Pyatnitskoye Shosse

Mitino District (Russian: райо́н Ми́тино) is an administrative district (raion) of North-Western Administrative Okrug, and one of the 125 raions of Moscow, Russia. It is just outside the Moscow Ring Road, 17 km northwest of the centre of Moscow. The area of the district is 12.67 square kilometers (4.89 sq mi). Mitino (Russian: Ми́тино) is a Moscow Metro station in the Mitino District, North-Western Administrative Okrug, Moscow. It is located on the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya Line between Volokolamskaya and Pyatnitskoye Shosse. Mitino opened on 26 December 2009.

Mitinskoe Cemetery (Russian: Ми́тинское кла́дбище) is a cemetery located in Moscow's North-Western administrative district. It was established on September 15, 1978. A Russian Orthodox church, which was built in 1998, is located on its grounds and has been visited several times by Patriarch Alexius II. The cemetery has a total area of 1,080,000 m2 (11,600,000 sq ft). The cemetery is the final resting place of firefighters and power plant workers who died while putting out the fires from the Chernobyl disaster, as well as eminent Soviet and Russian cultural, scientific, and military figures (including several Heroes of the Soviet Union and Russian Federation). Olympic Silver Medalist Viktor Logunov (1944–2022) is buried here. Each year at 10 a.m. on 3 September, crowds gather at the cemetery and light thousands of candles in memory of the victims of the Beslan school hostage crisis.

Penyagino is a railway station of Line D2 of the Moscow Central Diameters in Moscow. It was opened on 24 November 2019.

Volokolamskaya (Russian: Волоколамская) is a Moscow Metro station in Mitino District, North-Western Administrative Okrug, Moscow. It is on the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya Line, between Mitino and Myakinino stations. Volokolamskaya opened on 26 December 2009.

Russian State Film and Photo Archive (Russian: Российский государственный архив кинофотодокументов), also known as Russian State Documentary Film and Photo Archive, or Krasnogorsk Archive, or simply RGAKFD (Russian: РГАКФД), is an archive of documentary newsreels and photographs located at Krasnogorsk, Moscow Oblast, Russia. The archive contains more than 1 million photos and has a virtually complete collection of newsreels from 1919 to 1985 that documents the political, military, and other diverse episodes of the USSR.

Novogorsk (Russian: Новогорск) is a microdistrict within the city of Khimki, Moscow Oblast. Until 2004, it was a settlement within the Khimki area. According to the 2002 census, the population of the village was 2,764 people. The residential complex "Olympic Village Novogorsk" is located in the microdistrict.

Myakinino (Russian: Мякининo) is a Moscow Metro station. It is a surface-level station on the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya Line, between Volokolamskaya and Strogino stations. The station opened on 26 December 2009. It is in Krasnogorsk, Moscow Oblast near the Moscow Oblast administrative headquarters and the Crocus City Mall and is the first station to be built outside the city of Moscow. It is also the first station in Moscow to be constructed under a public-private partnership.

Brattsevo (Russian: Бра́тцево) is an area in Yuzhnoye Tushino District of North-Western Administrative Okrug of Moscow, Russia; formerly a country estate and a village. It is located near the confluence of the Bratovka and the Skhodnya Rivers.
