Shadows of Arkham is a Bolliger & Mabillard steel roller coaster at Parque Warner Madrid in Spain. It is located in the "DC Super Heroes World" location in the park. It is a clone of Batman: The Ride, which is located at various Six Flags parks. The ride formerly operated under the name Batman la Fuga (English: Batman the Escape) from 2002 until 2017, when it was changed to Batman: Arkham Asylum. The name was again changed in 2023 to Shadows of Arkham, coinciding with the opening of the park's Intamin launched roller coaster, Batman Gotham City Escape.

Tom y Jerry: Picnic en el Parque (Tom and Jerry: Picnic in the Park) is a Zierer Tivoli steel, sit-down family roller coaster at Parque Warner Madrid near Madrid, Spain. The coaster is named and themed after Warner Bros.' Tom and Jerry franchise.

Superman: La Atracción de Acero (meaning "Superman: The Attraction of Steel") is a steel floorless roller coaster at Parque Warner Madrid in Spain.

The Church of la Natividad de Nuestra Señora (Spanish: Iglesia de la Natividad de Nuestra Señora) is a church located in San Martín de la Vega, Spain. It was declared Bien de Interés Cultural in 1996. Built in the 16th-18th centuries in Herrerian style, it has a rectangular plan, with a single nave, chapels and a sacristy.

La Marañosa is a locality of Madrid, Spain. Its hills (700 metres high) overlook both banks of the Jarama river. The locality is known for being home of The "Fábrica Nacional de Productos Químicos" (National factory of chemical products) which supplied the Spanish Army of Africa with chemical warfare agents during the Rif rebellion between 1923 and 1927. On February 5, 1937 and during the Spanish Civil War, the locality was the scene of the Battle of Jarama. The Nationalist offensive began with assaults on the Republican positions on the west bank of the Jarama. The opening attacks took the Republicans by surprise. The Nationalists, as was the fashion of the Army of Africa, advanced in mobile columns and overwhelmed the unprepared Republicans. General García Escámez commanded their right flank (to the south), General Rada commanded the left, or northern wing, while General Asensio commanded the centre. Escámez on February 6 appeared at Ciempozuelos and overran the XVIII Brigade, which lost 1,800 men. Rada's men took La Marañosa hill, 700 metres high, which overlooked both banks of the Jarama. The two Republican battalions atop La Marañosa vainly stuck to their cliff-top defenses and died there to the last. From this hill top position, the Nationalists could dominate the river crossing with artillery and machine gun fire.

The Church of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción (Spanish: Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción) is a church located in Valdemoro, Spain. It was declared Bien de Interés Cultural in 1981.Built in Baroque style, it has a nave measuring 60 x 28 meters, with side chapels. The high altar is decorated by the paintings St. Peter of Verona by Ramón Bayeu, The Assumption of the Virgin by Francisco Bayeu, and the Apparition of the Virgin to St. Julian by Francisco Goya. The bell tower was completed in 1764.

Duratón is a district of Sepúlveda, Segovia, located alongside the Duratón River, from which it takes its name. It is well known for its Romanesque church, La Asunción de María. Roman ruins, Confluenta city, have been found here, as well as a necropolis of the Visigothic era.

Pinto is a municipality in the Community of Madrid, Spain. It is located in the central area of the Iberian Peninsula at an altitude of 604 meters, 20 kilometers south of Madrid, and covers 62.7 square kilometers. In 2018, Pinto had a population of 51,541. It is home to the Torre de Pinto, the Pinto Castle, and the Éboli Tower, which is a 14th-century tower used as a prison for nobles who fell out of favor with the king.

The Cerro de los Ángeles (Hill of the Angels) is a hill located in Getafe, Spain, about 10 km (6.2 mi) south of Madrid. The site is famous for being the geographic centre of the Iberian Peninsula. On top of the hill there is a fourteenth-century monastery named Our Lady of the Angels (Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles), as well as the Monument to the Sacred Heart of Jesus (Monumento al Sagrado Corazón), built in 1919 to dedicate the country and inaugurated by king Alfonso XIII. The original monument was created by architect Carlos Maura Nadal and sculptor Aniceto Marinas y García, and was inaugurated by King Alfonso XIII on 30 May 1919. Republicans dynamited the monument on 7 August 1936 during the Spanish Civil War, due to its religious and political symbolism, and because the Catholic Church in Spain supported the Nationalists. There was a proposal to replace it with a figure representing Liberty or the Republic, but this was not executed due to the war and the defeat of the Republicans.Bullet marks dating from the war can be seen on the Sagrado Corazón monument as well as the walls of the monastery. After the war, the Franco government moved the remains of the monument across the esplanade and, funded by popular subscription, rebuilt a bigger version with an underground church. The current monument is almost identical in design to the 1919 monument, but on a larger scale. Construction began in 1944 in accordance with designs by the architects Pedro Muguruza and Luis Quijada Martínez. The monument shows Christ with open arms, inviting all men to come to Him. The 11.5 metres (38 ft) high statue on a 26 metres (85 ft) pedestal is the work of Aniceto Marinas, and the group of sculptures around the base is by Fernando Cruz Solís. The monument was opened in 1965. The crypt, which did not exist in the original monument, was opened in 1975.In the monument resides the patron virgin of Getafe.The slopes of the hill are populated with maritime pines as well as parks, springs, paths, a bar and soccer grounds.From the geologic point of view, the hill has a peak altitude of 670 meters (2,200 feet) above sea level, with the base at 610 meters (2,000 feet). The area surrounding the hill is flat in all directions, making for great panoramic views of Madrid, Getafe, and the surrounding countryside. A radio tower sits on the peak of the hill besides the monastery. The seminary for the diocese of Getafe is located by the monastery.

Valdecarros is a station on Line 1 of the Madrid Metro. It is located in fare Zone A. The station opened on 16 May 2007.
