Hwayang-dong

Konkuk University Station (Korean: 건대입구역) is a rapid transit station on Seoul Subway Line 2 and Seoul Subway Line 7. It is located in Hwayang-dong in the Gwangjin-gu administrative district of Seoul. It is adjacent to Konkuk University from which it takes its name. Line 2 is serviced by an elevated platform while Line 7 is serviced by an underground platform. The station has connections to ten bus lines through its six exits as well as a connection to the airport shuttle bus. The station services Hwayang-dong as well as Jayang-dong and Noyu-dong. The area around the station is mixed residential and small commercial businesses. Exits from the underground Line 7 platform open into Konkuk University and the adjacent Star City shopping and high-rise residential tower complex.

Star City Mall (Korean: 스타시티몰) is a shopping center located in Jayang-dong, Seoul, South Korea. The October 2008 completion of the center was noted as being the main cause of increase in traffic on Seoul Subway Line 2 during the first half of 2009.

The New Millennium Hall (Korean: 새천년기념관 also KonKuk University New Millennium Hall 건국대학교 새천년관 대공연장 and Konkuk University's Millennium Hall) It is the name given to a multipurpose structure located in North Chungcheong Province in the city of Seoul, capital of South Korea. It is a university auditorium, university administrative building and concert hall. It is a privately owned facility that is part of the Konkuk University campus (건국대학교) and has been used over the years for numerous events, concerts, cultural Conferences and student activities and more. New Millennium Hall is situated nearby to International House, and close to University Residence C. The Seoul campus is adjacent to the Konkuk University Station, which is serviced by Seoul Subway Line 2 and Line 7. The circular Line 2 offers access to downtown Seoul within one hour. Line 7 links the northern part of the city to the popular Gangnam District. In 2017, the first National Developmental Disability Music Festival congress was held here. In 2022, the TV production subsidiary Gmmtv (linked to the Thai GMM Grammy Group) announced that the first Ohm and Nanon fan meeting in Korea would be held at this venue.

Konkuk University (Korean: 건국대학교, Hanja: 建國大學校) is a comprehensive private university located in Seoul and Chungju. The Seoul campus is located in the southeastern part of Seoul, near the Han River, and is served by a metro station of the same name. The Seoul campus has thirteen undergraduate colleges and thirteen graduate schools, whereas the Glocal Campus in Chungju is composed of seven undergraduate colleges and two graduate schools.

Konkuk University Law School (also known as Konkuk Law School or KU Law, Korean:건국대학교 법학전문대학원) is one of the professional graduate schools of Konkuk University, formerly known as the College of Law. Located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, it is one of the 25 government approved law schools. It has the lowest student to faculty ratio in the country. It plans to specialize in real estates law and offers scholarship to all students. 50% of the students will receive half scholarship and the other 50% of the students will get full scholarship.

Children's Grand Park Station (Korean: 어린이대공원역) is a rapid transit station on Seoul Subway Line 7. It is located in Mojin-dong in the Gwangjin-gu administrative district of Seoul. It is also adjacent to Children's Grand Park from which it takes its name. The underground platform has side platforms. The station has connections to ten bus lines through its six exits. It services Gunja-dong, Hwayang-dong, Neung-dong and Mojin-Dong. The northern exits of the station are flanked by Sejong University, Children's Grand Park and some small commercial development, while the southern exits open onto mixed commercial and residential development in Hwayang-dong.

Children's Grand Park is a park complex in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, South Korea. Facilities at Children's Grand Park include hills and hiking trails, Zoo, garden, and an amusement park. Situated in Seoul City's Gwangjin-gu, Children's Grand Park is a leisure facility for families, offering a botanical garden, amusement facilities, and diverse performance events. Opened on a Korean holiday called Children's Day in 1973, the park is full of attractions that appeal to youngsters: Marine Animal House that exhibits seals and polar bears, a Small Animal Village, and even a Parrot Village. Nearly 62% of the park's total area of about 530,000 sq. meters consists of trees and grass and various facilities.

Gwangjin District (Gwangjin-gu) is one of the 25 wards (gu) of Seoul, South Korea. It is located on the north bank of the Han River, to the eastern end of Seoul. It was created from neighboring Seongdong District in 1995. Gwangjin District is home to Konkuk University and Sejong University.

Sejong University (SJU; Korean: 세종대학교; Hanja: 世宗大學校; RR: Sejong Daehakgyo) is a private university located in Seoul, South Korea known for its standing in hospitality and tourism management, dancing, animation and rhythmic gymnastics. Founded as the Kyung Sung Humanities Institute, it was renamed in 1978 to its present name in honor of Sejong the Great, the fourth king of the Joseon Dynasty and overseer of the creation of the Korean alphabet Hangul. Sejong University has nine colleges: College of Liberal Arts, College of Social Sciences, College of Business Administration, College of Hospitality and Tourism Management, College of Natural Sciences, College of Life Sciences, College of Electronics and Information Engineering, College of Engineering, and College of Arts and Physical Education, and has a Faculty of General Education and seven graduate schools.

Ttukseom Park Station (Korean: 뚝섬유원지역) is a rapid transit station on Seoul Subway Line 7. It is located in Noyu-dong in the Gwangjin-gu administrative district of Seoul. It is the only station in South Korea to be located on the underside of a bridge, beneath Cheongdam Bridge. The station also runs underneath a highway with two exits being south of the highway and two north. The south exits serve Ttukseom Park, while the north exits serve Noyu-dong which is administered by and consists of Jayang 3-dong and Jayang 4-dong which contain some residential towers with small shops and other mixed commercial and residential areas. The station is serviced by a single bus route which is located at exit 4. Before Line 7 opened the station was known as Jayang Station (자양역).

Neung-dong (Korean: 능동) is a dong (neighbourhood) of Gwangjin District, Seoul, South Korea.

Guui Station is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 2. Because of its proximity to the Gwangjin District Office (close to exit number 1), it is also known as Gwangjin-gu Office Station.
