Mourne Mountains in County Down, Northern Ireland, 9 km north of Kilkeel. It is the third-highest mountain in Northern Ireland at 747 metres (2,451 ft). The summit is broad and flat with rocky tors at the north and south ends, with the Back Castles, impressive towers of granite, in between. To the south-west is Wee Binnian (from Irish Broinn Bhinneáin, meaning 'breast of Binneán') (460m). It lies east of Silent Valley Reservoir and west of the Annalong Valley. The Mourne Wall also crosses over Slieve Binnian.The mountain is in the townland of Brackenagh East Upper (379 acres), the civil parish of Kilkeel and the historic barony of Mourne.

Shane O'Neill's Gaelic Athletic Club (Irish: CLG Sheáin Uí Néill) is a GAA club from Camlough, County Armagh. It is part of Armagh GAA and its grounds are known as Páirc Sheáin Uí Néill.Shane O'Neill's currently plays Gaelic football in the Armagh Intermediate Championship. In addition to its senior and reserve team, it fields youth teams at Under-6, U-8, U-10, U-12, U-14, U-16, Minor and U-21. Ladies' Gaelic football is played at senior and juvenile levels. The associated camogie club is Méabh O'Neill's. In all, the club fields 14 teams at all age levels, involving over 250 players.

The Mourne Wall (Irish: Balla an Mhúrn) was constructed to enclose a catchment area of the Silent Valley Reservoir in the Mourne Mountains, Northern Ireland. The 1.5 m (4 ft 11 in) high stone wall, which was built to keep livestock from contaminating water supplies, took almost twenty years to complete (1904 to 1922). The project was overseen by the Belfast City and District Water Commissioners.

The Binnian Tunnel (2.5 miles long) was constructed between 1947 and 1950/51 and is located under the Mourne Mountains in County Down, Northern Ireland. The main purpose of the tunnel is to divert water from the Annalong Valley to the Silent Valley Reservoir underneath Slieve Binnian, after which the tunnel was named. A workforce of 150 was involved in two tunnelling teams which started from opposite ends and met in the middle nearly 800m under the roof of the mountain. When the two teams met in the middle on 6 December 1950, they were only inches out. The tunnel was created using drilling and blasting techniques. The shelters for the workers can be found on Slievenaglogh. The tunnel was designed to carry 90 million imperial gallons (410,000 m3) of water per day, be 2.5 miles (4.0 km) long, 7 feet (2.1 m) high and 8 feet (2.4 m) wide. The tunnel was officially opened in August 1952.

Aghacullion (from Irish Achadh an Chuilinn 'field of the holly') is a rural townland in County Down, Northern Ireland. It has an area of 223.77 acres (0.91 km2). It is situated in the civil parish of Kilcoo and the historic barony of Iveagh Upper, Lower Half, located miles 2 north-west of Newcastle. It lies within the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council.
