Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church is located at 2650 Farnam Street in Midtown Omaha, Nebraska. Organized on December 5, 1858, as Emanuel's Evangelical Lutheran Church, the church is thought to be the first Lutheran congregation organized west of the Missouri River. In the 1920s the church was credited with being the largest Lutheran congregation in the United States.

The Moyer Row Houses are two historic two-story row houses in Omaha, Nebraska. They were built in 1904, and designed in the Renaissance Revival architectural style. They have been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since March 12, 2008.

The Ford Hospital, also called the Fifth Avenue Hotel, is located in Midtown Omaha, Nebraska. Built in 1916 by Home Builders Incorporated, the hospital was a privately operated facility built and operated by Dr. Michael J. Ford. Operating until 1922, it was the last small, private hospital in the city. Originally designed by James T. Allan, the building stylistically is a unique blend of elements from the Second Renaissance Revival and the Arts and Crafts movements. The building was sold and remodeled as the Fifth Avenue Hotel in 1929, a name referring to the nickname Douglas Street obtained after the installation of new electric lights in 1927. The building was again converted in 1987, and currently serves as apartments.

The Undine Apartments is a historic apartment complex in Omaha, Nebraska. It was built in 1918 by the Traver Brothers Company, a real estate development company founded by Charles Traver. Its construction was made possible in this location thanks to the advent of the streetcar. Undine Apartments has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since March 12, 2008.

The Northern Natural Gas Building, also known as the 2223 Dodge Street Building, is a 260 ft (79 m), 19-story high-rise building located in the Park East neighborhood of Downtown Omaha, Nebraska, United States. As of 2013, the building is home to an apartment complex called the Highline. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2009. The building was built in the early 1950s as a six-story building for Northern Natural Gas. The building was later expanded in 1958 with the addition of a fifteen story high-rise. After Northern Natural Gas's merger with Houston Natural Gas, the building was used as the headquarters for Enron until 1986. After Enron moved to Houston, Texas, the building was used as a regional headquarters for the company until 1990.

Leavenworth is a neighborhood in the midtown region of Omaha, Nebraska. It is bounded by Harney Street to the north, 20th Street to the east, Leavenworth Street and Mason Street to the south, and Turner Boulevard to the west. Leavenworth is straddled by the Gerald R. Ford Expressway, roughly dividing the neighborhood into a business district in the east and a residential area in the west. The neighborhood is home to the Omaha Children's Museum, a popular attraction in the midtown area. Leavenworth is also home to the historic Mary Rogers Kimball House.

The Joslyn Art Museum, commonly referred to as the Joslyn, is a fine arts museum in Omaha, Nebraska, the largest in the state. It opened in 1931 at the initiative of Sarah H. Joslyn, in memory of her husband, businessman George A. Joslyn. Since its opening, the museum has gone through several expansions, the last of which was completed in 2024. It is the only museum in Nebraska with a comprehensive permanent collection, comprising over 12,000 objects, including nineteenth and twentieth-century collections of American and European art, Western American Art, Chinese and Japanese art, as well as contemporary art. The Joslyn is home to the Margre H. Durham Center for Western Studies, established in 1980, which stewards two of the most important collections of works by Western artists Karl Bodmer and Alfred Jacob Miller in the country.

The Mary Rogers Kimball House, also known as the Kimball House, is located at 2236 St. Mary's Avenue in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska. It is an official Omaha City Landmark and also is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was designed by Thomas Rogers Kimball.

Scoular (), formally The Scoular Company, is a corporation based in Omaha, Nebraska dedicated to the buying, selling, storage, handling, and processing of grain, feed and food ingredients. The company was founded in 1892 by George Scoular and was owned by the Scoular family until its purchase in 1967 by Omaha businessman Marshall Faith, who served as CEO for the next 23 years. At the time of Faith's purchase Scoular had 10 employees and operated three grain elevators, but grew considerably over subsequent decades and is one of the largest grain storage and handling companies in North America. In 2021, Scoular ranked 16th on FoodTalks' Global Top 40 Plant Protein Companies list.Scoular employs approximately one thousand people at 24 offices and 90 storage, handling, and processing facilities, mostly in the United States. In 2017 Scoular reported $4.3 billion in sales and more than one billion bushels traded.Minneapolis-based data analytics company DTN began as a subsidiary of Scoular in 1984, later separating into an independent company led by founder Roger Brodersen.

The Anderson Building is a historic building located at 701 South 24th Street in Omaha, Nebraska, United States. It is a Sullivanesque style building erected in 1924.

The Omaha Scoular Building is a five-story commercial use building located in the Park East neighborhood of Downtown Omaha, Nebraska. It was designed by LEO A DALY in 1924 for the Knights of Columbus and was completed in 1927. The building was first renovated in The early 1970' by Northern Natural Gas Co/Internorth-when the building was restored--the olympic sized pool and gym were restored, the entrance was moved from the south side of Dodge Street to the west side of the building, and office space changes were made throughout. The original ballroom was changed to an auditorium--and with the changes to the entrance, the original cornerstone was opened and reviewed. This building served Northern Natural Gas/Internorth thru 1987 at which time, the Company relocated to Houston, Texas as Enron. The changes outlined following in this writeup were not the original renovations and the above information should be noted as being correct..... -1988, when a new glass lobby with marble staircase was added. Other features that were added in the 1988 renovation included new corporate offices, new tenant space, a trading floor, and a full service ballroom. A private health club that includes a track, 25-yard indoor pool, and exercise room was added to the lower floor. Renovations were again done in 2006 to the 3 floors the Scoular Company occupies.
