Coolsaragh

Cloughfin (locally [ˌklɔxˈfïn], from Irish Cloch Fhionn, meaning 'white stone') is a townland lying within the civil parish of Kilcronaghan, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. It lies in the center of the parish, and is bounded by the following townlands: Calmore, Coolsaragh, Killytoney, and Tullyroan. It was apportioned to the Drapers company and freeholds. The townland was part of Tobermore electoral ward of the former Magherafelt District Council, however in 1901 and 1926 it was part of Iniscarn district electoral division as part of the Draperstown dispensary (registrar's) district of Magherafelt Rural District. It was also part of the historic barony of Loughinsholin.

Killytoney (locally [ˌkʲïləˈtӧni], from Irish Coill an Tonnaigh, meaning 'wood of the stockade') is a townland lying within the civil parish of Kilcronaghan, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. It lies in the center of the parish, and is bounded by the townlands of Calmore, Cloughfin, Coolsaragh, Gortamney, Killynumber, and Moyesset. It was apportioned to the Drapers company. It was apportioned to the Drapers company as well as freeholds. Saint Martin's GAC Desertmartin (Irish: CLG Naomh Mhartain Diseart Mhartain) is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Desertmartin, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. The club is a member of Derry GAA and currently caters for Gaelic football and Ladies' Gaelic football. The club has won the Derry Senior Football Championship once in its history and appeared in four finals. Underage teams up to U-12s play in South Derry league and championships, the U-14 team and upwards compete in All-Derry competitions.

Tullyroan (locally [ˌtӧliˈrɔːən, -ˈrɔːnən] [sic]; Irish: Tulaigh Uí Ruáin, meaning 'O'Rowan's hill') is a townland lying within the civil parish of Kilcronaghan, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. It lies in the centre of the parish and is bounded by the townlands of: Brackaghlislea, Calmore, Cloughfin, Coolsaragh, Gortahurk, Tamnyaskey. It wasn't apportioned to any of the London livery companies, being kept as church lands. The townland was part of the Tobermore electoral ward of the former Magherafelt District Council, however in 1926 it was part of Tobermore district electoral division as part of the Maghera division of Magherafelt Rural District. It was also part of the former barony of Loughinsholin.

Desertmartin (; from Irish Díseart Mhártain, meaning 'Saint Martin's hermitage') is a small village in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. It is four miles from Magherafelt, at the foot of Slieve Gallion. In the 2001 Census the greater Desertmartin area had a population of 1,276. It lies within Desertmartin parish, Mid-Ulster District, and the historic barony of Loughinsholin. Neighbouring settlements include Draperstown, Magherafelt, Moneymore, and Tobermore.

Desertmartin railway station was on the Draperstown Railway which ran from Magherafelt to Draperstown in Northern Ireland.

Drumsamney (locally [ˌdrӧmˈsamni], from Irish Droim Samhna 'ridge of Samhain') is a townland lying within the civil parish of Kilcronaghan, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. It lies in the south-east of the parish on the boundary of the civil parish of Desertmartin, and is bounded by the townlands of; Annagh & Moneysterlin, Ballinderry, Killynumber, Dromore, and Gortamney. In the Plantation of Ulster it was given as a glebe to the Drapers Company. The townland was part of Tobermore electoral ward of the former Magherafelt District Council, however in 1926 it was part of Tobermore district electoral division as part of the Maghera division of Magherafelt Rural District. It was also part of the historic barony of Loughinsholin.

Gortamney (locally [ˌɡɔrˈtaːmni], from Irish Gort an tSamhraidh 'the summer field') is a townland lying within the civil parish of Kilcronaghan, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. It lies in the east of the parish alongside the boundary of the civil parish of Termoneeny, and is bounded by the townlands of Ballinderry, Ballynahone More, Clooney, Drumsamney, Killynumber, Killytoney, and Moyesset. It was apportioned to the Drapers company and Crown freeholds. The townland was part of Tobermore electoral ward of the former Magherafelt District Council, however in 1926 it was part of Tobermore district electoral division as part of the Maghera division of Magherafelt Rural District. It was also part of the historic barony of Loughinsholin.

Tobermore (), from Irish An Tobar Mór, meaning 'the great well') is a small village in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland, named after the townland of Tobermore. The village, which has a predominantly Protestant population, lies 2.5 miles (4.0 km) south-south-west of Maghera and 5.5 miles (8.9 km) north-west of Magherafelt. Tobermore is within the civil parish of Kilcronaghan and is part of Mid-Ulster District. It was also part of the former barony of Loughinsholin. Tobermore has won the Best Kept Small Village award four times and the Best Kept Large Village award in 1986. In September 2011, Tobermore won the Translink Ulster in Bloom village category for the third year in a row.
