The Tuckahoe River is a 27.6-mile-long (44.4 km) blackwater river in southern New Jersey in the United States. One of the few blackwater rivers in the northeastern United States, the river drains an area of the southern Pinelands and empties into the Atlantic Ocean.

Marshallville Historic District is located in Marshallville, Upper Township, Cape May County, New Jersey, United States. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 28, 1989.

Marshallville is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located in Upper Township, Cape May County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It is on the northern edge of the county, bordered to the north, across the Tuckahoe River, by Corbin City in Atlantic County. It is bordered to the east by the unincorporated community of Tuckahoe. New Jersey Route 49 runs through Marshallville, having its eastern terminus in Tuckahoe and heading northwest 17 miles (27 km) to Millville. Ocean City is 13 miles (21 km) to the east of Marshallville. The community was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census. The Marshallville Historic District is at the center of the community.

The city, and all of Atlantic County, is part of the Atlantic City-Hammonton metropolitan statistical area, which in turn is included in the Philadelphia-Reading-Camden combined statistical area and the Delaware Valley. As of the 2020 United States census, the city's population was 471, a decrease of 21 (−4.3%) from the 2010 census count of 492, which in turn reflected an increase of 24 (+5.1%) from the 468 counted in the 2000 census.Corbin City was incorporated as a city by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 11, 1922, from portions of Weymouth Township. The borough was named for 19th-century banking and railroad entrepreneur Austin Corbin.

Geographically, the city, and all of Atlantic County, is part of the South Jersey region and of the Atlantic City-Hammonton metropolitan statistical area, which in turn is included in the Philadelphia-Reading-Camden combined statistical area and the Delaware Valley.As of the 2020 United States census, the city's population was 1,668, a decrease of 67 (−3.9%) from the 2010 census count of 1,735, which in turn reflected an increase of 150 (+9.5%) from the 1,585 counted in the 2000 census.Estell Manor was incorporated as a city by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 14, 1925, from portions of Weymouth Township.

Tuckahoe is a disused train station located in the Tuckahoe section of Upper Township, Cape May County, New Jersey, United States. The station was built in 1894 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 22, 1984. The Cape May Seashore Lines offers excursion trips from Tuckahoe to Richland.

Estell Manor School District is a community public school district in Estell Manor, in Atlantic County, New Jersey, United States, serving students in kindergarten through eighth grade.As of the 2021–22 school year, the district, comprised of one school, had an enrollment of 181 students and 16.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 11.3:1. Voters passed a multimillion-dollar building project referendum, and the district was awarded an $800,000 grant from the New Jersey Schools Development Authority to cover project costs.

Weymouth Township is a township in Atlantic County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 2,614, a decrease of 101 (−3.7%) from the 2010 census count of 2,715, which in turn reflected an increase of 458 (+20.3%) from the 2,257 counted in the 2000 census.Named for Weymouth, Dorset, the township was created as a constablewick in 1694 and was known in its early days as "New Waymouth Township". Weymouth Township was incorporated by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on February 12, 1798, from portions of Egg Harbor Township, while the area was still part of Gloucester County, and was incorporated nine days later. Portions of the township were taken on February 5, 1813, to create Hamilton Township. Weymouth Township became part of the newly created Atlantic County on February 7, 1837.
