Killarney Legion are a Gaelic Athletic Association club from Killarney in County Kerry, Ireland. The club was founded on a March evening in 1929 when a group of eleven men held a meeting in the then Temperance Hall in High Street, Killarney.

Dr Crokes is a Gaelic football and hurling club based in Killarney in County Kerry, Ireland. Notable players include Colm Cooper. Founded in 1886, the club's successes include the capture of the All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship in 1992 and 2017. The club has won the Munster Club Championship on eight occasions - 1991, 1992, 2006, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016 and 2018. The club has won the Kerry Senior Football Championship on thirteen occasions, most recently in the 2018 championship. Dr Crokes is the only club in Killarney with a hurling team, which has won the Kerry Intermediate Hurling Championship in 1999 and 2001. Kerry's 2007 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship winning team was trained by former Dr Crokes trainer Pat O'Shea. The 2013 Kerry senior football panel featured five Crokes players (Colm Cooper, Eoin Brosnan, Kieran O'Leary, Johnny Buckley, and Fionn Fitzgerald). In 2014, Fionn Fitzgerald and Kieran O'Leary captained the Kerry Senior Football team to All-Ireland victory over Donegal.

Killarney House is an Irish country home in Killarney, County Kerry, which was built as a replacement for Kenmare House (1726) as the seat of the Earls of Kenmare. The site was chosen by Queen Victoria on her visit to Ireland in 1861.

The Kerry Way (Irish: Slí Uíbh Ráthaigh) is a long-distance trail in County Kerry, Ireland. It is a 214-kilometre (133-mile) long circular trail that begins and ends in Killarney and is typically broken into nine stages. It is designated as a National Waymarked Trail by the National Trails Office of the Irish Sports Council and is managed by Kerry County Council, South Kerry Development Partnership and the Kerry Way Committee. The Way circles the Iveragh Peninsula and forms a walkers' version of the Ring of Kerry road tour. It is the longest of Ireland's National Waymarked Trails.

Killarney Town Hall (Irish: Halla an Bhaile Cill Airne) is a municipal building in Kenmare Place, Killarney, County Kerry, Ireland. The building accommodated the offices of Killarney Town Council until 2014 but is now used by Kerry County Council for the provision of services to local residents.

In 2011, it was named Ireland's tidiest town and the cleanest town in the country by Irish Business Against Litter.
