Knardrup Abbey

Kildedal station is a station on the Frederikssund radial of the S-train network in Copenhagen, Denmark. The station opened on 25 November 2000 in expectation of nearby urban development. It is still surrounded mostly by fields and has failed to attract any significant number of passengers. Since 23 September 2007 trains only stop at Kildedal on Monday through Saturday in the periods when service C is extended from Ballerup to Frederikssund. It was the only S-train station not to have service every day of the week. Since December 2012, this station has restored weekend service, and no train stops there on weekday evenings. Weekday traffic stops here to unload employees who work in a nearby industrial park area, which is the site of the head offices and production facilities and of companies which include Oticon, Falck, Eva Denmark, Cidex, Formula Tryxager, Vangsgaard and Novo Nordisk.

Måløv station is a station in Måløv on the Frederikssund radial of the S-train network in Copenhagen, Denmark. Måløv station was built by Det sjællandske Jernbaneselskab (the Railway Company of Zealand, now Danish State Railways) and opened 17 June 1879 between Frederikssund and Frederiksberg. The railroad became electrified in 1989 and the traffic was transferred to the S-train network. In 2002, the railroad became double tracked in its whole length. The station building is also from 1879 when 3 stations were built according to the same plan: Herlev station, Måløv station and Veksø station.

Smørumnedre is a town and suburban area situated in Egedal Municipality in the northwestern outskirts of Copenhagen, Denmark and forms part of Copenhagen's urban area. The original village has merged with the neighbouring villages of Måløv in Ballerup Municipality and Jonstrup in Furesø Municipality to form an urban agglomeration with a population of 21,353 (1 January 2023). The small and relatively undisturbed village of Smørumovre ("Upper Smørum") is located about 500 metres to the west of Smørumnedre while Lille Smørum("Little Smørum") refers to a group of scattered farms to the south. The three localities are collectively referred to as Smørum.

Måløv is a suburb within Ballerup Municipality, closely attached to Smørumnedre approx. 20 km. west of Copenhagen, in the Capital region, with a population of 8,693 (2023). The suburb is made up by single-family houses and a housing project. 93% of the inhabitants are native Danes. The suburb is connected with the S-train and Måløv station serves commuters from both Måløv and Smørumnedre. Måløv is considered to be founded in 1193.

Frederikssundbanen is one of six radial S-train lines in Copenhagen; it connects the city center with a number of Northwestern suburbs (notably Herlev and Ballerup) and other townships until Frederikssund on the Western coast of the Nordsjælland peninsula.

Jonstrup is a suburban neighbourhood situated in Furesø Municipality on the west side of Hareskoven forest in the northwestern outskirts of Copenhagen, Denmark. The original village has merged with the neighbouring villages of Måløv in Ballerup Municipality and Smørumnedre in Egedal Municipality to form an urban agglomeration with a population of 21,353 (2023). The neighbourhood is separated from Måløv by Mølledalen, Møllemosen, and Værebro å.

Værløse Air Base (Danish: Flyvestation Værløse) is a former Royal Danish Air Force air base located just south of Værløse, Furesø Municipality, 20 kilometres northwest of central Copenhagen, Denmark. Its ICAO code is EKVL.

Ganløse is a town located in the Egedal Municipality, in the Capital Region of Denmark.

Until 1 January 2007 Ledøje-Smørum was a municipality (Danish, kommune) in Copenhagen County on Zealand (Sjælland) island in eastern Denmark, then merged into Egedal. The municipality covered an area of 31 km2 (12 mi²) and had a total population of 10,525 (2005), northwest of nearby Copenhagen.

The Royal Danish Air Force Academy (Danish: Flyvevåbnets Officersskole) educates and commissions all officers for the Royal Danish Air Force. The Air Force Officer Academy function was initiated in 1951 by the creation of the Royal Danish Air Force.

The Jonstrup Camp (Danish: Jonstruplejren) is a military installation in Ballerup Municipality in the northwestern outskirts of Copenhagen, Denmark. It is home to the Royal Danish Air Force Officers School, Royal Danish Airforce Library and Forsvarets rekrutering.
