Park Tudor School is a coeducational independent college preparatory day school founded in 1902. It offers programs from junior kindergarten through high school. It is located in the Meridian Hills neighborhood of Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. A merger of Tudor Hall School for Girls (founded in 1902) and the all-male Park School (founded in 1914) formed the present-day school in 1970.

Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired, or ISBVI, established in 1847 as the Indiana School for the Blind and also known as the Indiana Institution for the Education of the Blind, is a residential school for Indiana youth that are blind or have low vision in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States.In 1930, the school was relocated to its present location at 7725 North College Avenue in Indianapolis. The school added the "and Visually Impaired" to its name in 2007 and continues to use it today, despite "students who are blind or have low vision" being the currently accepted term. Students are able to attend the school from pre-school to high school, up to age 22. The total enrollment has exceeded 150 students; there are also an equal number of educators, maintenance, outreach, administrators, and residential staff. The Lions Clubs of Indiana support the institution as one of their state projects through monetary donations and volunteerism. ISBVI has a youth Lions Club called the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired Leo Club. The school's colors are green and white and their mascot is the rocket. They play sports such as swimming, cheerleading, wrestling, goalball, and track and field.

Arden is an affluent residential neighborhood on the north side of Indianapolis, Indiana. The neighborhood is about a 15-minute drive from downtown Indianapolis. It is bounded by 71st Street on the north, Meridian Street on the west, College Avenue on the east, and the White River on the south. As of 2008 the Indianapolis Art Center featured over 50 annual exhibitions and had over 3,000 members.

The Metropolitan School District of Washington Township (MSDWT) is a public school district located in the northern section of Indianapolis, Indiana , and Marion County. The district was established in 1955 and serves the area of Washington Township that was outside the city limits before the city and county were merged in 1970. As of 2016–17, MSDWT had approximately 11,482 students in grades K–12.

Hiram A. Haverstick Farmstead is a historic home located at Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. It was built about 1879, and is a two-story, five-bay, Italianate style stone dwelling faced in brick. It is nearly square and has a summer kitchen attached by an enclosed breezeway. It has a low-pitched hipped roof with wide eaves supported by ornate wooden brackets and an ornate one-bay front porch.: 2 It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
