Concord is an unincorporated community in Sussex County, Delaware, United States. Concord is located along Delaware Route 20, east of Seaford. Concord, Sussex County, Delaware should not be confused with Concord, New Castle County, Delaware; the latter is a populated place located in Wilmington, bordering the northern edge of the city along Delaware Route 202.

E. L. Hitch Potato House is a historic potato house located near Laurel, Sussex County, Delaware. It one of the last surviving examples of its building type. It was built about 1920, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, gable fronted, balloon frame structure. It retains a number of important elements characteristic of potato house including: minimal fenestration, triple siding, interior and exterior doors, tightly shuttered windows, interior chimney, and storage bins.It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Lawrence was a historic home located near Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware. It was built about 1840, as a three-story, three-bay, frame structure with a gable roof. It has a rear service wing. It featured a front portico supported by four square columns. Original details, including hardware, flooring, trim, and landscaping, survived throughout the house and grounds.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. It is listed on the Delaware Cultural and Historic Resources GIS system as destroyed.

It was built about 1880, on the site of a previous mill built in 1820. It is a water-powered mill with two overshot wheels installed in 1912. The mill and two associated warehouses are frame buildings, sheathed in metal, on brick footings. They are located on an earthen dam, rebuilt in 1912.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
