The Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta is the diocese of the Episcopal Church in the United States of America, with jurisdiction over middle and north Georgia. It is in Province IV of the Episcopal Church and its cathedral, the Cathedral of St. Philip, is in Atlanta, as are the diocesan offices.

The intersection is located at Peachtree Road, East Wesley Road and West Wesley Road in the Buckhead area of the city. Second-Ponce de Leon Baptist Church is a Baptist church in the Buckhead district of Atlanta, Georgia, United States. It was established in 1932 through the merger of Second Baptist Church and Ponce de Leon Baptist Church (established 1904). Its current church building was dedicated in 1937. It is affiliated with both the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship and the Southern Baptist Convention (through its state affiliate, the Georgia Baptist Convention). The church traces its history to 1854, when Second Baptist Church was established in downtown Atlanta. Ponce de Leon Baptist Church was established in 1904. In the early 1930s, both churches saw a decline in their congregations and experienced financial difficulties brought about by the Great Depression, prompting the two churches to merge and relocate. Since the mid-20th century, the church has had one of the largest congregations in the Southern Baptist Convention. The current church building was designed by architect George Harwell Bond in the Georgian Colonial and neocolonial style, with inspiration drawn from colonial meeting houses and churches of that era.

Garden Hills Elementary School is an elementary school in Garden Hills, Atlanta, Georgia and a part of Atlanta Public Schools (APS). Built in 1938, the brick school building is a work of Atlanta architect Philip Shutze. It was built by as a part of the Works Progress Administration (WPA) and was made to blend in with surrounding architectural styles. Robert M. Craig, author of Atlanta Architecture: Art Deco to Modern Classic, 1929-1959, described the school as "[representing] a traditional work by" designer Tucker and Howell. The building most recently underwent a renovation/addition in 2001, when a cafeteria and a section of classrooms were added.It enrolls children in kindergarten through fifth grade. The principal is Tommy Usher. It is a contributing property in the Garden Hills Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places.Garden Hills was the first elementary school in Georgia to become an International Baccalaureate World School.

Garden Hills is a neighborhood in the Buckhead section of Atlanta, Georgia between Peachtree and Piedmont Roads, bordered on the north by Pharr Road and on the south by Lindbergh Road. In 1987 the neighborhood was given historic district status by the city of Atlanta. Garden Hills was developed beginning in 1925 by Phillips Campbell McDuffie, a prominent Atlanta lawyer, who formed the Garden Hills Corp. and advertised the area as "Beautiful Garden Hills." He envisioned a country club community with a pool and community center at its heart. The neighborhood was planned in three phases: the Country Club section, from Rumson Road east to North Hills Drive including the pool and community center; the Peachtree section, from Peachtree Road to Rumson Road; and the Brentwood section, from North Hills Drive to Piedmont Road.

The Henry B. Tompkins House is a historic home in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Built in 1922, it was designed by Neel Reid and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.The house kept its original exterior appearance with gray stucco until 2010, when the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported it had been painted bright orange.The house is on West Wesley Road in the Peachtree Heights West neighborhood, an area with many other historic properties.
