La Plata (Seville Metro)

Amate is a station of the Seville Metro on the line 1. It is located at the intersection of Los Gavilanes Av. and Puerto del Escudo St., in the neighborhood of Parque Amate. Amate is an underground station, located between 1º de Mayo and La Plata stations on the same line. It was opened on 2 April 2009.

Cocheras (English: Garages) is a station of line 1 of the metro. It is located in the intersection of Águila Marina and Águila de Oro streets, in the neighborhood of Cerro del Águila. Cocheras is an underground type station, situated between La Plata and Guadaíra on the same line. It was opened on 2 April 2009.

1º de Mayo (English: 1 May) is a station of the Seville Metro on line 1. It is located at the intersection of Federico Mayo Gayarre and Ronda del Tamarguillo avenues in the district of Cerro-Amate. 1º de Mayo is an underground station situated between Gran Plaza and Amate on the same line. It was opened on 2 April 2009. It is expected that by 2017 the station will have a connection with line 4 of the subway (that it is still in planning phase).

The Antiguo Matadero de Sevilla (English: Former Slaughterhouse of Seville) is a building located in Seville (Andalusia, Spain). It was built in 1916. It is Neo-Mudéjar style and its bricks with azulejos and flat roof tiles, make it a typical building of Sevillian regional architecture. It was created by José Sáez y López.

Guadaíra is a railway interchange station between Seville Metro and commuter train services of Seville, Andalusia. It is located at the outskirts of the city, close to Utrera road. Guadaíra is an elevated station of line 1 of the metro and the C-4 circular line of the suburban trains (Spanish: Cercanías).

Gran Plaza (English: Great Square) is an underground station of the Seville Metro on the line 1. It is located at the intersection of Eduardo Dato and Cruzcampo avenues, in the neighborhood of Nervión. Gran Plaza station is located by the Gran Plaza square, between the stations Nervión and 1º de Mayo on the same line. It was opened on 2 April 2009.

The Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium (Spanish: Estadio Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán; [esˈtaðjo raˈmon ˈsantʃeθ piθˈxwan]) is a football stadium in Seville, Spain. It is the home stadium of Sevilla Fútbol Club, and is named after the club's former president, Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán.It was the venue for the 1986 European Cup Final between Steaua București and Barcelona and the 1982 World Cup semi-final game between West Germany and France. It was also the venue for the 2022 Europa League final between Eintracht Frankfurt and Rangers. With a capacity of 42,714 seats, Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán is the ninth-largest stadium in Spain and the third-largest in Andalusia.

The Ciudad Deportiva José Ramón Cisneros Palacios, is the training ground of the Primera Division club Sevilla FC. Located in Seville, it was opened in 1974.

Pablo de Olavide is a station of the Seville Metro on line 1 named after the nearby Universidad Pablo de Olavide. This station will also be a tram stop for the Alcalá de Guadaíra tram line that is under construction and projected to be completed in 2019. It is located at the outskirts of the city within the University Campus, close to Utrera road. Pablo de Olavide is an elevated building, situated between Guadaíra and Condequinto stations on the same line. It was opened on April 2, 2009.

Estadio de Nervión was a multi-use stadium in Seville, Spain. It was used mostly for football matches and hosted the home matches of Sevilla FC. The stadium was able to hold 20,000 people and opened in 1928. It was closed in 1958 when Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán opened. Estadio de Nervión replaced Campo de la Reina Victoria.

Pablo de Olavide University (Universidad Pablo de Olavide (UPO) in Spanish) is a public university in Seville, Spain. UPO offers both undergraduate and graduate programs in the traditional majors, as well as in biotechnology, environmental sciences, humanities, labor relations, second language acquisition, social work, sports sciences, and translation. Pablo de Olavide University (UPO) was founded in 1997, making it one of the newest public universities in Spain. UPO has over 10,000 students and is growing constantly since its inception. The university is named after the Spanish-Peruvian politician Pablo de Olavide (1725–1803), who contributed notably to planning the city of Seville. Being a relatively young university, UPO was planned as a North American-style campus with dedicated academic and residential space. Its 345-acres spread out southeast of Seville over the municipalities of Dos Hermanas, Alcalá de Guadaíra and Seville. Its facilities are modern, including campus-wide Wi-Fi and Internet access, computer, television, video and audio centers, an open access library, sports facilities, and science laboratories.It has numerous sports facilities, lawns, gym and a huge library where you can find books from every subject. This University also boasts a student union building and offers transportation to the city center by bus or metro.

Nervión is a district of Seville, Spain. It lies to the east of the city centre (the Casco Antiguo), to the north of the Distrito Sur, to the south of San Pablo-Santa Justa and to the west of Cerro-Amate. The district is an important commercial district of the city, where much of the regional capital's business takes place. The population is 16,129 inhabitants.
