TelefériQo

Vulqano Park Is an amusement park in Quito, Ecuador. The park is part of a much larger entertainment complex named the TelefériQo. It closed in 2020 due to economic losses due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Later on August 30, 2021, the amusement park announced its reopening on its Facebook page.

The Central University of Ecuador (Spanish: Universidad Central del Ecuador) is a national university located in Quito, Ecuador and is the oldest and largest university in Ecuador, and one of the oldest in the Americas. The enrollment at Central University of Ecuador is over 10,000 students per year. One of the cornerstones of Central University of Ecuador is the medical school, which is one of the best in the country.

Hospital de Especialidades Carlos Andrade Marín also known as HCAM or HECAM, is a teaching hospital in Quito, Ecuador, managed by the Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social (IESS). The hospital is located in the center of Quito. It offers full services to those covered by social security.

Universidad Central is a Quito Metro station. It was officially opened on 21 December 2022 as part of the inaugural section of the system between Quitumbe and El Labrador. The revenue service started on 2 May 2023 and discontinued on 11 May 2003. The station is located between Pradera and El Ejido.This is an underground station and has five exits.The station is located at the intersection of Avenida América and Calle Fray Antonio de Marchena. It is close to the campus of Central University of Ecuador, from which it takes its name.On 23 January 2023, the first train with 600 passengers to whom invitations were extended, arrived to the station.

Parque Julio Montevelle is a park in the Old Centre part of Quito, Ecuador. It is located north of Parque de La Basílica and northwest of Parque La Alameda.

Puerto Quito is a canton in Pichincha Province, Ecuador. It has only one parish, the urban parish of Puerto Quito, which is also the seat of the canton.

Cayambe is a canton in the northeast of the province of Pichincha, in northern Ecuador, South America. The canton is named after the Cayambe, a 5,800-meter-high snow-covered stratovolcano in the east of the canton. The main part of the canton occupies the eastern portion of the Pisque river basin and is surrounded by volcanoes. The seat of the canton, also named after the volcano, is Cayambe. The economy of the canton is agricultural, based on raising cattle and producing dairy products and growing flowers for export in greenhouses, and also cereals for local consumption. The Swiss food company Nestlé and the Cayambean company Miraflores have dairy-product factories in the city of Cayambe. The Pambamarca Fortress Complex, several pre-Columbian pucaras (hilltop forts), is located in Cayambe Canton on the slopes of Pambamarca volcano. Here, the Cayambe people defended their territory from the Inca Empire in a war that took place in the late 15th and early 16th century.

Ecuador Department was one of the departments of Gran Colombia created in 1824. It had borders to: Azuay Department in the South. Guayaquil Department in the West.

San Miguel de los Bancos, or simply Los Bancos, is a canton in the province of Pichincha, Ecuador. The long name of the town refers to dedication of the area to the archangel Michael. Local tradition attributes the "Los Bancos" part of the name to the use of tree trunks as benches at the junction of the through road from Quito to Esmeraldas with the road into the Rio Blanco valley.

Rumiñahui (in Hispanicized spelling, [rumiˈɲawi]) or Rumiñawi (Quechua rumi stone, ñawi eye, "stone eye") is a canton of Pichincha Province in Ecuador. Its seat is Sangolquí. The canton lies southeast of Quito Canton and forms a suburb of Quito.Rumiñahui was named a Pueblo Mágico by the Ecuadorian Ministry of Tourism (MINTUR) in 2020. It was the first canton in Pichincha to be awarded that distinction.
