Sundby Church (Danish: Sundby Kirke) is a Church of Denmark parish church located on Amagerbrogade in Copenhagen, Denmark. Completed in 1870 to designs by Hans Jørgen Holm, it is the oldest church on the northern part of Amager.

The Royal School of Library and Information Science (abbr. RSLIS, Danish: Det Informationsvidenskabelige Akademi) is a school under the University of Copenhagen that provides higher education in the field of library and information science. It has now merged with another department to Department of Communication. It is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. It is a member of iSchools, a consortium directed to understanding the role of information in nature and human culture. There has also been a location in Aalborg, however this campus was shut down in the summer of 2017.

Amagerbro station is a rapid transit station on the Copenhagen Metro, located in the Sundbyøster district of Copenhagen. It opened in 2002. The station serves the M2 line and connects with bus services. It is located between the Christianshavn and Lergravsparken stations. It is located in fare zone 1. The station has bicycle parking facilities.

Eberts Villaby (literally "Ebert's Villa Town") is an enclave of late 19th-century detached houses situated just off Amagerbrogade in the otherwise more dense Sundby district on Amager in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Nathanael's Church (Danish: Nathanaels Kirke) is a Church of Denmark parish church in Holmbladsgade in Amager, Copenhagen, Denmark.

Kvarterhuset, located just off Holmbladsgade, is a culture house run by Copenhagen Municipality in the Amager district of Copenhagen, Denmark. The building is a former warehouse which was adapted and expanded for its current use by Dorte Mandrup prior to its opening in 2001. It contains the local Sundby Library as well as other facilities for the local community.

St. Anne's Church (Danish: Sankt Annæ Kirke) is a Roman-Catholic church in Sundby on Amager in Copenhagen, Denmark. It is located just off Amagerbrogade, next to Eberts Villaby. The church is closely affiliated with the nearby St. Ann's School.

St. Elizabeth's Hospital (Danish: Sankt Elisabeths Hospital) was a Catholic hospital on Amager in Copenhagen, Denmark, which existed from 1905 until 1997 when it was merged with Sundby Hospital to form Amager Hospital. Its old main building on Hans Bogbinders Allé, opposite the Catholic St. Anne's Church, is no longer used for hospital purposes.

Holmbladsgade is one of the most lively streets in the Amagerbro district of Copenhagen, Denmark, connecting Amagerbrogade to Strandlodsvej on the east coast of Amager. The surrounding neighbourhood is variously referred to as Holmbladsgadekvarteret (literally "The Holmbladsgade neighbourhood"), Amagerbro or Sundby North.

Sundby Idrætspark is a sports complex, that consists of a combined association football and athletics stadium, located in the district of Amager Vest, Copenhagen. It has been the home ground of the association football clubs BK Fremad Amager and B 1908 since its auguration in September 1922, and have previously hosted BK Standard (1923–1946) and the professional superstructure FC Amager (2008–2009). As of May 2019, the total capacity of approximately 7,200 spectators, with 2,500 seatings at the main grand stand stretching along one side of the pitch, makes the exhibition field among the 25th largest football stadiums in Denmark. The track of the exhibition venue has consisted of artificial turf since August 2018, where it replaced natural grass. In 2018, floodlights of 1,000 lux were installed at the exhibition field, so it was possible to show televised matches from the Danish Superliga.The stadium hosted the preliminary rounds of the 2015 World Archery Championships.

Sundbyøster (Danish pronunciation: [sɔnpyˈøstɐ]) is one of the 15 administrative, statistical, and tax city districts (bydele) comprising the municipality of Copenhagen, Denmark. It lies on the southeast border of the municipality on the island of Amager. It covers an area of 8.60 km2, has a population of 48,673 and a population density of 5,658 per km2, which makes it the most populated district in Copenhagen. Neighboring city districts are as follows: to the northwest is Christianshavn, separated from Syndbyøster by Stadsgraven (the city moat) to the west is Sundbyvester to the south is Tårnby municipality, which is outside the Copenhagen municipality area to the east is the Øresund, the strait which separates the island of Zealand from Sweden
