Sawin–Bullen–Bullard House

The Bullen–Stratton–Cozzen House is a historic First Period house in Sherborn, Massachusetts. Its oldest portion is estimated to date to about 1680, and the building reflects changes in taste and use over the intervening centuries. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

The South Middlesex Correctional Center (SMCC) is a small, minimum security/pre-release state prison for women located in Framingham, Massachusetts. The prison opened in 1976, originally as a part of MCI-Framingham. Today, it is its own facility specifically for women. Most, if not all inmates work in the community during the day for an average wage of $7/day. Many work in fast food restaurants, as janitors, carpenters, or painters. On January 6, 2020, there was 63 inmates in general population beds.

Massachusetts Correctional Institution – Framingham (MCI-Framingham) is the Massachusetts Department of Correction's institution for female offenders. It is located in Framingham, Massachusetts, a city located midway between Worcester and Boston. The prison was once known as "Framingham State Prison". However, MCI-Framingham is its official name and is favored. As of May 2022 there are approximately 190 inmates in general population beds.

The Eleazer Goulding House is a historic house at 137 Western Avenue in Sherborn, Massachusetts. The house was built in 1825 by Capt. Ebenezer Mann, a local master builder. The 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house is a finely-detailed and well-preserved example of Federal style, with a side gable roof, twin interior chimneys, and clapboard siding. Its main entrance is flanked by Doric pilasters, and topped by a dentillated cornice and fanlight. Possibly due to its country setting, Mann built it with simpler styling than houses he built in the village center around the same time.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

The Irving Square Historic District is a historic district on Irving Square, Waverly, South, Columbia, Irving, Gordon and Hollis Streets in Framingham, Massachusetts. It encompasses a portion of the town's central business district just south of the railroad tracks. It includes buildings on Hollis Street, extending south from Irving Street to Gordon Street, and buildings on Irving from Hollis to just beyond Columbia Street. Most of these commercial buildings were built between 1890 and 1930, most in the 20th century. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The Charles D. Lewis House is a historic house in Sherborn, Massachusetts. It is a two-story wood-frame structure, set on a brick and rubblestone foundation, and exhibits informal Shingle style massing with elements of formal Colonial Revival detail. The house is built in a wide V-shape opening to the north, its main entrance south-facing with porches, but, within the angled facades to the north, a circular driveway and port-cochere entry, supported by Tuscan columns. It was built as a gentleman's farm and one of the town's earliest summer residences circa 1905, by Charles D. Lewis, a businessman whose family owned Lewis Wharf in Boston.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

WAMG (890 AM; "La Mega") is a radio station in the Boston market licensed to Dedham, Massachusetts. It is owned by Gois Broadcasting. It broadcasts in Spanish, and plays bachata, merengue, salsa and pop music. WLS in Chicago is the dominant (class A) station on 890 AM; WAMG must reduce power during the nighttime hours and uses a directional antenna to protect the nighttime skywave signal of WLS. WAMG also simulcasts its programming on WLLH (1400 AM) in Lowell and Lawrence to reach the area north of Boston and the southern part of New Hampshire. It also operates translator W235CS (94.9 FM) in Dedham.

WQOM (1060 AM) is a radio station broadcasting Catholic radio programming in the Boston market. The station is owned by Holy Family Communications and is licensed to Natick, Massachusetts.

Framingham station is a historic Boston and Albany Railroad station located in downtown Framingham, Massachusetts. Designed by noted American architect H. H. Richardson, it was one of the last of the railroad stations he designed in the northeastern United States to be built. The station, built in 1884–85, served as a major stop on the B&A Main Line as well as a hub for branch lines to Milford, Mansfield, Fitchburg, and Lowell. After years of deterioration, the station was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975 as the Framingham Railroad Station, and restored a decade later.In 2001, MBTA Framingham/Worcester Line and Amtrak operations were shifted to a new set of platforms nearby, which have high-level sections for handicapped-accessible boarding and a footbridge for crossing the tracks. This new station is among the busiest on the MBTA system, with 41 daily MBTA and 2 Amtrak trains on weekdays. The H. H. Richardson-designed station building remains largely intact and is currently used as a restaurant.

The Amsden Building collapse occurred on July 23, 1906, in Framingham, Massachusetts. 12 people were killed when the building, which was under construction, suddenly collapsed. A thirteenth person later died from injuries suffered in the accident. The building's contractor and architect were indicted for manslaughter, but the charges were later dropped by the district attorney.
