Zeytinburnu

Zeytinburnu station (Turkish: Zeytinburnu istasyonu) is an under construction station in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul. The new platform will replace the 62 year old station opened in 1955. The original station was opened on 4 December 1955 as part of the Istanbul suburban commuter rail service between Sirkeci and Halkalı. The new station is expected to open towards the end of 2018.

Yenimahalle railway station (Turkish: Yenimahalle istasyonu) is a railway station in Bakırköy, Istanbul. The station was originally built in 1955 as a stop on the Istanbul suburban commuter rail line until 2013, when the entire line was closed down for expansion and renovation. Yenimahalle station was demolished and a third track was added. The new station is expected to enter service towards the end of 2018 and will be a stop on the Marmaray commuter rail line.

Adile Mermerci Anadolu Lisesi is a public high school located in the city of Zeytinburnu of İstanbul province of Turkey. It is found in 1990. Current education language is Turkish. But as a fact of being an Anatolian High School it heavily focuses teaching in foreign languages of English and German. Education period is 4 years including 1 year of Prep Class. It has 510 students, 41 teachers and 4 executive officers. School contains 20 classrooms, 1 science lab, 1 conference hall, 1 gym and 1 computer laboratory. As stated in the school's web page their mission is; to bring up young people whose intellectual abilities are not limited by OSS (the Matriculation Exam for University); have developed higher reasoning skills; are adept at using technology; know how to access information; have a working knowledge of a second foreign language and sensitive to social events around them.

Kazlıçeşme is one of the seven neighborhoods of Zeytinburnu district in Istanbul, Turkey. Chartered in 1957, it is the largest neighborhood of Zeytinburnu. The locality took its name from the historic fountain (Turkish: çeşme) with a relief goose (Turkish: kaz) figure below the fountain's inscription, which dates it back to Hijri year AH 953 (AD 1537).Stretching between Bakırköy district in the southwest and Fatih district in the northeast, where it borders to the historic Walls of Constantinople, the area covers the entire coast line of Zeytinburnu at the Sea of Marmara. The 13 km (8.1 mi) long shoreline road Kennedy Avenue connecting Sirkeci with Bakırköy runs through Kazlıçeşme.

Veliefendi Race Course (Turkish: Veliefendi Hipodromu) is a horse racing track located at Veliefendi neighborhood in Bakırköy district of Istanbul, Turkey.It is the country's oldest and biggest race course founded on a former grassland that was historically a farm belonging to Şeyhülislam Veliyüddin Efendi, an 18th-century superior authority of Islam in the Ottoman Empire. The race course was constructed in the years 1912/13 by German specialists upon the initiative of Enver Pasha.The race course hosts also music events. In 2006, Turkish pop singer Nez held a concert.

Olivium Outlet Center, opened on April 1, 2000, is an outlet shopping mall located in the working class district of Zeytinburnu in Istanbul, Turkey. It was established by a joint venture of the companies Emintaş and İleri Mensucat. The shopping center, situated outside of the ancient city walls of Istanbul, initially featured 25 stores, but extended to 118 shops today. Olivium covers area of 45,000 m2 on 4 floors and has a parking lot with a capacity of 1,000 cars in 2 additional floors. The center offers to the visitors also a supermarket, 6 movie theaters, a theater, a bowling alley with 15 lanes, a variety of fast food restaurants and cafeterias.

Zeytinburnu Stadı (English: Zeytinburnu Stadium) is a football stadium, home ground of the Turkish Regional Amateur League team Zeytinburnuspor since 1984, located in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul. The stadium is an all-seater stadium and holds a total capacity of 16,000 people and is uncovered.The stadium briefly housed the Turkish Third League team İstanbulspor A.Ş. in 2004.The stadium is occasionally in use for public holiday ceremonies.

Kazlıçeşme railway station (Turkish: Kazlıçeşme istasyonu) is a railway station in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul and the current terminus of the trans-Bosporus Marmaray commuter rail line. Located just outside of the city's historic walled center, Kazlıçeşme station sits between 10. Yıl Avenue and Zakirbaşı Street. The station is 8.6 km (5.3 mi) west of Sirkeci station.
