Kiyevskaya (Russian: Киевская) is a station on the Filyovskaya line of the Moscow Metro (though it was originally part of the Arbatsko–Pokrovskaya line). It initially opened in 1937 and closed in 1953 when the new Kiyevskaya station, intended to replace it, was completed. Due to a change of plans, however, it reopened after only five years as part of the new Filyovskaya line. The original architect was Dmitry Chechulin. Kiyevskaya features tall, octagonal pillars topped with elaborate capitals. The pillars were originally faced with Armenian onyx, but this was replaced with yellowish Gazgan marble after ten years. The platform is intricately patterned with Ukrainian designs executed in red, white, and gray granite. The three rows of circular ceiling coffers originally housed incandescent light fixtures but these were abandoned in favor of the current three-bladed fluorescent lamps in the 1960s. Between Kiyevskaya and Smolenskaya is the Smolensky Metro Bridge, which spans the Moskva River. The bridge was built in 1937 and was the first above-ground section of the Metro.

Borodinsky Bridge (Russian: Бороди́нский мост) is a steel plate girder bridge that spans Moskva River, connecting Dorogomilovo District and Kievsky Rail Terminal with the centre of Moscow, Russia (two kilometers due west from the Kremlin). The bridge was built in 1911–1912 as deck arch bridge by N.I. Oskolkov, M.I. Schekotov (structural engineering) and Roman Klein (architectural design). In 2001, the bridge was reconstructed, replacing arches and deck with a plate girder structure.

Kievskaya (Russian: Киевская), named for the nearby Kievsky railway station, is a station on the Arbatsko–Pokrovskaya line of the Moscow Metro. Opened in 1953, it is lavishly decorated in the quasi-baroque style that predominated in the early 1950s. The square pylons are faced with white Ural marble and elaborately patterned ceramic tile and the plastered ceiling is decorated with a series of frescoes by various artists depicting life in Ukraine. A large mosaic at the end of the platform commemorates the 300th anniversary of the reunification of Russia and Ukraine. Light comes from a row of hexagonal chandeliers. The architects were L. V. Lile, V. A. Litvinov, M. F. Markovsky, and V. M. Dobrokovsky. Kievskaya has no vestibule of its own. Instead, escalators at the end of the hall lead to Kievskaya and thence to that station's entrance, which is built into the Kievsky railway station. For half a century Kievskaya was the terminus of the Arbatsko–Pokrovskaya line; the 2003 extension to Park Pobedy ended that situation.

Kiyevskaya (Russian: Ки́евская) is a Moscow Metro station in the Dorogomilovo District, Western Administrative Okrug, Moscow. It is on the Koltsevaya Line, between Park Kultury and Krasnopresnenskaya stations. It is named after the nearby Kiyevsky Rail Terminal. The design for the station was chosen in an open competition held in Ukraine; the entry submitted by the team of E. I. Katonin, V. K. Skugarev, and G. E. Golubev placed first among 73 others and it became the final design. Kievskaya features low, square pylons faced with white marble and surmounted by large mosaics by A.V. Myzin celebrating Russo-Ukrainian unity. Both the mosaics and the arches between the pylons are edged with elaborate gold-colored trim. At the end of the platform is a portrait of Vladimir Lenin. The entrance to the station, which is shared with both of the other two Kievskaya stations, is built into the Kiev railway station. With the completion of the segment of track between Belorusskaya and Park Kultury in 1954 the Koltsevaya Line became fully operational with trains running continuously around the loop for the first time. One of the station's entrances is topped by a reproduction of an Art Nouveau Paris Metro entrance by Hector Guimard, given by the Régie autonome des transports parisiens in 2006 in exchange for an artwork by Russian artist Ivan Lubennikov installed at Madeleine station in Paris.

Smolensky Metro Bridge (Russian: Смоленский метромост, Metromost) is a steel arch bridge that spans Moskva River in Dorogomilovo District of Moscow, Russia. It is the first bridge built for the Moscow Metro in 1935–1937, designed by N.P.Polikarpov, P.K.Antonov (structural engineering) and Yakovlev brothers (architectural design). It is one of two (the second one is Mitinsky Metro Bridge) bridges over Moskva River that are used exclusively by Metro (subway) trains, while the other Metro bridges combine road and rail.

Embassy of India School Moscow (EOI School) as Kendriya vidyalaya Moscow is an Indian education school located on the third, fourth and fifth floors of the 10/2 Ulitsa Bolshaya Dorogomilovskaya building in Dorogomilovo District, Moscow, Russia, close to the Kiyevskaya Metro Station.The school, affiliated to the Embassy of India in Moscow, was established in 1987. As of 2012 the school has more than 350 students in classes I to XII.The Ambassador of India to Russia is the school's patron. The school uses the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) curriculum and is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education. The school offers commerce and science streams for its students. Fees are around 5500 US Dollars.

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Moscow is the chief diplomatic mission of South Korea in the Russian Federation. It is located at 56 Plyushchikha Street (Russian: ул. Плющиха, 56) in the Khamovniki District of Moscow.

Hotel Ukraina (Russian: Гостиница Украина, tr. Gostinit͡sa Ukraina), also branded and marketed as the Radisson Collection Hotel, Moscow (Russian: Рэдиссон Коллекшен Отель, Москва), is a five-star luxury hotel in the city centre of Moscow, on a bend of the Moskva River. The hotel is one of the "Seven Sisters", and stands 206 metres (676 ft) tall. It is the tallest hotel in Russia, the tallest hotel in Europe, and the 52nd-tallest hotel in the world. It is a Radisson Collection hotel, managed by the Rezidor Hotel Group.

Novoarbatsky Bridge (Russian: Новоарбатский мост) is a road bridge that crosses the Moskva river in Moscow. It is located between the Western (Kutuzovsky Prospekt) and Central Administrative Okrugs (Novy Arbat). It is one of the first bridges in Russia with an all-welded steel-reinforced concrete span and a roadway slab pressed with high-strength reinforcement.

Kauchuk Factory Club (Russian: Клуб завода «Каучук») is a 1927-1929 russian avant-garde public building designed by Konstantin Melnikov, located in Khamovniki District of Moscow, Russia on the edge of Devichye Pole park and medical campus at 64, Plyshikha Street.

The Presnya (Russian: Пресня) is a river in Moscow (Russia) and a left tributary of the Moskva. In 1908, Presnya was led into an underground concrete tube. The Presnya gave its name to the Presnensky District of central Moscow.

The Embassy of the United Kingdom in Moscow is the chief diplomatic mission of the United Kingdom in the Russian Federation. It is located in the Arbat District of Moscow, on Smolenskaya Embarkment of the river Moskva. The current ambassador is Deborah Bronnert CMG.
