Aghaherrish

Kilnamadoo (from Irish Coill na Madadh 'wood of the dogs') is a townland in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. It is situated within the civil parish of the area of Boho, as well as Fermanagh and Omagh district. The Coal Bog road travels through this townland and the adjacent townland of Drumacoorin. This is a traditional peat cutting area and in past times was the main highway between Lough MacNean and Lough Erne. The area is particularly notable for the remnants of a Neolithic settlement found in the coal bog. An impressive bronze spearhead was also found in this area and is now on display in the National Museum of Ireland.

Knocknahunshin (from Irish Cnoc na hUinseann 'the hill of the ash trees'), is a townland in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. It is in the civil parish of Boho, in between the townlands of Glenkeel and Reyfad. Within this area are the sub-townlands of Arduagh, Carricknamulloge (from Irish Carraig na Mullóige), Carricknine, Horse Rock, Legloughra, Owneyglas, Silkins and Sterrickinard.This area is mentioned as far back as 1672 as "K:nahinshina" in the Barony of Magheraboy. Later on, in 1834, it was referred to by its Irish name of Cnoc na h-Uinnsean meaning "ridge of the ash trees".

Boho (pronounced BOH, from Irish Botha, meaning 'huts') is a hamlet and a civil parish 11 kilometres (7 mi) covering approximately 12 km × 7 km (7 mi × 4 mi) southwest of Enniskillen in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. It is situated within Fermanagh and Omagh district. This area contains a high density of historically significant sites stretching from the Neolithic Reyfad Stones, through the Bronze Age/Iron Age (Aghnaglack Tomb) and medieval (High Crosses) to comparatively recent historical buildings such as the Linnett Inn. Boho parish has a high biodiversity of flora and fauna due in part to the niches offered by the limestone karst substrata combined with fen meadow, upland heath and acidic bog. The three mountains found within the parish; namely Glenkeel, Knockmore and Belmore provide a landscape varying from high craggy bluffs, with views of neighbouring counties, to low, flat bogland punctuated by streams and lakes. Below this landscape are two of the three most cave-rich mountains in Northern Ireland, featuring the deepest cave system in Ireland at Reyfad Pot, the deepest daylight shaft in Ireland at Noon's Hole, as well as popular caves for local outdoor adventure centre groups at the Boho Caves and the nearby Pollnagollum Coolarkan.

Clogherbog is a townland in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. It is part of the civil parish of Boho, and contains the sub-townlands of Carrickrory, Lough Nacloyduff, Loughanquin, Loughnamanfin and Tullylaur. It is situated within Fermanagh and Omagh district. The area is notable for the discovered remnants of ancient civilisations, including an Iron Age wooden cauldron and the lettered cave at Lough Nacloyduff (the lake of the dark caverns), which contains primitive inscriptions. The origins of this cave have been speculated on since a visit by William Wakeman in 1850.Other features include the Mass rock which is inscribed with the date of 1777 and the Lake of the Fair Woman (Irish: Loch na mban fionn) which is the subject of an old tale.

The Boho Caves (pronounced BOH, from Irish Botha, meaning 'huts') are a collection of caves centred on the village of Boho, County Fermanagh on the northern slopes of Belmore Mountain. They encompass the main Boho Cave and the smaller Waterfall Cave and Upper and Lower Ravine Caves. The Boho Cave system is the sixth-longest cave system in Northern Ireland, is designated an Area of Special Scientific Interest (ASSI #144) and is the only example of joint-controlled caves in Northern Ireland.

Carn or Carngreen is a townland situated in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. It is situated within the civil parish of Boho and Fermanagh and Omagh district.

Carr or Corr (from Irish Carr 'rock') is a townland in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. The area is situated in the civil parish of Boho and contains Carron Lough which is reputed to be quite deep and also the Sillees River. It is situated within Fermanagh and Omagh district. The area is noted for the discovery of a Bronze Age sword which was uncovered whilst drainage work was in progress. This sword, which can be seen on display at the Enniskillen museum, is made of cast Bronze. Another historical artifact located in the townland was a log-boat, dated to the period 1440-1620 found in the Sillees River beside Corr Bridge.The poet Padraic Burns (1879-1943) was a notable inhabitant of this area. Padraic Burns published a book of poems entitled "The Ulster Singer: Some lays and legends from Lough Erne" in 1941. This book was published through The North West of Ireland Printing and Publishing company and contains some of the best known works of the poet including "The Gauger Outwitted", "The Blacksmith of Belleek" and "The Fiddler from Glan".

Aghahoorin (from Irish Achadh Fhuarain 'field of the spring well') is a townland in the area of Boho, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland.As far back as 1659 (Census of Ireland) this townland was known as Agharrin; later on it was known as Achadh Guirthin or Achadh Urthin "field of the suret" (1833). This townland is known for a fort on a hill and the remains of a sandstone quarry which was used to supply headstones for the local graveyards. The townland contains karst features which include the shake hole known as Pollkeeran and a rattle hole known as Murphy's Hole. as well as a Scheduled Historic Monument: a Bivallate rath, grid ref: H1185 4573.

Belmore Mountain (from Irish Sliabh Bhéal Mór , meaning 'big mouth mountain') is a hill in the townland of Gortgall, western County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. With a summit roughly 398 metres (1,306 ft) above sea level, it is the second highest point in Fermanagh, the highest being at Cuilcagh on the Northern Ireland–Republic of Ireland border in the south of the county. The historian John O Donovan (1834) states that the indigenous population called the mountain Bel Mor Muintir Pheodachain .Belmore Mountain dominates the skyline in the nearby county town of Enniskillen and gives its name to Belmore Street.

Moylehid (from Irish Mulleithid/Maol Leathan 'broad bare hill') is a townland in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. It is in the civil parish of Boho. This townland has also been variously known as Moylehide (1609), Moolet (1659), Moylehit, Mullyleet, Mul Leathaid and Mul-leithid (hill of breadth) (1834).

Reyfad (from Irish Ráth Fada 'long fort') is a townland in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. It lies in the land division of Old Barr, in the civil parish of Boho. The townland has previously been called Rayfadd - 1659, Raffada (Magheryboy) - 1672 and Ráith Fada "long fort" - 1833. This high plateau is known for its extensive cave system (see Caves of the Tullybrack and Belmore hills) and Neolithic stones.The summit of a nearby hill is known as Tullybrack or Reyfad Mountain (398 metres (1,306 ft)) but it is in fact situated in the townland of Aghamore, County Fermanagh, also within the Boho area.

Tullykelter Castle is a castle located in Northern Ireland. In 1616 Archbishop Malcolm Hamilton of Monea Castle granted land for the castle to James Somerville, and his wife Elizabeth, believed to be the daughter of Thomas Hamilton of Brimhill. They had a daughter who married the Archbishop's third son Captain John.
