Churchill Theatre–Community Building

St. Luke's Church is a historic Episcopal church located at Church Hill, Queen Anne's County, Maryland. It was built between 1729 and 1732 as the parish church for St. Luke's Parish, which had been established in 1728. It is one story high, five bays long and three bays wide, with brick exterior walls laid in Flemish bond with glazed headers. The structure features a gambrel roof and semicircular apse. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977. Congressman Joshua Seney is buried in the churchyard.

Kennersley is a historic home located at Church Hill, Queen Anne's County, Maryland. It is a large five-part brick house believed to date to the last quarter of the 18th century. The central block is approximately 35 feet square, two and a half stories high, with the pitched gable roof. Flanking one-story hyphens connect the central block with a pair of flanking 1+1⁄2-story wings. It is 29'-8½" long with a beam of 5-10¼", and has a straight, raking stem and a sharp stern. It is privately owned, and races under No. 17. It is one of the last 22 surviving traditional Chesapeake Bay racing log canoes that carry on a tradition of racing on the Eastern Shore of Maryland that has existed since the 1840s. It consists of a brick dwelling, and a large barn, granary, and several outbuildings. The house was built in two distinct periods. The earliest house dates to the late colonial period and is a two-story, brick house, three bays wide and two rooms deep, with a single flush chimney on each gable. It is attached to a larger, Federal-period house built in 1823. The later house is brick, two and a half stories high, and was built directly adjoining the west gable of the earlier structure.Lansdowne was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Bernice J. is a Chesapeake Bay skipjack, built in 1904 in Young's Creek, Virginia, by W. Thomas Young of Parksley, who also built Claude W. Somers. She is a 42-foot-long (13 m) two-sail bateau, or "V"-bottomed deadrise type of centerboard sloop, commonly referred to as a skipjack. She worked dredging oysters through the 1970s. She is located at Chestertown, Kent County, Maryland.She was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

The Denton House, also known as the Denton-Weeks House, the River House, and the Smyth-Letherbury House, is a historic residence at 107 Water Street in Chestertown, Maryland. It is a three-story brick building, with a five-bay front facade framed by corner pilasters with stone capitals. The building has a raised basement, with a stone stringcourse between it and the first floor. The front entrance is centered, with an elaborate surround consisting of pilasters, entablature and dentillated gable. The house was built about 1784 by Richard Smyth, the son of one of the area's wealthiest merchants. In 1791 it was bought by Peregrine Letherbury, the first law professor at Washington College.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971, and it is a contributing property in the Chestertown Historic District.
