Caledonia High School (Ontario)

The Oasis Drive-In is a restaurant located in Caledonia, Ontario Canada, at 22 1/2 Argyle Street South. It opened in 1927 and is considered to be Ontario's and likely Canada's oldest Drive-In restaurant. The restaurant is open seasonally from April to November on an annual basis. This is how the restaurant has been operating since it opened in 1927.

Haldimand House is an historic building in Caledonia, Ontario that is one of the oldest in the town. At the time of its construction it was the first in Haldimand County to receive a hotel license and was also the first commercial building in Haldimand County. Originally built as a stagecoach inn, Haldimand House has served as a hotel and bar, a boarding house, apartments and then a series of small retail establishments

The Caledonia Bridge, also known as the Grand River Bridge (built 1927) is a road bridge located in Caledonia, Ontario, Canada on Argyle Street. The bridge is the only nine-span bridge of its kind in Canada and is considered the first reinforced concrete bridge of its type ever built.The bridge is on the Ontario Heritage Bridge List and is designated by the Haldimand County LACAC (Local Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee). The bridge is scheduled to be replaced by a new bridge due to structural damage and age. A number of bridge deficiencies were found requiring action. The condition included structural deficiencies, structural deterioration, insufficient roadside safety, foundation problems and inadequate hydraulics. The engineering consulting firm Morrison Hershfield was approached to conduct a Context Sensitive Design Workshop for the bridge. They involved stakeholders and representatives from the public to participate in the bridge design to address various environmental aspects of the project. Completion of the bridge was tentatively scheduled for 2012, but as of 2023, minimal work has been done towards its replacement.

The Caledonia Opera House was a three-storey building located in small town Caledonia from the 1830s until a fire which destroyed the building in 1947.

Built in 1857, this historic building once served as Caledonia, Ontario's first and only town hall. The building stopped being used as a town hall sometime around 1955 until it was reopened as "Edinburgh Square Heritage and Cultural Centre" in the spring of 1988. The Edinburgh Square Heritage and Cultural Centre is a museum dedicated to preserving the local heritage of Caledonia, Ontario and its surrounding areas. Edinburgh Square was declared a heritage building in 1982.

The Caledonia Mill was a historic mill building located in Caledonia, Ontario, Canada. Built in 1846, it is a heritage property under the Ontario Heritage Act. It was the last timber-frame water-powered mill along the Grand River in Ontario. In 2018 the mill was dismantled by Riverside properties and was rebuilt as an office complex.

McKinnon Park Secondary School is a high school in the town of Caledonia, Ontario. It replaced Caledonia High School for the school year 1992/1993, which was converted into River Heights Public School. It temporarily served as a home to the new population of River Heights Public School in fall 1991 while renovations and an expansion were created. It is home to the SHSM (Specialist High Schools Major) program offering red seals (upon completion of the requirements) at graduation in hospitality, green industries, and construction. The 2022/2023 academic year saw over 700 students enrolled. The school is home to the largest Indigenous student body in the Grand Erie School District, at 29% or 260 students as of 2018/19. Most of these students come from the nearby Six Nations of the Grand River. Due to the large number of Indigenous students attending the school, classes such as Cayuga language, native history, and native arts are offered.

Caledonia railway station was built in 1908 by the Grand Trunk Railway Company of Canada. The station was the third to be built in Caledonia, Ontario.

The Caledonia Centennial Public School is an elementary school located in Caledonia, Ontario, Canada, North of the Grand River on 110 Shetland St. The school teaches grades Junior Kindergarten to 8. The current principal is Colleen Kelly. The school mascot is the Cougar. The school colours worn by its sports teams are gold and blue. Start and finish times are 8:40 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. respectively. French Immersion is available for grades JK-4 with plans of becoming a dual track French immersion and English school by 2019. The school was built in 1967, the Canadian Centennial (hence the name). The current school replaced the smaller schoolhouse where the Caledonia Presbyterian Church currently stands. Centennial is currently part of the Grand Erie District School Board. The school has 3 floors and a gym/stage. The school is not equipped with an elevator but recently received a wheelchair walkway to the entrance.

The Caledonia Dam, also known as the Grand River Dam, is a dam on the Grand River constructed upstream from the Caledonia Bridge in Caledonia, Ontario, Canada.
