Drexel Hill is a neighborhood and census-designated place (CDP) located in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 29,181 at the 2020 census, an increase over 28,043 in 2010, and accounting for over one-third of Upper Darby's population.

School Lane station is SEPTA Route 101 trolley station in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. It is located on School Lane west of Edmonds Avenue. The station is next to Grace Lutheran Church on the northwest corner of the aforementioned intersection. Trolleys arriving at this station travel between 69th Street Terminal in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, and Orange Street in Media, Pennsylvania. The station features a P&W-era shed with a roof in which passengers can wait during inclement weather. The shed is made of stucco similar to that of the nearby Aronimink stop. An actual school can be found one block east of this intersection. No parking is available at this stop, as it is located in a residential area.

Anderson Avenue station is a SEPTA Route 101 trolley stop in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. It is officially located near Anderson & Woodland Avenues, though the actual location is on Anderson Avenue south of Woodland Avenue. Trolleys arriving at this station travel between 69th Street Terminal in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania and Orange Street in Media, Pennsylvania. Anderson Avenue is a dead end street at this station which contains platforms on both sides of the tracks. The other platform is located across the tracks behind the parking lot of a group of condominiums on Valley Road. The station has a white and green stucco shed with a roof where people can go inside when it is raining, but it is on the side with the condominiums.

Huey Avenue station is a SEPTA Route 101 trolley stop in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. It is officially located near Huey and Edmonds Avenues in Drexel Hill, but in reality is closer to the intersection of Huey Avenue and Mason Avenue. Trolleys arriving at this station travel between 69th Street Terminal in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, and Orange Street in Media, Pennsylvania. The station has a P&W-era stone shed with a roof where people can go inside when it is raining on the northwest corner of the grade crossing. On the opposite side of this shelter is an ordinary bench. Huey Avenue is the first/last stop along the Route 101 line that doesn't share a right-of-way with the Route 102 line to Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania.

Upper Darby Township (often shortened to Upper Darby) is a home rule township in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, United States. Upper Darby is home to the Tower Theater, a historic music venue on 69th Street built in the 1920s, and is also home to several Underground Railroad sites. Upper Darby's population is diverse, representing over 100 ethnic cultures. The township hosts a range of housing types including densely populated rowhouse sections similar to houses in neighboring West Philadelphia, tree-lined neighborhoods of turn-of-the-century single-family houses and mid-century developments. It is Pennsylvania's sixth most populous municipality. As of the 2020 census, the township had a total population of 85,681, making it the sixth most populated city or borough in Pennsylvania, after Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Allentown, Reading, and Erie. Upper Darby is 65% residential, 25% commercial, and 8% other. Because of a home-rule charter adopted in 1974 and effective in 1976, Upper Darby utilizes a mayor-council form of management, unlike communities that are still under the Pennsylvania Township Code. ("First Class" townships in Pennsylvania have a board of commissioners and are divided into wards, and "Second Class" townships have a board of supervisors, which are usually elected "at-large".)

Drexelbrook station is a SEPTA Route 101 trolley stop in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. It is officially located near Stanbridge Road and Woodland Avenue in the Drexelbrook area, however the actual grade crossing and platforms are on Wildell Road south of Woodland Avenue and north of Revere Road and Drexelbrook Drive. Trolleys arriving at this station travel between 69th Street Terminal in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania and Orange Street in Media, Pennsylvania. The station has a shed with a roof where people can go inside when it is raining on one platform and a bench on the other. No parking is available at this station.

Garrettford station is a SEPTA Route 102 trolley stop in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. It is officially located at Edmonds Avenue and Garrett Road, however, the actual location is at the intersection of Edmonds Avenue, Jones Street and Mill Lane, which is south of Garrett Road. The trolley line crosses the aforementioned intersection at the southwest corner of Edmonds Avenue and Jones Street, to the northeast corner of Edmonds Avenue and Mill Lane. Trolleys arriving at this station travel between 69th Street Terminal in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania and Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania. Garrettford is the first/last stop along the Route 102 line that doesn't share a right-of-way with the Route 101 line to Media, Pennsylvania. The station has a shed with a roof where people can go inside when it is raining. This shed is located on the southwest corner of Edmonds Avenue & Jones Street along the east side of the tracks. An abandoned parking lot exists at the southeast corner of Edmonds Avenue & Garrett Road along the west side of the tracks.

Drexel Manor station is a SEPTA Route 102 trolley station in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. The station is officially located near Burmont Road and Cheswold Road, although it is actually southwest of the Burmont Road grade crossing. Like the Marshall Road stop, the Route 102 line runs in between Cheswold and Blanchard Roads, both of which terminate at Burmont Road. Two schools are located in the vicinity of this station. Trolleys arriving at this station travel between 69th Street Terminal in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania and Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania. The station contains an open concrete shelter on the northbound platform of the tracks with a connecting sidewalk between two houses on Blanchard Road. On the opposite side, the southbound platform can be found in front of a parking lot for a housing project across from the intersection of Cheswold and Lasher Roads. A vacant lot on the southeast corner of the Burmont Road grade crossing could have served as the site of a former station house in the past. A sidewalk along Cheswold Road leads to the platform, and a retaining wall across the tracks may or may not have included another one at one time. Drexel Manor Station is located two blocks southwest of the Garrettford stop.

The Lower Swedish Cabin is a historic Swedish-style log cabin which is located on Creek Road in the Drexel Hill section of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, along Darby Creek. The cabin may be one of the oldest log cabins in the United States and is one of the last cabins built by the Swedish settlers that remains intact.

Holy Child Academy, also known simply as Sharon, was founded in 1864 by the sisters of Society of the Holy Child Jesus in what today is the town of Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania. It closed in 1973.

Marshall Road station is a SEPTA Route 102 trolley stop in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. It is between Cheswold and Blanchard Roads on Marshall Road. Trolleys arriving at this station travel between 69th Street Terminal in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania and Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania. Drexel Hill Junction (also known as Shadeland Avenue) is a SEPTA Media-Sharon Hill Trolley Line station in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. It is located near Hillcrest Road and Shadeland Avenue, and serves both Routes 101 and 102. Drexel Hill Junction is the last stop where Routes 101 and 102 share the same right-of-way. Trolleys arriving at this station travel between 69th Street Terminal in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania and either Orange Street in Media, Pennsylvania for the Route 101 line, or Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania for the Route 102 line. The station has 2 covered sheds where people can go inside when it is raining. It serves as a stop for both local and express lines. The tracks split between Shadeland and Turner Avenues. A storage track exists between the wye that terminates across from the intersection of Turner and Berry Avenues. No parking is available at this station, and bus connections are limited. The sheds include an original P&W-era stone shelter on the southeast corner of Shadeland Avenue with a heavy gabled roof and green window frames with no glass. The shelter on the northeast corner of Shadeland Avenue is a square green stucco shelter with both an enclosed and open area, and an angled-roof tilting slightly down towards Hillcrest Road.
