Gwanggyosan

Hanshin University is a private university in the Seoul National Capital Area of South Korea. Established in 1939, it is affiliated with the Presbyterian Church in the Republic of Korea, one of the most progressive Protestant churches in South Korea. Hanshin University was formerly a theological seminary and became a university in 1980. It currently offers undergraduate and post-graduate degree programs as well as modules for continuing education.

Gwanggyo (Kyonggi Univ.) Station is a metro station located in Gwanggyo, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. It is the only overground station in the line and built on the train depot.The station is located directly in front of Kyonggi University and has many shops, restaurants and bars catering for university students around it.

Kyonggi University (KGU; Korean: 경기대학교) is an accredited, private higher education institution, established in 1947. KGU has over 17,000 students in majors in undergraduate and graduate programs on two campuses. The main campus is in Suwon, located 30 miles from the capital Seoul. The Seoul campus is located in Seodaemun District. KGU has 11 colleges containing 63 programs of study and 12 graduate schools offering majors. The strength in KGU's academic programs and research lies in Tourism, Hospitality, Arts and Design, Business, International Studies, Environmental Engineering, and Architectural Engineering. KGU teaches some courses in English. KGU has established a sister-university relationship with 152 universities in 31 countries. KGU has a Korean language program. Over 650 international students study at KGU. Currently, the president is Kim In-kyu.

Gyeonggi Science High School (GSHS, Korean: 경기과학고등학교), established in 1983 originally as a Science High school, is currently a science High school for the gifted in Suwon, South Korea. It was the first science high school established in South Korea, and was transformed into a science high school for the gifted, being one of the four in South Korea. It is the third been transformed from science high school to science high school for the gifted according to Gifted Education Promotion Law (Korean: 영재교육진흥법).

Jowon-dong is a dong in Jangan-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. Divided into two "dongs", namely Jowon-1-dong and Jowon-2-dong, Jowon-dong lies in the north of the city, backing onto Gwanggyosan, a mountain to the north.

The Suwon Baseball Stadium (Korean: 수원야구장), also known as the Suwon kt wiz Park (Korean: 수원 kt wiz 파크) due to sponsorship reasons, is a baseball stadium in Suwon, South Korea. Since 2015, it has been the home of KBO club KT Wiz. The stadium was the home of the Hyundai Unicorns from 1989 to 2007. The stadium has a capacity of 20,000 and is part of the Suwon Sports Complex.

Suwon Sports Complex (Korean: 수원종합운동장; Hanja: 水原総合運動場振) is a group of sports facilities in Suwon, South Korea. The complex consists of the Suwon Stadium, Suwon Baseball Stadium, and Suwon Gymnasium.

Academy of Korean Studies (한국학중앙연구원, AKS) is a South Korean research and educational institute with the purpose of establishing profound research on Korean culture. It was established on June 22, 1978, by Ministry of Education & Science Technology of South Korea (교육과학기술부). The Academy has dedicated to interpreting and analyzing Korean culture in general, defining the academic identity of Korean studies, and educating scholars.

Suwon Gymnasium is an indoor sporting arena located in Suwon, South Korea. The arena has a capacity for 5,145 spectators and was built in 1984 to host handball events at the 1988 Summer Olympics. Today, Suwon Gymnasium is part of the Suwon Sports Complex.

Seongbok Station is a metro station located in Seongbok-dong, Suji-gu, Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The station has a popular cafe street and shopping mall called Day Park directly in front of Exit 4. A large Lotte shopping mall larger than COEX in scale, is scheduled to be built between Exits 1 and 2, slated for opening in September 2019.
