The Normandie Apartments is a historic building located in the Near South Side neighborhood of Omaha, Nebraska, United States. It was designed by architect Frederick A. Henninger.

The Georgia Row House (also known as The Georgia Boarding House) is a historic house located in Omaha, Nebraska. The Queen Anne style house was designed by the architects Findley & Shields, and was constructed of brick, limestone, sandstone and stucco. The Georgia House is one of the few remaining traditional houses in the city of Omaha. It lands on 9 acres with three buildings on site.

Terrace Court is a historic apartment complex of three three-story buildings in Omaha, Nebraska. It was built in 1920 by the Drake Realty & Construction Co., and designed by architect B. Hene in Sullivanesque style. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since July 2, 2008.

Park School is located at 1320 South 29th Street in south Omaha, Nebraska, United States. The school was designed by Thomas R. Kimball and built in 1918. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989 and designated an Omaha Landmark in 1990.

The Park Avenue Apartment District is a historic district in Omaha, Nebraska that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008. One component, the Portland, was built as the Barnard Apartment Building in 1902, and has been known as the Portland since 1917. It was designed by architect John Latenser, Sr. and is a three-story apartment building with three wings, forming a U-shape around a courtyard. It includes Italian Renaissance styling. The Unitah, built two years later by the same owner and also with Latenser as architect, includes Prairie School design elements in its exterior. It was later renamed to be the Cantebury Square Apartments.

The Gerald R. Ford Birthsite and Gardens in Omaha, Nebraska marks the location of the house at 3202 Woolworth Avenue where U.S. President Gerald R. Ford lived for a couple of weeks after his birth in July 1913. It was the home of his paternal grandparents, Charles Henry and Martha King.

Selma Terrace is a historic apartment complex in Omaha, Nebraska. It was built in 1916, and designed in the Prairie School style by architect Richard Everette. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since July 2, 2008.

St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church is located at 602 Park Avenue in Midtown Omaha, Nebraska. The original congregation was formed in 1907 to meet the needs of Omaha's then-burgeoning Greek community. The current building is a city landmark that was originally constructed in 1908 for Omaha's Temple Israel, and was sold to the St. John's parish in 1951.

Ford was born in a house in the Hanscom Park neighborhood. Its boundaries are Center Street on the north, South 42nd on the west, Interstate 480 on the east and I-80 on the south.

Roughly bounded by Pacific Street, 32nd Avenue, Center St., and 36th Street, the neighborhood was placed on the National Register of Historic Places as a historic district on November 15, 2000. Field Club is the location of dozens of historically significant homes in the Omaha area, including the Gerald R. Ford Birthsite and Gardens.
